the grounds and pool where pleasant. The rooms where adequate and service was good.
We could hear the TV in the next room, way too loud. The staff eventually got in and turned it off.

We rescued a bat from the pool 😀 we were able to see Sumidero Canyon by getting tickets from the hotel. Super easy, friendly staff beautiful courtyard.

It had a nice garden with a lot of plants.
The rooms were older than we expected. They are very very basic. The bathroom was clean but there was a little bit of a smell. The shower made some strange noises and rattled. The property is located near a very smelly river and the smell does sometimes waft into the property.

Did not have breakfast
Restaurant times were restricted, I felt I was hurried over my lunch due to the restaurant times and the meal poor

Beautiful grounds. Comfortable bed. Clean room with good hot water in the shower. The pool was nice but cold and we enjoyed sitting by it. There was parking in the small lot across the street. Staff was friendly and helpful at check in and they were kind about letting us check out at 1 p.m. when we ended up having to wait until after 10:30 for our boat ride through the Sumidero Canyon. Note that the restaurant closes at 3 p.m. and most of the restaurants in town close at 6 so be prepared to eat early.

Beautiful interior garden, they take good.care of it
- No internet in the rooms, had to walk to the pool area to get access. For a digital nomad, this is a deal breaker.
- Shower getting clogged after every shower
- Smelly towels
- Indifferent staff
- Walls too thin
- Restaurant doesn't let you hang out there outside food.times
-Only one table by the pool, no other areas to seat to get Internet

Awsome garden, tasty food, clean bedrooms and friendly staff. We loved it.
Also it has parking.
Our room had two windows, one had a bad view to a gray wall. We had not much daylight.

The pool was very nice to relax after a long day after being out on the hot weather
The beds were something hard

clean big room behind nice garden and great restaurant

Staff were lovely. Location was close to central. Parking on street outside the hotel seems safe
The breakfast buffet doesn't have much for vegetarian or vegans. Staff don't speak English at all but that's OK as I speak basic but if you don't may not be a spot for you. The room wasn't modern, bed was hard, bathroom was always damp. There was noise from either guest or staff at 3am then again 5am. Though the room next door looked nice and modern and was empty but not given to us lol.

The garden is stunning and great location to visit the canyon.
Rooms are very basic. The Spa was out of order and there was not any massage service. We reserved a taxi that should have come outside the airport gate but it didn’t show up and said that got an incovinoent: we didn’t get any message before though.

It was fine...clean, quiet and close to town.
The restaurant food selection was quite common.

The plants and trees and singing birds really made my stay exceptional. The property is well maintained and you can tell they really love their flora. At night you can hear the crickets and cicadas, and if you're lucky the rain as well. I loved the view from my room on the third floor. The restaurant is also very delicious, i would highly recommend it.

I really like the entire look of the hotel felt like you were in the middle of the Jungle even though you weren't honestly love the water pressure and the hot water in the shower. Its in a good location
Really wasn't much we didn't like other than the ants tiny little sugar ants because we had left some things on the entrance table but once my husband pulled the table away they weren't able to get on there again we are in the middle of the Jungle sort of hotel has tons of plants everywhere oh and the reasons why they have the little tiny ants tiny tiny
