El personal fue muy amable! Y la ubicación está ok

Había olor a humedad, faltaba ventilar. Las sábanas parecían muy viejas, y todo tenía ese olor como a viejo.

Ideal for my grandson and me as we needed a night's stay before and after our trip due to travel .

Excellent location, the staff went out of their way to make sure we were ok and knew how things worked. We arrived back from a few days of cold wet wild camping and kayaking well before check in time yet were allowed to shower and make tea and the use of the lounge. QAll very much appreciated.

I really don't think much could be improved. If you start "doing up" the place then the cost of a stasy would rise and that's not what it's about. Warmth , comfort and friendly staff that's whar's wanted.

A great location pity about the roommate with the untreated sleep apnoea symptoms.

Easy check in and very friendly & accommodating staff. Great location and a well equipped kitchen. Showers were super powerful and an early checkout was very useful.

Rooms were very very very warm & top bunk beds had no sides on them which was a bit precarious. Not loads of space in the kitchen.

Perfect place to stay after finishing the WHW - comfy, clean and well located

The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the location was perfect

An earlier check in would have been nice, 5pm is very late

Die Menschen haben den Ort sehr besonders werden lassen, es hat sich direkt nach einer großen Familie angefühlt. Man kam schnell in kontakt mit anderen.

Die Badezimmer können ein Makeover vertragen.

Perfect way to experience Fort William for a very reasonable price.

Very pleasant staff, really kind and inviting. Location could not have been better, 10 minute walk from the train/bus station and a 20 min walk from the start of the Ben Nevis trail, had everything I needed including showers, a kitchen and most importantly a kettle! Would and probably will go again in the future and I think you should too.

No quarms.

Emergency stay due to inclement weather. Hospitality 5*

The staff were very welcoming and gave me all information I needed. Free access to hot drinks and milk was a bonus, kitchen was clean. Located up a hill off the main road in quiet area, a walk to the main town took 5 minutes.

The bathroom I used could do with replacing broken fixtures.

Excellent value for money

As a first time user of a hostel I was very impressed with the comfortable bed, shower, kitchen, and lounge room. I was particularly impressed with the very friendly and helpful member of staff and the drying room. My hiking stuff, clothes and boots were soaked right through and it all dried very quickly. They also had free coffee and tea which is what I needed to warm up.

The only bad thing was that the heating wasn't on and it was pretty chilly. However, this was due to shortage of gas at the time of the year so it shouldn't normally be a problem. The member of staff gave a convector heater for the room and the room was roasting through the night.

Angenehmes Backpacker Hostel - gute Lage

Super nettes Personal, konnte spontan noch mein Bett von oben nach unten ändern. Betten waren bequem. Große Küche, gut ausgestattet, Tee und Kakao, Milch zu freien Verfügung. Trockenraum für nasse Sachen war perfekt.

Would not stay here again

The location was good

The beds were not very comfortable and the twin room was very small. It was a windy night and the noise from that wind rattling our bedroom window kept us awake throughout the night.

I have been there for two days, and it was great

There are not a lot of bathrooms or toilets, it in morning it can be full. But I would still recommend it, the stuff helped me choose activities around, and where nice, there is a warm and nice leaving room

Well, it's a hostel!

The bed was actually pretty comfy! This is completely situational, but all the guests in the female dorm were quiet and respectful.

The bathrooms were meh. Only 2 bathrooms with very little counter space.

The location is good, with friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed and quiet at night to sleep.

Small bedroom packed with too many beds (ok for one night). Small kitchen (gets quickly over crowed). Very old and worn out facilities.

I hope that I can visit again.

The hostel is located centrally in Fort William, 10 minutes walk from the train station/bus stop/supermarkets/ MacDonalds. There are excellent views from the hostel as it is on a hill above the town. The staff, led by Aidan, are very friendly and helpful. If you have a query, ask. The 6 bunk room (#4) was adjacent to the shower/toilet facilities.The bunks are named after Scottish celebrities. My bunk, named “Billy Connelly”, a Scottish comedian, had a personal connection as we went to the same school in Glasgow! The lounge is very attractively decorated with highland artefacts and some musical instruments. If you want to play the Yukelele, you can have a go here! I enjoyed speaking to the other visitors. There were people from Europe, Australia, India, Canada and Brazil. Thankfully, they understood my Glasgow accent.

There was no jam or marmalade for my breakfast toast! The marmalade jar was empty. I was sad… I had to put chocolate on my toast!
