About this apartment rental

Help us build back Clearwater after Helene and Milton. We are offering Special non-holiday rates November and December. Enjoy our beautiful beach and lower rates while our community is trying to rebuild itself. We were very fortunate - Our unit did not experience any damage, so we took the opportunity to give our condo a freshen up.

The building is modernizing the elevator - so it isn't currently in operations but, our unit is just one flight. Hopefully running soon!

This was the perfect location. Quieter beach area but close to restaurants and the pier. The unit was stocked with everything you could possibly need and was extremely clean. Not a spec of dirt to be found. The beds were comfortable. The host was so nice and accommodating. I cant wait for my next trip back!

The condo is in a great location. Beach access is right outside the building. The condo isn’t in the thick of things so the beach isn’t crowded, but it’s walking distance to all the shops & restaurants & the pier. The place is really well equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, sand toys and everything you could possibly need. Very clean and just like the pictures. Overall a great place for a family vacation!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. We were here for my daughter to attend camp at aquarium for the week. The location of the condo was perfect. The view was amazing. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. The owner was very communicative and welcoming. Even offered suggestions for places to eat in the area. Will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

We recently stayed in Clearwater Beach and really enjoyed our accommodations. The condo was sparkling clean, very comfortable, and covered all of the basic needs plus many extras such as access to beach towels & chairs, umbrellas and coolers. The location is perfect for the beach and close to many restaurants, bars, and activities. Dolores was very prompt in responding to any communication. We definitely plan to return for a longer stay in the future.

This beautiful condo made our family’s spring break trip complete. It was so very clean and well appointed. The owners thought of every possible need and was most accommodating with communication as well. The condo is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown and many shops and restaurants but yet far enough away to be quiet and peaceful at the same time. As mentioned in other reviews, the sunsets seen from the balcony were one of the highlights of our trip. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer. Hope everyone enjoys this lovely condo and Clearwater as much as we did!

An amazing location step from the beach! Sitting on the balcony with a morning coffee, reading or watching the sunset was my favourite spot. Dolores and Ezra are wonderful hosts and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!!

Our recent stay at this vacation house was a delightful experience for my wife, our three-year-old, and me. The stunning view from the property set the stage for a tranquil getaway, and its prime location within walking distance of restaurants and bars added to the convenience. The house was well-equipped for family fun, with an abundance of sand toys and beach chairs that kept our little one entertained for hours. While the pool may not have been the highlight for me, it was for our three-year-old as it was enough for her to have playtime in the pool. On a rainy day, the short drive to the aquarium proved to be a delightful indoor activity, showcasing fascinating marine life, especially those friendly rescue dolphins. In summary, this vacation house offered the perfect blend of a great view, a convenient location, and family-friendly amenities which are the three items we look for. From beach days to exploring local attractions, it provided us with a well-rounded and memorable vacation experience.

We chose this condo based strictly on reviews since we were unfamiliar with the area. We were very pleased with the condo and especially the location. It was close to Frenchy's and The Palm and less than a mile to Pier 60. The view of the ocean out of the living room and off the balcony was great. The condo is spacious with plenty of room to move around. There are a number of chairs, towels, etc. for the beach. Our only negative is the mattress was a little soft for us and took a couple of days to get used to it. We will definitely rent this unit again when we return.

We stayed here for a family vacation. The condo was pristine clean and organized. Had everything you need for a beach vacation including kids toys, pack and play, bedding, etc. The location is fantastic and walkable to the clearwater area, but beach was less crowded. Beautiful balcony view! We had some inclement weather during our stay and Delores reached out to make sure everything was ok. Shes very communicative, leaves directions and info and is an excellent host. We'll be back!

First time to Clearwater Beach so I wasn’t really sure where everything was located. We went with a group of friends who were staying at different hotels so the only thing I really had to work with the distance from the condo to their hotels in walking distance. It truly turned out perfect. Upon arrival we were so impressed with how clean & beautiful everything was along with having all the comforts of home. From extra fleece blankets, a magnifying mirror (for those of us that need it) to the convenience of packing coolers for the beach along with ice packs, beach chairs and anything else you can image for a perfect beach day. The view was incredible, parking was convenient, even hauling up groceries and water was simplified by shopping carts being made available for a quick run up the elevator to the condo. The condo was roomy enough that we never felt crowded and everyone could really have their own space if they wanted it. If you’re struggling about selecting the perfect condo for your vacation like I was, you won’t regret your decision if you book this one. Communication from beginning to end was also amazing! Thanks for a great vacation and sharing your home.

Our family had a lovely time staying at the condo! The location is fantastic - just steps from the beach and only 10-15 min walk to the restaurants and shops. You can view the beautiful sunsets from the balcony! The beach is not very crowded - the condo is far enough away from the large hotels so it doesn’t have as much noise and as many people coming to the beach here, which was a huge plus for us as a family with little kids. The condo also had everything you need - beach chairs, umbrella, toys, cooler, full kitchen, etc. All the communications with the owner and instructions were very clear and timely. We also had a personal emergency during our stay and the owner was very helpful and very nice about it! Highly recommend! We will definitely be back.

You can walk to restaurants nearby. Grocery store is a few minutes away, abiut 5 minutes. Good environment. Great beach. Waves were a lithe rough but the kids had a great time. Extremely well equipped apartment. Spacious. Loved the balcony. And the owners are amazing. I loved everything about it.

Great location on the beach with beautiful ocean views. It’s far enough away to enjoy piece and quite yet close enough to walk to all the entertainment. Walkable to restaurants and Pier 60. Amazing sunsets! A nice quite pool area to relax. Very easy check in process and owners respond quickly. This was a wonderful trip and great place to stay!

We enjoyed every moment at this condo on Clearwater Beach. The sand was amazing and the kids loved it. I loved the location because everything was within walking distance, yet we were (north) of the busiest parts of the beach. The condo was beautiful and the sunsets were some of the best I’ve seen.
