The property was easy to get to with free parking. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. I paid for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by the range and quality of produce offered. The booking came with free use of their gym (which I didn't use). I would definitely book again.
I could find fault with my stay!

Excellent breakfast. Comfortable room. Free coffee was a nice touch. Great value for money.
All good.

Good breakfast as always, but why oh why, do you not have the plate warmer on to heat plates for the cooked breakfast?
Having booked an evening meal in the restaurant for the Saturday night only a few days before, we were advised on arrival the restaurant was closed! The lady I spoke to had wanted me to pay when I booked but I'm pleased I didn't. Holly was very helpful in sorting a meal for us. We eventually ate in the bar but it was not what we really wanted to do!

I think a lot of thought has been given to lay out of room, lots of lighting which I like and good mirror and a picture on wall and little table and chair all made it inviting. I needed somewhere calm as I was visiting my sick husband. My sons shaver ran out of power and unfortunately there wasn't a two pin adaptor to be seen. normally take adaptors when going abroad.
thought the bar was a bit pricey. a large glass of merlot and pint of cider came to 17 pound!

Bed was large and comfortable room was a good size too
Room was cold and no adjustable heating. No breakfast buffet possibly due to not enough guests.

Lovely clean & spacious rooms. Breakfast was excellent. It was very quiet too.

everything you needed was provided, the sport bar loft with table football, pool table and darts was a lovely touch
3.0
secluded location but in a nice naturalistic area
check-in tablets and phone to call the staff was not working and no one was in the reception. I had to search and pull a staff to be able to check-in.
Room wasn’t clean, someone else’s ripped off trousers and other stuff left in the room however I couldn’t be able to reach receptionist to change the room.

lovely room with everything you need for a comfortable nights sleep.
self checkin wasn’t available and no staff were around to help. I had to call a number to request assistance. the card machines are in desperate need of upgrading and weren’t working. I ended up paying when we left and manually entering my card details as the card machines were still not working.
breakfast was disappointing. no staff to help so again had to call for assistance. we were told to take a seat in the restaurant and a staff member would take our order. it took 10 minutes for someone to come out of the kitchen to see us. the restaurant was empty. we were the only ones there. only offering scrambled eggs with breakfast, poor selection of tea and no milk. I get they were quiet this weekend but they dropped the ball with serving guests.

Lovely indeed. Their paying machines were down, they let me stay and I paid three days later.
Very clean & comfortable environment.
I was coming late after work to stay. I was aware that the kitchen would be closed. I bought my own food and there was just no where to heat it to make it palatable. I slept hungry. One staff/ visitors satellite small kitchen with a microwave would have been a great help.

Great location. Modern, spotlessly clean and a well appointed room with full facilities including an iron. We were very warmly welcomed by receptionist Hazel, who was friendly and informative. Excellent value for money for the room. The food and bar prices are a bit steep. We will definitely return.
Directions. It is a large site with another large hotel, and the Willows Training centre was tucked away. Better signage required.

I liked that it was very close to the beach
It didn't have tennis court and other facilities described in the hotel facilities. Walls very thin.
