The staff were all friendly and helpful.
The food in the restaurant for dinner was below average. The room felt a little dank or musty.

Through Booking.com we had changed the reservation from four rooms for two nights, to three rooms for one night. When the first member of our party arrived, she was charged for the ORGINAL reservation. It took some time and intervention by Booking.com to eventually get a refund (had to be a bank transfer, as hotel claimed they could not issue a credit against the credit card used for the charge). All is well now.

The staff is excellent - very helpful and kind + breakfast is delicious

Reasonable hotel quality. Reasonable cleanliness. Comfortable bed. What more do you need to sleep :-)? The hotel will not put you on your ass, but it is perfectly adequate for an overnight stay.
During our stay there was a very noisy wedding in the garden of the hotel. However, it can be assumed that it will not be repeated every night.

The amazing pool, amazing staff, amazing food and amazing location. 20 min walk to Chichen Itza and 10 min drive to some of the quieter Cenotes.
Nothing it was perfect.

The hotel is in great condition, breakfast was delicious. They mad a decoration on the bed for our honeymoon that was nice. There where no refrigerator in the rooms so I was able to store my drinks in the hotel bar
Wifi is low signal. There is no refrigerator/mini bar and no safe to store valuables.

Location was great and free shuttle to and from archeological site was brilliant. Nice room and bathroom.
Very tired looking. Pictures of pool area must have been very old. Decking in bad state. Breakfast took a while and we had to cancel our order on the first day as would have missed the shuttle bus. Internet intermittent and not great in the room which effected the TV reception. Late check out a problem. Could only pay in Peso even though card accepted for everything else. ATM for Peso broken so no late check out.

It was very close to Chihcen Itza.
Hotel offers a shuttle service to Chihcen Itza, which were very helpful.
It has a large pool, pool were clean.
Everyone work here were Mayans, I really appreciate it.
The reception suggested us to visit one Cenote, the cenote were very nice.
There are chairs to sit on the commom balconing, our kids enjoed that.
the room itself is like a motel. The first room we got were facing to a wall, even the hotel were half filled.
We refused and were changed to a room facing to the garden, that were nice. We got the the comment, that they had upgraded us, only because we stay two night... But we initially booked a room facing to the garden...
the room and facility were rather basic and functioal, for one night would be just good.
The breakfast is actually fine, but very badly organized, as they do not have buffet and everyone had to wait untill someone can bring them some food. There were one midium aged angry lady, who were extremely demanding, everyone had to wait for their breakfast at least 30min... to overnight in Chichen Itza, everyone just want to get up early have a fast breakfast and visit the Chiche Itza Ruine before the big groups arrives. here you lose one hour only waiting for the breakfast vene get up at 7... When we asked for the second basket of bread (first had 3 small pieces of white bread and 3 mini sweets), as we were 4 people, the lady wanted to charge me extra for more bread, I can not believe it... they only serve on the terrasse, even the really big restaurnt is all empty, some guests had no table and got really angry... Next morning the lady is gone and verything worked a bit better.
taxis offered by the hotel are much more expensive than usual taxis you can stop on streets.

The hotel is remodeled, and everything works. Staff is friendly. The location is great. It has a convenience store next door and an ATM across the street with great rates. Breakfast was excellent. Safe in the room and smart TV with entertainment options. Highly recommended.
No complaints.

Great location, good breakfast.
Wifi was not working in the room, only on reception.

The pool was nice and for a trip to Chichén Itzá was very convenient located
The hotel was dated, the breakfast staff wasn’t very kind, breakfast was ok. The bathroom was old, the hairdryer was unusable, filling the bathtub meant the bathroom floor would be completely soaked. We made the mistake of staying for 3 nights but there’s nothing to do in Chichén Itzá other than the ruins, so don’t recommend staying there for more than 1 night.

lovely swimming pool. relatively quite
NO internet in the bedroom. breakfast table right beside a very busy dirty polluted road, when it could have been in a quite green garden at the back of the hotel!

Convenient for Chichen Itza, great breakfast, parking, WiFi was good. Town was worth a short walk into, saw an old church, and a few shops. Got up early and drive a couple of minutes to the main gate and car park , get into Chichen Itza before the coaches arrive!
Not the hotels fault at all, it's really just a stop over location for the main attraction, road a little noisy, ask for a pool view room which is slightly quieter

The room and bathroom were really confortable
The reception is a disgrace. As a guest you feel very unwelcome. Personel at breakfast are hinting that tips aren't included.
