Very nice, clean and spacious room in the heart of Malia

The lady from the reception was very nice and made us feel very welcome. We also loved our balcony! The location was also good, between the old town and the beach.

The pool was on the other side of the road, but we didn't visit. During the night, you could also hear the music a bit so bring your earplugs.

Exceptional

Everything was wonderful. The location was perfect, the stuff even more perfect. They help you with anything you want and they are really proffesioanal. When I come back for vac5ill definitely will stay at this hotel again. I recommend it to anyone who wants to be close to the beach and even closer to the clubs.

The only small inconvenience was with the bathroom where all the water was coming out, but this was really not of a big problem

Excellent stay and I would 100% stay again.

The staff were excellent throughout are stay. They helped us buy any event we wanted and assisted us with transfers to the airport. The location is great as it’s right on the strip and we actually didn’t hear anything, which we was worried about. I loved having the kitchen part and the air con was needed with how hot it was. Overall, I would 100% recommend this hotel and the staff were fantastic.

The shower was quite small and the bath Mat was quite dirty.

The reception area was very modern

The staff were rude and very arrogant. I was not happy with the way I was spoken too. I arrived and there was a bag of food in my cupboard with Ants. The lady on reception then had the ordacity to say it was mine !

One of my best trip !

The establishment was ideally located, a few meters from the beach and in a main street where you can find everything you need. I slept very well, the bedding was perfect for me. The room is really big and well equipped! My room had a balcony that allowed me to rest in the sun when I didn't necessarily want to go out, it gave me a nice view on the establishment which is very well maintained, quiet and clean! Katerina, Manos and Georgia are among my most beautiful encounters! Each of them were 100% available to me, they took the time to get to know me, to talk with me, they told me what was interesting to do, etc. I had a great time and it's partly thanks to them too! I will definitely come back to see them as I like them a lot!

Very pleasant and uncomplicated stay.

The owner is very nice. Children are very welcome. The apartments are located next to the main pub/party road but facing to the backside towards acres and gardens. Therefore, upon arrival we were a little bit afraid that it would be too loud. But during off-season (May), it was not noisy at all. In high season, I could imagine, that it is a bit different. We were even provided a baby cod.

Avoid if you want to have a bigger room with a big patio. We booked a bigger room 35m with a big patio but got a small room 24m with a small patio. Pictures attached to the room we chose were not true. We got a diffrent room A smaller one for The Price of bigger. When we asked at reception for our room they said 'it's busy now. The diffrence in price was £100 between smaller and bigger room but we didn't get any refund. Description states that there is a dishwasher in every room- it is not true. We asked booking for help but they could do nothing too. The restaurant was closed . The freezer did not work. The light outside during the night was turned toward our window so it was hard to sleep- No blackout curtains

Hotel going downhill on a dying bar street. Would never book it again.

The room had a decent size.

Air condition din't work. Wi-fi only worked, but poorly, on the balcony. Cleaning was...not at all. We had rats running around the ceiling during nights. Swimming pool was actually another poolbar on the opposite side of the street.
