Nice hotel you can consider about traveling Sydney

The coffee from coffee machine is very good. And the staff are very kind and nice. It has a good location in Sydney.

I was only there to sleep & that wasn't so great but I found it convenient for this trip

location to city was great. room was clean & tidy. everything I needed was available breakfast was nice. shower was good

curtains in bathroom to cut light so I could sleep. bed was quite hard also I thought a large double might be a queen but it felt shorter. coffee in the foyer was pretty average

Travelling with 4 elderly 80 year olds

The staff were excellent. Needed a room change due to bad bed and tv not working properly, which was done without a problem. The staff went above and beyond for my 4 elderly family travelling with us, meeting all requests from them with helpfulness and smiles. The care and compassion the manager and staff showed was wonderful.

Tv sound not working and bed springs on one side were broken, requiring a room change. The tour bus was not able to navigate the narrow street requiring us and our 88 yr old mother to walk to another hotel to meet our tour at a very early hour

Parked outside late Saturday & avoided parking police as we were outside defined hours. Lucky.

Have previously stayed on upper levels, with a street / other view. This time was behind reception on ground floor - felt a bit "bunker" like.

Spouse felt bed was not as comfy as she would have liked. Perhaps provide more than just two glasses, just in case. Modern bedside lamps - one was dim & one was full strength. It'd be helpful if there was dimming settings in case one person wants to read.

A great find in the heart of inner Sydney

The staff were friendly, welcoming and professional, the room was perfect, spacious, very clean and very comfortable, the decor was fantastic, and the coffee/breakfast pastries in the lobby were spot on. The location was perfect for us as we were attending events not far away and were so close to transport and great food spots within walking distance. We will so be back!

Good quality hotel that is close to most transport modes and Sydney CBD.

Excellent room on the quiet 6th floor. Room was more than spacious enough for our needs. Hotel is in a great location being in close proximity to Central Railway Station, Sydney Light Rail and the new Metro once it becomes operational in the very near future.

Breakfast is very minimal but is sufficient.

Very happy. Have recommended this establishment to a friend. I would stay there again.

Needed to be close to the train station and within walking distance to the Australian Museum Sydney as I was attending an exhibition. There were also eating establishments and places to obtain grocery items if required. They had complimentary coffee/tea available 24/7. If you wanted hot chocolate you asked at the front desk. The TV was a good size. Two chairs to sit on if you did not want to sit on the bed to watch TV.

I found the speakers of the TV to be muffled.

Enjoyable and perfect for a one night getaway

I really like the staff there. Even though it was my first time, the service and kindness of the staff member checking me in and out were both lovely. Also the facility and bed were amazing for my one night stay.

The only down side I had with the room was the shower curtain part of the shower. It kind of limited me from using the toilet if I were to use the shower.

Adequate for one night

The location was very accessible to Central Railway Station. The complimentary fruit was an added bonus. I opted not to take up the offer of the free breakfast items but they looked fine.

There was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. I stayed in a twin room with a friend. The bathroom door was at the head of the single bed, and did not offer a lot of privacy. The only window in the room was high above the bathroom sink, which gave the room a 'closet' feel.

Style, superb staff and perfect if using public transport.

Excellent location for public transport, modern and stylish rooms... with lovely friendly and professional staff. The cleaning staff not only do excellent work, they say hello and wish you a good day. Been travelling annually to Sydney for a couple of decades and have almost stayed everywhere, this is one of just 3 that I will definitely return to!

My first room had a blocked bathroom sink. The hotel manager upgraded my room and upon my return a handwritten note with chocolates. Exceptional customer service!

Apart from the blocked sink, The first room was very depressing. The bathroom looked down onto a dirty outdoor void area. The bed was squished between the bathroom and a large pole feeling very claustrophobic. The room also felt dirty perhaps dated?

Pleasant, friendly and welcoming, shame about the small bed

Nice hotel, great location, clean and tidy, staff were very pleasant

If you are over 6 foot then be prepared to have your feet dangling over the edge of the bed. The beds are not made for anybody who is reasonably tall. I really wanted to like this hotel as everything else aside from the bed was great. Good value and the staff were great (helpful in the morning getting coffee) - just can't stay there because it isn't comfortable if you are tall. If you're also two people in this bed then you need to make sure that neither of you are rugby player build because only one of you will fit.

Fabulous funky hotel centrally located and close to the airport. Great for short stays.

Service was incredible and a late check-out was allowed because we arrived late. Thank you. Wonderful ambience and vibe! The disco lift with music was fabulous!

The water leaked from the shower. The bar fridge was unplugged and once plugged in we realised it was more like a 'cooler', similar to what the Ovolo hotel chain use. No coffee or tea facilities in the room.

Great value and lovely people

The customer service was amazing! Awesome breaky bar, I grabbed some to go on my super early check out. The room was spacious and great value for money.

I couldn’t get the aircon working, but I didn’t call reception to sort it out.. which I should have done.
