It was decent and functional enough, although noisy and the bed was not comfortable so we didn’t sleep well. Can’t recom

The location. Hairdryer, iron, coffee machine, quality linen and towels

The bed was 3/4 size ( not double) and extremely uncomfortable. The kitchen area had only one comfortable chair and 2 plastic white kitchen chairs. So we had to take it n turns to sit comfortably!

De vloerverwarming en de ligging. Er zijn wel enkele onderhoudpuntjes, deurtje van kast hangt los in slaapkamer, deurtje in badkamer fineer hangt los,deur sluit niet langs buiten vanbinnen

Super Lage gleich bei King's Cross

Absolut tolle Lage, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Saubere Zimmer. Großer Apartment mit allem, was man braucht für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt. Unkomplizierter check-in und check-out.

La situation géographique

Equipement cuisine minimaliste voire insuffisant. Un seul fauteuil pour deux... Très mauvaise odeur dans la douche. Appartement mal insonorisé.

Ci tornerei molto volentieri

Zona perfetta per soggiornare a Londra con vista sulla torre di king's cross. l'appartamento è molto carino ed è dotato di tutto il necessario. Il riscaldamento funziona molto bene ed è regolabile nelle varie stanze.peccato non aver trovato disponibile la stanza con il balconcino.Ci hanno anche fatto trovare 4 cialde per caffè e le bustine per il solubile. Non dovuto, ma molto apprezzato

Purtroppo c'era un pochino di cattivo odore che veniva dalla doccia. Non dipendeva dall'appartamento o dai gestori..probabilmente era un piccolo problema fognario, magari dovuto alla doccia. Niente di grave ovviamente ma lo scrivo così che magari i proprietari possano dirlo a qualche tecnico.

Good location but not value for money. Not an absolutely safe place to stay.

it’s near King’s Cross Station, and many eateries and convenience stores.

The street along the apartment was not very safe. There were people quarreling and drunk outside the apartment. And many parts of the street smelled of urine. There was no room service if you stay there for less than 8 days. If you need help, there is no physical human to speak to. Worst of all, there’s a rat living with us!!

Good location and facilities, but appalling admin

Once we could get into the apartment it was fine -BUT we had been sent details for the wrong flat, and had to phone for instructions - which took a long time. Not a good start.

Very local to the station and comfortable apartment. Quiet building

Handy location near King’s Cross station, also liked the kitchen.

Only one set of cutlery, despite listing two guests staying. The lounge has significant stains on it, did not use

Good location, near Pancras Station.

The bed was poor. There was no box spring at all (as often in London, in my experience), and the too soft mattress meant back trouble for me. I normally sleep well in hotels, if they have a box spring. It was a bit hard to open the key box next to the door, but I figured it out. Stuck a bit.

I would definitely book an apartment again however I would maybe chose a different location as the area didn’t feel very

I liked that we had an apartment so plenty of room to sit and chill out. check in was super easy and we were sent clear directions of how to access the property.

it was so hot which isn’t anyone’s fault but I do think a couple more or bigger fans were needed! I don’t think an air con machine would have helped! also the street was quite noisy, there were a number of people who congregated on the steps across the road that were quite loud until the early hours of the morning and also left a lot of mess/litter so it made it look very untidy.

as advertised from previous reviews, was convenient but not planning to book again

Location was short walk from St Pancras. Flat had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. Flat 5 was at the video back so a little bit away from front door noise.

However the street outside stank of urine and was full of homeless people. Lot of light shined in through side of blinds, we were in flat 5. Lack of soundproofing, we had someone walking around above us quite a lot early in the morning.

Perfect location, lovely apartment that suits our needs

Kings Cross communicated all the instructions very clearly during our stay - where to get the keys, the door code, and the location. They have a washer/ dryer that was helpful for us to do laundry. All the amenities and facilities met our needs. Initially I thought the bed and washrooms were quite small but I've gotten used to them. It was helpful to have room cleaning service as well but I wished it was a little more frequent.

Laundry is essentially £2 for the washer, and another £2 for the dryer since it only runs £1 per 30min and both machines require a minimum of 1 hour. There were times when we see sketchy people hanging around outside the apartment - but we felt alright since Kings Cross was a busy area.

The location was perfect.

The tight stairwell made it tricky to carry a large suitcase up and down. The shower door didn’t open outwards making it a bit tricky to get in without getting the whole bathroom wet.
