Location was perfect for our trip. The breakfast was buffet style hot breakfast. Staff were friendly.
Next to a busy road, but our room at the back was quiet.
3.6
Quiet easy to get to town centre train station
To much dust in the bedroom plus no plug in the sink

People fighting for 2 nights

Location was excellent. Brisk walk straight on road to shopping centre. Nice walks by canal along with 3 mile walk direct to Ferry Meadows.
The staff were all so very helpful.
Food at any time if required. Cooked buffet breakfast.
Bar within hotel.
Shower was the best. Room was adequate. Not massive but enough room for 2. Kettle, tea n coffee within room.
Plenty hot water.
Excellent priced.
Nothing to complain about.

Stayed here a few times and always decent for the money. Location is good for easy access to town and love that there is available parking.
The tv wasn't on the mount properly and was smaller than other rooms I have stayed in at the property. The bedside table was damaged and had a nail sticking out of it.

clean and neat to the city centre and football stadium.
we booked a double bed room. however we were given two singles, together. unfortunately they were not connected together (one side broken? and this resulted in them moving apart. At one point the beds fell apart and I had fallen In between on the floor. I have loved my stays in this hotel however due to this unfortunate situation, we didn’t continue our stay and left the same night we arrived. my partner and I will not be coming back. this is no reflection on the friendly staff or the cleanliness of the hotel. both were brilliant.

The bar man / receptionist did all he could to find me a hairdryer.
The room was clean.
There was no hairdryer. When I asked, I was initially told the manager stopped buying them as they kept being stolen. I insisted I needed one and 20 minutes later he found one, after searching all the rooms. Ladies, if you stay here, it's best to bring your own.
The dinner menu wasn't the Mediterranean experience I was expecting.
The walls were exceptionally thin I could hear next door's conversation. The windows were so thin and poorly insulated, I could hear the smoker outside talking and coughing up a lung.
I didn't bother with breakfast as it was in too small an area creating a massive bottleneck and hard to get served.
The hotel, in general, is a bit run down. It doesn't look at all as welcoming in real life as it does in the photos.

Bed was comfortable. Minimum tea facilities available. Good parking. Friendly lady on duty. Close to centre of Peterborough.
Room shabby. No sound proofing from road. Sofa seen better days. Minimum tea facilities. Room temperature freezing unable to turn up heating. Breakfast appalling. Hot food not cooked and was cold.
3.6
it was comfortable with off street parking

We have been here several times before and the staff are very accommodating, polite and cheerful. Near to town and restaurants. We will be back soon

The staff were friendly and the room was pleasant. The bed was comfortable. We would stay again.
Our TV turned on at 3am so check this before you go to sleep. 🤣

Friendly. clean well cared for rooms.
automatically took payment from card given at booking without checking. I wanted to pay with a different card.

the location was great for access to town centre and station.
I cannot understand how the pieces of hard material were being passed off as pillows. The pillows were disgraceful and nothing short of pointless. What little material they did have had no flexibility and no degree of comfort.
I would have been better off bringing my own pillow from home.
