Superb

Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. The owners are very kind and welcoming! Room was comfortable, clean and located in a quiet position but close to restaurants and shops.

Friendly welcome. Parking in front of the house. Breakfast was very good.

The room was very tiny. Very less space around the bed. Railway was near the house and sometimes noisy.

A comfortable cosy B & B with a lovely breakfast and friendly staff

right in centre of town, very clean and comfortable, lovely breakfast in a sunny room

our only issue was that we arrived late in the evening and we found it tricky to locate the entrance, which is on a side street

Exceptional

Lovely owners. We had a fantastic room with views to the main road and the hills. The breakfast was the other highlight. All the musts of a Scottish breakfast were in offer and whatever you order gets freshly prepared.

Superb

Host made breakfast for us earlier than their usual time. The room and facilities were great. Everything smelled nice. Breakfast was delicious.

Nothing but if I had to pick something I would recommend having big refillable bottles of body lotions and shampoos for environmental reasons.

Short but sweet. Slept well, felt somewhat disappointed to see such an early saturday breakfast

Excellent location, spotlessly clean, nice touches in the bathroom. Very comfortable beds and quality towels

Not much. We travelled from opposite ends of Scotland to meet for dinner and a couple of drinks in Pitlochry, very rare occasion. We were very much looking forward to not waking with small children so the 9:15 latest breakfast didn’t suit our needs at all. We decided to miss it and get breakfast later which was a shame. A kettle and tea/coffee would have been a lovely touch.

Exceptional

Rosehill Guest House was extremely clean and nicely decorated. It was centrally located and close to shops, restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was of a very high standard and served in a pretty dining room. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay. great price. Will definitely be back.

Bedroom very clean & spacious. Great breakfast. Very accommodating hosts, allowing us to leave our luggage when arriving really early, & the same when we checked out in the morning letting us leave our luggage until we caught our train in the afternoon. Would definitely recommend.

Hidden Gem

This place is amazing, great location, friendly staff, extremely spacious rooms, modern clean bathrooms and beds super comfy. We would come back here next time visiting Pitlochry over a big hotel any time. On the Main Street next to everything. Also has parking! … honestly a hidden gem.

Excellent location, great breakfast and very helpful staff

Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful - even running my friend and I to a restaurant we had booked one night. The breakfasts were outstanding! Nothing was too much trouble. A gem of a place and if we come back to Pitlochry this is where we will stay again.

Short but ever so sweet stay 😃

Breakfast was beautifully presented and very tasty. Room extremely comfortable and immaculately clean. Very warm welcome from Jackie and all staff very friendly.
