Modern amenities in a glamping setting.
Maintenance of some room appliances could have been better.

Everything’s well. I just hope we had more time to explore. Since wr were tired from the island tour.
Food’s a little more expensive esp since u can’t bring food inside

The place is eco friendly. Their cabins are one with the nature. The staffs are attentive and very nice. Our room is spacious and the pool is well kept.
We really appreciated that they have prepared a greeting for my friend's birthday. We love it!
The beach needed more clean up but it's still relaxing nonetheless.

Food is ordinary.
Food not so good.

The king room was good. Swimming pool was nice. Resort and facilities was great.
You have to get your welcome drinks yourself on a jar tap. Everyone had to present IDs not just the one that booked. Breakfast wasn’t that great. Beach not that great to swim in have jellyfish or maybe it’s just summer. They couldn’t find all my booking and had to wait for one of the room for so long to be ready. The staff and service weren’t great. The resort and facilities was good and can actually be so much better if they have great staff and service. ☹️

It was good jump off point for the Gigantes Island hopping tour; most staff were nice

The location of the hotel is 2 1/2 fron Iloilo City. Once you're in the hotel you won't regret it. Lovely scenery, very picturesque. Delicious food, Clean beach, nice pool and helpful staff. Very good massage.
Very exciting island hopping. Would come back here again in the future.
We had a very enjoyable holiday.
We only stayed 2 nights. Would be nice to stay a little bit longer.

Restaurant and Pool Area are the highlight of the Property. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
Internet is spotty at best, keeps on disconnecting

everything there’s nothing to complain about. If you do, you’re in the wrong hotel.

The pool was phenomenal, I enjoyed the getaway vibes of the resort. The glamp-ing cabin was nice!
Limited and overpriced restaurant, beach and gym was not the best

Everybody was kind and accommodating; from the reception, concierge, dining staff and house keeping. Special thanks to Mark and the ladies Jen and Diane, as well as Josie in the dining area. customer service of Solina is wonderful.
Keep up the good job guys .
See you again.

Serene and solitary property for those who are seeking an easy get away from the city. A must see vacation property for those visiting northern iloilo.
I must say, I was disappointed by the beach front. Yes it is not the best beach you would imagine in the Philippines but visiting it for the second time, I noticed a pile of ocean trash spread through its shoreline. The management must take action asap.

The STAFF… from the reception to the housekeeping and the dining area staff…
everybody made sure stay was comfortable and seamless.
Excellent commendation to their customer service especially to Mark and the reception staff (Jen and Diane).
Daryl ml of the manila office was very helpful and accommodating.
Dining staff were courteous and attentive. Special shout out to Josie who was always available extra to our dining needs.
The place is a good haven for rest.
a good stopover on our way to iloilo.
We will return every year.
Congratulations Solina Staff.
Thank you.

Nice pool and ambiance, festive decorations were much appreciated. The staff was very good. Glamping style “tents” were well equipped and comfortable.
Hobby facilities such as the pool table, ping pong and karaoke rooms were a fair ways away from the main building, plus it didn’t look to be a place used a lot (or at all?) so was fun-down a bit. The beach could’ve been better as well, maybe some huts and massage facilities would brighten up the beach front area.

Outstanding Service and support
Appreciate the quick action from staff
Facilities were not checked before the room was assigned
1st room - toilet bowl tank was leaking and flooding on the floor
2nd room - jacuzzi was leaking and flooding on the floor and the electricity supply quit after I plugged my phone charger

The rooms were great and the staff were very attentive and accommodating.
I hope they regularly clean the beach. There were lots of plastic trash scattered. Also, the balcony of our room was in front of a leaking pipe/drainage system that smells bad.

Lousy and lazy front desk staff and receptionists, broken door locks, non-working spa bath which is the main feature of our room type
4.2
They serve good breakfast at Solina
4.2
Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, cool pool, breakfast buffet and beach front (but the beach is just okay, take a tour from Carles to Islas De Gigantes to see the amazing beaches).

We can’t bring outside food.

The breakfast was descent
The dinners were on the whole not good, the place was not cleaned properly and the staff at times we’re incredibly unhelpful
