soggy mattresses, could have been cleaner, not enough wardrobe space, as one was used by owner as storage

Nahe an der Innenstadt, gemütlich, praktisch, gut.

Das Cottage in Canterbury war wunderschön eingerichtet und liegt sehr zentral zur Innenstadt. Günstige Parkmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden, am Haus direkt kann man nicht parken.

Zum Ausladen der Koffer sollte man nicht mit dem Auto in den Innenhof fahren, die Nachbarn sind davon wenig begeistert. Der Gehweg an der Hauptstraße ist breit genug, um dort kurz zu halten. Das könnte in der Vorinformation erwähnt werden.

I booked the cottage for my stepdaughter and her family - parents and two children. It was perfect; centrally located, clean and well equipped. Would certainly use again if the occasion arises. Owner also very helpful.

this was a personal trip, a return to a property that my grandmother lived in. I can only love being here.

decor sympathetic to the age of the property. fab location

The property has a shower room, but the placement of the toilet is in a really tight space.

excellent communication from owners, location was perfect and it was lovely and clean.

my only criticism would be the mattresses were not great quality. I feel it would be a worthy investment.

Nice apartment but shame there was no parking

Apartment good for a short stay. Cosy

The property is listed as having parking but there is only resident parking nearby and a really expensive, busy public car park which was flanked by bars. We didn't want to leave the car in that and so made the decision to return home. If we had travelled by rail we would probably have stayed

Nothing wrong with the house at all, parking was expensive though but we were fully warned about this.

Great place to explore and experience Canterbury

Lovely character, great location and good sized bedrooms

The toilet is a bit of a squeeze for long-legged people (it's very close to the opposite wall)

Centrally based accommodation which was comfortable and clean.

Free view tv box was a little temperamental. Took a little while before we were able to watch the tv. Would have been good if we were forewarned.

Lovely cottage in great location

Perfect location for our one night stay in Canterbury. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Lindsay was very helpful and communicative in terms of checking in and providing lots of details on parking etc.

Like a lot of other reviews, the bathroom is not designed for tall people but understand this is an old cottage and cannot be helped and we were able to make do for one night. My only other comment is that the curtains in the second bedroom let in a lot of light and room was very bright from about 6am - but again, this didn’t ruin our stay and would return in the future.

We had a very pleasant stay.

Lovely place, next to the city centre. The cottage is very quiet and nicely decorated. Small shops and pubs nearby. We could leave the car at a car park 5 minutes away from the cottage (west station car park) for 10£ a day. Lindsay is a very friendly person. We will go back to this place for sure.

What a great little bolt hole to enjoy Canterbury!

The location was excellent and the property was very well stocked and clean. Everything was in walking distance and we had a great time.

The downstairs loo was a little tight and the extractor fan didn't work. Parking was a little tricky.

Very disappointing for the money.

Location fine.

The most ridiculous toilet ever experienced, you have to be a contortionist to use it, not mentioned in the brochure. Operation of shower unclear.
