Good sized house, plenty of room for 4 of us staying there. It had everything we needed. The location was great. 20 minutes walk into town.
I would stay here again for a night or 2.
The beds weren't very comfortable, unfortunately and you can hear the road from the front bedrooms
3.0
spacious, cheap for what it was. not too far from middle of the town
you can see it’s been heavily used with minimal maintenance. the beds were clean but wouldn’t say that about the rest of the place.
2.5
It was further out of Newcastle than expected
Instructions on how to access the building were unclear
The description and list of facilities were not accurate. It wasn't a semi-detached property. Therewas no outside seating area. Other things were missing too.
Towels looked dirty
3.5
ideal location, plenty of on street parking, cheap and cheerful. How I remember student accommodation.
few more knives and forks, plates would have been good and a dishwasher would be a great addition.

Property was clean
Still haven't received return of £200 deposit. This has now been 11 business days and I have provided payment details twice in chat.
5.0
the property was brilliant
great location, quiet area
beds really comfy and nothing was a problem
Nothing all was fine
there was some minor repairs which were completed straight away which were left by previous people who stayed there

Short 5 min taxi to Central
One of the bedrooms has no windows, bathroom door locks didn't work, towels were tiny and was on the main street was loud.

Great size for a group of friends / couples. Most bedrooms good size, one very small with no window.
Great size of communal space with sofas and dining table. Two showers in separate spaces for ease with big groups.
Free parking, a friendly neighbour advised us that behind the property is safer from fast cars passing. A 20 minute, downhill walk into town.
Lots of things were a little old/broken (oven, ironing board, baking trays, bin) - could really do with a spruce up to bring it up to standard. Definitely do not plan for using the oven, it took most of our evening to cook pizzas!
Security deposit late back - says 7 day return but took 10 days.

Central location
Lack of Wi-Fi and poor communication with the host regarding this - we asked for help twice and received it the day we left.
No one to meet us at the property on arrival as stated on our booking. Christoph advised this was because no security deposit was paid - this was never communicated to us.
No locks on the toilet doors - this has been mentioned in previous feedback.

The house itself was good, mostly clean, with a nice kitchen and decent size rooms. The living space was adequate for 6 people and comfortable.
Unfortunately the smoke detector beeped the whole time we were there. The host did come out to take a look, but couldn't resolve the issue. The kitchen has very minimal utensils, I think a couple of basic items could be provided, such as chopping boards and the like.
Whilst the house on the whole was clean, I had to remove the plug in the upstairs shower because the water wasn't draining. The underside of this was disgusting and clogged up. Also, whilst most rooms were very comfortable, I was informed by a friend staying in the smaller double with no outside window, that the mattress was completely gone and very uncomfortable, leading to a bad back.

the mattress
showers, bathroom and toilet doors never locked, in one room we were unable to open the window as it was too high up, doors were heavy to open and creaked very loudly
4.5
Great sized apartment.
Would stay again
