Stunning view of Mount Fuji from our hotel window. The room is not large, but was adequate for our needs. There is an on-site coin laundry which was handy. The biggest plus for us was the proximity to Fuji-Q park. We stayed the night before and were able to leave our car in the hotel car park the next day and walk to Fuji-Q, which saved us from paying for parking. Staff friendly and helpful.
Nothing in particular, for the price paid and convenience it was great!

Nice view from the bedroom, convenience location if no taxi around you can walk fro Q highland about 15-20 minutes.
The carpet old and dirty, the owner decided to keep the way it is and decorate the bedding and wall similar colors to make it as the rusted look instead of leave the dirty carpet alone. It is one way to remake the old dirty floor looking decent.
The window sill needs to be clean off as black mold at the bottom of the glass and the glass seal; dusty also.

Nice hotel. Located about 7 minutes walk from Fuji Q Highland park (from the south entrance which is not the entrance. Officially).
We got a room with an amazing view of Mount Fuji and it was amazing to start the day with this view.
The Wi-Fi in the room is fine, occasionally disconnects.
There is an Onsen in the hotel.
The hotel does not have breakfast.
The bed is very small and it was not comfortable for us as a couple to sleep on it.

The room was fine, albeit a bit small. What was great was that the staff were willing to help me find my lost guide book on Japan.

we had a stunning view on Fuji - san,
the massage chair,
Somewhat of American style country side hotels (twin peaks atmosphere)
Cosy room
It is my favourite hotel in our honeymoon (we had 4)
Windows are not fully opening and have stripes decoration on them (but it is a thing in all Japanese hotels I stayed)

We stayed in 5 different hotels during our stay in Japan. This was by far the largest. Clean, updated and a great view of Mt Fuji. The host (owner) was amazing. She held our luggage for us as we did an overnight on Mt Fuji and even gave us a ride to the bus station. A convenience store right next door and plenty of shops & restaurants close by. Also, walking distance to Fuji-Q Highland
Train/bus stations further than we thought

It was an easy check-in, and the staff was very nice. Allowed us to borrow umbrellas when it rained. We had a massage chair in our room.
We were able to use Youtube and see Mt Fuji from our window.
Rooms were a bit small.
Expected more for the onsen. Husband and child didn't get to experience the onsen because by the time we got back from Fuji Q, their time was up.
Not all the channels worked in our room, and the ones that did were gitchy.

Can enjoy Mountain Fuji at the room; Family mart is just next to the lobby. Car park right outside the lobby.

Excellent location, very close to convenience store and restaurants.
Pillows were not comfortable, could have been better.

The rooms were warm and clean. Me and my wife's room had a good view of Mt. Fuji, while the kids' room was facing Fuji-Q. Our room also had massage chair, though old it is still usable. We appreciate that they also have onsen.
Though the room was generally clean, I think the cleaners overlooked the dusts in the window. When you raise the curtain, the dusts are visible at the base of the window.

Check- in has been taken for long and without any notice why we cannot check in, check- in took about 30 mins and it was around 2100 of a long drive.
staff is not helpful and attentive, they dont even put an effort to communicate and didnt keep us updated, just wait. the room is old and dark, with weird atmosphere. Not recommended.
