The airconditioning.
I felt it's quite expensive for just a small hotel room with no view

The staff were very nice and helpful! 😃

Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the location perfect. 5 minute walk to the metro, 45 min walk into the centre of Rome, gave us the chance to walk back when we had time, and see lots more of the city. We used the electric scooters to travel back one evening which were great fun. Plenty of really good bars and restaurants within a short walking distance.
Not much really, our stay was great but a couple of little things that could have enhanced our experience would be: providing a second, different depth of pillow. There was one each and it was too high for me. The bathroom was very nice, but very compact. removing the bidet would greatly improve the size.

WHAT I DISLIKED:
👎🏼The room was smelling really bad, like an perfume that penetrate your nose… it’s present all the day and night. It’s so disgusting.
👎🏼The rooms are everything but soundproof. You will be able to hear everything, from your neighbor’s alarm at 4 in the morning, the bathroom, the hairdryer etc… and the TRAIN 🚂
👎🏼 the bed really uncomfortable exorcism if you are a tall person.
👎🏼 bathroom, way to small and kind of dirty.
👎🏼 I tried to cancel my last day and they told me I would not get any refund… crazy! First time this happened.
WHAT I LIKED
👍🏻 Locationw, close to the train station

- Friendly and helpful staff
- The shower was great
- Clean
- metro within walking distance
- although well connected to metro, the metro line is not close enough to take luggage with you, requiring a taxi to and from the centre of Rome

To be able to have a room where the train wasn't listening I have to pay almost €80 additional. The room was small and the shower was tiny I am 1.62 and still get hurt in the shower because it was so small and broken. the bed is under a kind of wall very uncomfortable. No recommended.

Location great in terms of area but v noisy as right on the train tracks. That wouldn’t have bothered me if the hotel itself had been better.
Wasn’t clean, especially bathroom. Badly designed bed head - kept banging head. Tired looking. Expensive for the quality.

Good place to stay. Strategic location

Nothing only the low price but i understand now why ut has low price because its very bad hotel
Nothing the receptionist was so rude the room was filled with ants and the shower drain was blocked and flooded the room without us realizing, we informed the hotel after the first day with all those problems and went out, when we came back they said they fixed it, but it was still all not good ants were still there drain wasn’t completely unblocked
3.7
it was clean the reception staff were nice
my necklace was taken from my bag and I asked room service to ‘keep an eye out for it’ when they cleaned. they found it that afternoon in my bed sheets… I had throughly look through my room and under the bed. also for not say that it’s by the bloody train rail tracks

Train station, metro station, bus stop, carrefour, restaurants and markets were close to the hotel.
They didn´t change our towels for 4 days! Missed toilet paper, we had somebody´s hair in our bed! Missed receptionist between 2PM-5PM, one of receptionist was unfriendly and very bad, but the other people were great. Very average and small room with horrible cleaning service.

Many black hairs which were not mine as I am blonde, so I felt uncomfortable at times.
Shower was not very clean, had mould all over and wasn’t clean on the outside.

The Hotel is pretty good overall
- Locations is amazing
- Staff are super friendly
- Rooms are clean and well put together
- There are many transportation options to move around the city, and also it's within a walking distance from the train station commute from and to the airport.
Only complain I have is the size of the shower cabin, it's very small which caused my hair to get stuck more than once.
