Buen apartamento en necesidad de mejor mantenimiento.

Buena ubicacion y habitaciones espaciosas.

Habia mucha basura, tanto en la entrada del apartamento como en el jardin. El apartamento habia estado cerrado por algun tiempo, ya que tenia telarañas y bastante polvo en muchas zonas. Yo personalmente soy alergico al polvo y no disfrutamos del apartamento debidamente debido a la pobre limpieza.

Won’t stay there again unfortunately.

Hosts was efficient in sorting the check in process.

Home was very disappointing. There were bugs on beds and the house was not clean and quite dirty and dusty. It was quite an uncomfortable stay .

It was an average stay with lack of basic available stuff like toiletry, cleaning material, etc

location was good and it was easy to get the keys from lock box

There was a garbage bin full with garbage lying at the garden and at the main door entrance when we checked in and it was smelling very bad. Complete house was smelling because of this. It was only clear after 2 days of arrival and we had to close all windows to survive. You cannot use garden for 2 days it was smelling very bad due to garbage lying there. No toiletry was provided and even toilet rolls that was there in the toilets were 1/3 only and no other toiletry was provided. No sugar, salt was available and even Chimney was not working in the kitchen so to cook anything you need to open window and all bad odour was coming inside due to garbage in the garden. There was no mat available on the ground floor so that you can clean your shoes or foot. No cleaning material and device was available to clean the house properly. Few things was informed to property management but as we were there for event so could not informed all things. No sufficient utensils were available to cook food for 6-7 people like plates, bowls, etc. Bulbs was fused for 2 rooms and only 1 bulb was working that was not sufficient. So, overall not a pleasant stay.

It was very reasonable for a 3 bedroom house it was clean, it was close to what we needed. Location was good.

It’s says sofa bed - that is not true! It does not accommodate 7 people. Not everyone in the house had a comfortable stay. I assume it’s a new build. Thinnest walls!

Ok for a short stay to get a few hours sleep.

Good location for Airport or NEC.

Only 2 towels left for 3 guests. Very cold on arrival but warmed up once we put the heating on for while. Lots of bulbs not working on lights throughout the house. No working smoke alarms.

more attention to details would have made it better.

The house was well heated, nice and cosy.

- We booked the property for 7 people, but only 6 beds were available, so we asked for arranging the 7th bed. We found an inflatable bed probably damaged that kept deflating. - 2 light bulbs were missing from a ceiling lamp and a lamp desk. - On day 2 we run out of toilet paper. - The kitchen was not well-equipped as described, not very cleaned, in fact we had to wash dishes and mugs before using them. - We had a very disappointing check out experience, the cleaner rang the bell 3 minutes before 11am and with very rude manners she ordered us to leave immediately to not be extra-charged. So we had to leave with 3 kids in a rush. We often travel and never experienced such unprofessional behaviour.

excellent location for nec. well equipped. clean.

a couple of finishing were poor, lamp is bed 2 had no bulb and didn’t reach a plug socket! touch ups needed when removed shelves etc in hall and sitting room. paint touch ups were noticeable as seemed slightly different colour, or type of paint.

Lots of space expected an apartment but it was a house. Comfortable beds, clean two bathrooms and a toilet. full kitchen

Lack of cutlery & crockery. Not enough for six people. Lack of toilet rolls soap and kitchen cleaning stuff. Communication prior to arrival.

Keys were easy to collect Beds were clean

House was is very poor quality. We were told this house was not available, given an alternative. The alternative house had many problems that took time to find and built up over our stay. Fire alarms missing, bare electric wires, tap in bathroom didn’t work, window unable to lock, dirty pans in oven, plug in bath unable to be taken out without using a knife. Overall substandard property. DSA refused to talk, as these issues were found more than 4 hours after we entered the property, even though they only became apparent as we were using them. First glance seemed fine.

Cost effective place for an overnight, modern house with parking and good host communication

Spacious house with a small garden. 3 bedrooms, triple, twin and single. One bathroom, one en suite, downstairs cloakroom. 2015 build so modern style and warm with loads of hot water. Utilitarian furnishings, fresh white linen. Kind to leave kitchen and cooking dry stuff and shampoos in case you hadn't brought any with you. Fresh towels, bath mats. Great spot to stay for a wedding at Shustoke Barn it was just £10 in a taxi each way. This cost us £150/night a bargain and well worth the money.

Not enough crockery or mugs (5), for a place sleeping 7. Not enough comfortable seating for relaxing if 4 or more of you. Needs two sofas not one. Depends what you are there for, fine if you are just sleeping there. No tea towels, likely an oversight as everything else was there including clean kitchen sponge j cloths etc. Our car sat nav could not find the place nor could the taxi. Best to know local road names to help you locate it if you don't use a phone sat nav. on a housing estate not close to shops or a nice pub but easy car access to Coleshill where there were some pubs. A bit tired now with mould starting to grow on the shower tiling needs a deep clean.

Very tidy and lovely house equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom. Jackie and her team were great and there when you need them, Very nice and wants to share all they know about the area. We had a great stay!
