Excellent location. 5 mins away from Nagoya station, from where one could take the Shinkansen to other parts of the country and the metro to other parts of the city and suburbs. Close to high-end and budget shopping. Many restaurants close-by. 10 mins walk away, there is an excellent South-Indian restaurant.
Extremely friendly and helpful front desk; Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom. Relaxing in the Library cafe
90% of the items served in the breakfast buffet is the same on all days.

Well located, rooms were clean and recent. Staff was helpful, and the small library with complimentary coffee was a nice touch. Excellent value for money.
The breakfast was so-so. It was included in the price so no big complain, but I have seen much better in other business hotels.
4.5
Very close to train station and convenience store. Also, breakfast is included.
We chose it for its location to Shinkansen and local trains. Perfect for what we needed.
Breakfast finishes at 9.30 but when we came down 8.30, food was nearly all taken and not refilled.
No two double bed options in a room given we are family of 4 we needed two rooms but I guess not hotels fault just how most Japanese hotels are like.

Good location and very modern hotel. Good room size.
None.

Great value given the size that you’re paying for. Room was spacious, beds are bigger than the standard single and they have a library cafe on level 1 that offers breakfast (payable) and for you to lounge at all day with charging points. Coffee dispenser available FOC. Not too long a walk from the train station with Lawson nearby.
We wanted to request late check-out by an hour and were told it would come at a charge. Quite surprising given that in other countries it would’ve been offered for free, and I expected the same given that we stayed for 8 nights. Guess it’s just a typical Japan hotel culture thing, not too bothered as we spent our time at their cafe.
Also not sure why they took 2 of our tea sachets that I brought from another hotel but it’s all good.
4.5
They are open for check in even late in the night.
The breakfast was so-so. Lacks variety and flavor. And it was a little bit pricier than some hotels.

1. Good location near Nagoya Station
2. Nice Staff
3. Breakfast taste good

Rooms were small, modern and comfortable with all necessary conveniences. An adequate breakfast was included. Only 10 minutes' walk from Nagoya station and a number of convenience stores and restaurants close by.
Very friendly staff
nothing.

Buffet breakfast is included. There is a Lawson nearby which is quite convenient.
The drain in the bath tub was not cleaned and the water went away very slowly. We found that hair was stuck in the drain. Staff are not as friendly as the others we met in other hotels during the trip (less smile) but generally polite.

Exceptional hotel!!
Loved everything about it. So happy stayed extra 4 days. 12 in all! Free breakfast was really special. You could eat as much as you liked. (And we did) good choice from asian or western. Really delicious. It meant we only needed a light snack at lunchtime, so saved time and money.
Also good coffee and tea available all day in a comfortable lounge. Most welcome on return from a busy days sightseeing.
Location only few minutes easy walk from JR station and mall. Due to the location and our love of the hotel we chose to make Nargoya our base for daily bullet train trips rather than keep moving hotels. Plenty of choices of eateries. nearby We can reccomend "Dennys" opposite Station entrance.
Only small quibble not much storage room for luggage, but room size about par for Japan

nice location, a clean room, good breakfast.

The hotel is pretty new and very clean. Automated check-in/out with minimal contacts with the staffs. Staffs speaks Japanese but very helpful. Free breakfast provided has a good spread of varieties. From 2 om to midnight, they provide free coffee, self serve at your convenience. Room was bigger than hotel in Tokyo, comfortable bed and bathroom. Nagoya was snowing on one morning, it was beautiful. At Nagoya station, take the Taikoi-dori exit, turn right, cut through the construction site, cross the road and walk straight ahead.
