Excellent place to stay.

Huge living room, two good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms. All very comfortable and convenient to shops and public transport.

I would have to be really picky to find anything - but the door key required a bit of a jiggle to operate, and one of the lounges was very soft!

Safe and comfortable. Home away from home feels.

I like how neat and tidy the property is. Me and my family stayed comfortably. They have everything we need. Literally a Home away from home. And Shirley is very accomodating and kind.

Very good

The apartment is perfectly located within a few minutes walk to the village-like suburbs of Kingston and Manuka. Lots of good quality restaurants and cafes nearby, plus supermarkets, shops and services. The apartment is spacious and has the added luxury of two bathrooms. Streaming services on TV, full kitchen and laundry. A nice little balcony to sit in the sun, and a quiet location. The host is so pleasant and easy to contact.

Nothing not to like really, although perhaps the carpeted bedrooms could do with a shampoo. A few more marks and spills since we were there last. But all in all it's good value for money, especially considering the area.

not comfortable not clean not happy

only the location was okay. which initially I chose from the cbd.

wasn't clean, no housekeeping, old products and bed sheets and comforter to use, didn't like how there was no housekeeping either. heating isn't good either.

Kingston - close to everything

A pleasant apartment with quirky decor, in a great location. Kitchen was well equipped with crockery, cutlery etc. We had everything we needed for a one night stay, and could happily have stayed longer. Apartment is spacious, and the beds adequately comfortable if not totally wonderful. Lovely representative met us to hand over keys, show us around and to see that we had checked in and were happy.

There were some corners in bathrooms that weren't as clean as could have been. Shower door in ensuite was very stiff and hard to open/close.

Spacious and comfortable apartment right in the heart of Kingston - highly recommended.

The Kingston apartment was perfect for our needs. Fantastic position just a few minutes' walk to Kingston and Manuka, two lovely shopping and dining areas of Canberra's inner south. Surprisingly spacious for a two bedroom apartment with ensuite and a large main bathroom complete with a full laundry. A very good kitchen with lots of little extras, and a pleasant little balcony off the loungeroom. The host was easy to contact and very helpful. Under cover car parking was a bonus.

Nothing to dislike. Perhaps it could do with a check of the bathroom cupboards and remove bits and pieces left over from other people. A couple of used toothbrushes and half used tube of toothpaste that needed to be chucked out. But just a small thing and didn't take away from the enjoyment of the apartment. I've often mentioned in reviews the need for a more extensive clean, perhaps monthly. Just to keep up the standard.

Superb

The apartment was clean, neat and tidy. The bed was comfy, with more pillows in the wardrobe. Shirley was very friendly and always had a smile.

There was a little noise coming from the other apartments, but it was not loud enough to keep you awake.

This is a great apartment in an excellent location. We hope to return again.

The property manager, Shirley, texted me during the day and I updated her on our progress. When we arrived Shirley met us and escorted us into the parking and then the apartment. Outstanding service.

I can't think of anything that could have been better. The apartment is very good.

Nice neat cosy place with great location

Great location, only 3 minutes walk to the shops and restaurants, with varieties of choices to eat. Place is very clean and cosy with full equipment and host is very friendly.

Wi-Fi is not good, only one person can connect and use.

Spacious apartment in a great location

Spacious, quiet apartment in a great location, with easy secure parking. Basic breakfast supplies provided. Owner was very responsive. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Would stay again - but only in summer.

We stayed in this apartment late June, and the heating was inadequate to cope with the bitter Canberra winter. Air-conditioning unit in the large open plan area struggled to do anything other than take the chill off the air. No heating is available in the bedrooms, only electric blankets on the bed. Couch/sofa was adequate, but not comfortable for 4 adults.
