The location was great & comfy beds. They kept in touch with me during the travelling process & met us early to get access to property.
We had a very good weekend during our stay
It would have been a good idea to have a small welcome pack on arrival, like a pint of milk, some tea, coffee etc & a bottle of water.
An extra pillow each would have been good to.

Good location. Clean. Great Wi-Fi.
A little noisy from traffic but fine with earplugs.

A modest, but clean and well functioning apartment. We had so much fun out in the city and enjoyed coming back to relax before going out for dinner. A very good price for a spot on location and a good place to sleep! Our host Carina was also very nice and understanding even though we messed up our time schedule a bit due to time zone differences. We can really recommend her as a host!
everything was good - a mirror was missing in the bathroom due to breaking and I guess they had not had the time to fix it. But that was totally okay as the apartment had multiple mirrors!

Okay for the money but will not be in a rush to return.
Location decent
My partner, young daughter and myself arrived back to the apartment around 10pm to the smell of drugs coming from the apartment next door.
3.5
Excellent location and just the right size for single and double occupancy.
Could have done with couple of more towels and toilet roll
3.0
The location was perfect, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen had some good basic equipment, Karina was a friendly host.
The appartment had a little smell, the sink did not drain properly, the heater was not properly working (we had to open a window all the time otherwise it would be a sauna), some tiles in the bathroom were broken.

We could Cook.
Close to main attractions
Very friendly staff and understanding
Quite comfortable
Good heating (but once it was not okay, but the other days super hot)
The fire alarm went off out of nowhere in the middle of the night.
If it rains, raindrops come through the walls and we have to clean the floor.

Our host was flexible and was able to meet us earlier than scheduled to hand the keys to us. Location is excellent - we walked to most major attractions.
It rained and the roof leaked on our second day there. We had to clean it up ourselves. We got a call from one of the hosts who said they would send cleaners to clean it up and since they couldn't move us to a new place, was going to provide a partial reimbursement of our stay. Neither of those things happened despite getting in touch to follow-up afterwards. We were down to one towel on our last night as we had used the other two to clean up the water from the leaking roof. Never did hear back from them.
Kitchen was very very sparse. Oven door was close to coming off so we did not use it.

Very nicely located, close to a bunch of cafés, to the Warren Street Station and a Lidl. Max time in tube was about 30min to the London Bridge, which is really good!
Large apartment area, with kitchen and utensils, a bathroom with toiletries, bed linen and towels included. Also a very large lounge area with TV.
The staff was really kind and, unfortunately when we checked in the apartment hasn't been cleaned yet but they explained everything and what had happened and by the time we got back everything was nice, warm and clean.
The pictures are not as accurate as the apartment actually is. Needs a bit of renovation but everything else was really good!

Nothing - do not book this accommodation. They shouldn't be allowed on Booking.com to be honest. It's a couple of friends trying to make a buck.
Very dirty, didn't feel safe/secure, very noisy (it's right on the main street & can hear every single person walking by), no effort put in by the unprofessional hosts (eg, a single sheet was used as a duvet - in the middle of winter, heating was all turned off from the mains so couldn't access in the room), no doors on the bathroom. I ended up staying up the whole night trying to source alternative accommodation.

Location was very good, very close to underground station and easy walking distance to many good restaurants. Quiet building with not too much noise in the evenings, even though there were a couple of bars nearby.
Would have liked some cleaning materials. We were there for 4 days and had no antibacterial or disinfectant spray, either for the bathroom or kitchen. No provisions at all (usually milk, bread, teabags and coffee are left by hosts). Although stay was excellent there were one or two improvements which would have helped (eg shower door kept slipping off runners, some blinds wouldn't open and kitchen cupboard doors were loose.

This apartament is a total scam and a tragedy.
the apartment turned out to be a scam, the photos were fake. The state of the place was terribly dirty, moldy mattresses, hair on the bathroom floor and bugs on the bed. Spending even one night there was a health risk, the staff did not answer phone calls, they were not bothered by the problem. Had to rent another hotel immediately on the same day as my check in and got no refund. I warn everyone it's a scam and the photos on Booking are fake.

The host was very approachable and answered all our questions even late night.
Maybe they could provide toiletries (shampoo abd bath gel, tissue).

Good location
No one was clear that a person was meeting me at the flat for keys. I was approached via text message for a time of arrival, which I gave my train arrival time and not a second thought to if I was going straight to the office or straight to the flat. My train was late arriving in London and when I was disembarking, I received a short text message via Whatsapp (which I rarely use) saying "are you coming?" and then they got argumentative with me on expectations for check in that had not been communicated to me clearly. I rushed to the flat where i ended up waiting for them to arrive (it was raining) before getting access to the flat. They opened the door, told me when check out time was, and that was it - no other value exchange to the whole process.
Additionally, there was no dead bolt on the door, which made me nervous as a single female - it appears there may have been one awhile ago, as the holes still remain on the door.
If check in had been more service-oriented and if I had a dead bolt, I may have been able to overlook other parts of my experience that just didn't do it for me. I book flats all around this area monthly for when I travel in for work, and I prefer flats for comfort beyond what a hotel room can provide. But while I wanted to like it, sadly I will not plan to book this flat again, as it was not a comfortable experience from the beginning.

The apartment is really cosy (however, the stairs are steep to it). Air conditioning would be nice because it was really hot. However, it was clean and equipped with everything needed for cooking (and really sensitive smoke alarm:)). We were staying for a week and were able to wash the towels which was good. The tube Warren Street is close and some others as well, the restaurants are also just a few meters from the apartment building and we really enjoyed our staying.
Somebody could have cleaned the apartment while we were in it, at least every third day. The bed in the bedroom should be wider for two adults.

- Location of the property is great. It's close either by walking or the underground to most of London attractions. It was close to Kings Cross station where I took the train.
- Getting the keys was not an easy job. The host did not know how to speak English. And they were late to the keys pickup appointment
- The apartment is smaller and less new than the pictures. Internal doors did not have locks, even the bathroom.
- The Wifi was not working

Only got 1 key for 1 bedroom apartment even although we were 3 people. It was hard to understand how to operate the electric hobs and we didn't manage to get the oven to work.

Good location. Easy to go to the most of the stations and tube.

The location is great, can walk to some attractions, even i tried to walk from chinatown with my 2 kids back to the appartment.
Kitchen is a plus as we can cook for breakfast & some dinners
Facilities is very old (sofa, wardrobe)
There's no reception & it's difficult to call the staff.
Price is quite high.

the location was good.
just some examples: having a shower was a battle(no chance to adjust the water heath), the hob works but it feels like it doesn’t work(just for a couple of fried eggs it takes ages..), overall it is very old and no improvement or investment in probably years. this is strictly my opinion based on my experience.

The location was central
The apartment was not like in the pictures. It was down at heel and pretty low standard. I would not recommend booking this accommodation

Good location.
Smells unclean as soon as you walk through the door. Poor standard of hygiene maintained with a decent layer of dust over most things, most prominently the fan in the bedroom which had a thick coat of dust, thankfully I noticed this before turning it on. Signs (and smells) of mould and water damage throughout the kitchen. Most of the curtains are broken so no privacy on the ground floor. Curtains in the toilet have visible signs of mould. The toilet itself hasn’t been cleaned properly with signs of excrement still visible. “It’s London” can’t be an excuse to accept these poor standards of hygiene, especially at these prices. In short stay away, you will be far better off getting a hotel room from a reputable chain.

Location is within walking distance to great portland tube station, passing nice lively neighbourhood of cental London. Also another lively athmosphere at the other side of corner of the street; cafes, restaurants, coffee shops, mini market.
Fully equipped kitchen, nice small bathroom. Rooms are quite small especially the second bedroom with single bed (but no wonder this is central London)
entrance door and way to ladder seems not clean and taken care of
