Wonderful location!!
Walked everywhere around the historic district with our two pups!!
Apartment was clean and amenities were great!
Would highly recommend!
10.0
We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of nice details from the well-stocked kitchen (plenty of glasses, cups, plates & silverware) to the fan in the bedroom (would be great to have fans in both bedrooms!). The parking spot is definitely tight, but we managed it just fine. Glad we brought a smaller car as they mentioned it in the listing. Would stay there again.
10.0
Cute apartment right in the heart of historic Charleston. Great to have the extra space. Easy to walk to countless coffee shops, restaurants, boutique shops, King Street, or through historic neighborhoods south of Broad. Really great to have the parking spot, although it was a little complicated to get in and out of.
10.0
Beautiful place. Great location and really nice neighbors.
Only comment on interior decorating is Paint the ceiling chandelier medallion rather than leave it in the stock foam with no paint. Such a great piece but the foam color just detracts from it all. The other part is the gap between the shower door, and the shower wall is too wide with no water protection and water is hitting your wood floor damaging the wood outside the shower. I would hate to see that get worse since the floors are beautiful as well. Put in a silicon lip or something on the door to help preserve such a wonderful place.

Stay was great! Place was lovely and clean. Wonderful spot near historical buildings/places to see. Lots of great restaurants.. Coffee at Sorello’s and dinner at Magnolia’s is a must!
8.0
The location cannot be beat. Felt like a local and was right at all the sites I wanted to see. Given that the unit is right on the street and the windows in that region are generally thin, you do hear traffic in the early morning sometimes.

Great location. Walked everywhere. Comfortable two bedrooms.

Great property, great location. Process was easy. Place was clean. Enjoyed the stay. Thank you!

The location was perfect! It was close to everything we wanted to do. The rooms were well decorated and beds super comfortable. The communication from the property manager was excellent and we had no issues with our stay. We will definitely stay there again!!
8.0
Overall this was a nice place. The location to many great restaurants was great! Decent size rooms, comfy beds, and a great shower. There were some disappointments though. The first is the street noise was awful every night and early morning. Between the late night traffic, the 4am street sweeper and extremely loud garbage trucks, my husband and I did not get good sleep at all. Other small details were - there is no ice maker in fridge (or freezer to store any), the toilet had a wobbly seat and would constantly run if you didn’t put the handle in the exact position, and the couch was very uncomfortable to sit on (definitely couldn’t lay on it either). It had zero cushioning! Also, the front door to the building was never locked.
8.0
The location is impossible to beat. The property is as described. There is one dedicated parking space. Ask for the detailed parking instructions; they’ll really help. Please note: the neighboring property is under construction. To get in and out of the parking spot required that we ask the construction workers to move their equipment and vehicles each time. Fortunately, over the course of our 4 day stay, we only left by car twice.

This was a perfect location for Historical Charleston! The apartment was beautiful and very in places with the neighborhood. A couple of glitches but the management company was responsive in a timely way. Only thing to be aware of is that you are on a main street and nighttime is noisy. Altogether a great spot.
8.0
It was a great location. And very charming. Only thing to be aware of is street noise if you are a light sleeper. Garbage trucks come at 5 am and night time fun noise. Husband and son slept through it.

We walked to all the food and shopping and sites! The unit is spacious, clean and relaxing. Loved being in the city. Everyone is so kind. Only scraped my car once pulling in to the parking area.
10.0
Of all our multiple stays in Charleston this was by far the best location and we were able to bring our pup! Came in at 2am and the parking situation was a bit confusing (drive past Broad and turn on Elliot…parking is in rear of property). The entry into the parking area is narrow but we shimmied in as our sports vehicle is wide. After getting the hang of things, we had the best time! The property backs up to the beautiful South of Broad Area so night walking was a dream and just a few blocks from all our fav eating spots, Dock Street Theater, the Market, and King St shopping. We will be regulars at this property for sure!

Incredible location! Perfect for staying in the heart of Charleston with easy access to the city
The only downside was the leaving process, having to figure out where the trash cans are located to throw out trash. Location of trash cans was nearly impossible to find and ended up walking around the block with a bag of trash for a while

Fantastic location.
The location and decor of this property are excellent. We had a few hiccups (the air mattress promised in the listing wasn't functional, causing us to have to share beds the first night, and the wifi never worked for us), but the concierge communicated well with us to try to resolve the issues. Overall a great property.

Amazing location, charming city, cozy apartment!
The location of this property is amazing! It is within walking distance to everything you could possibly want to do! It can get loud late at night and early in the morning, but you are right in the heart of the city so that is to be expected. The concierge service was great! They helped us with check in questions, places to eat ect in a very timely manner. We are a family of four with two young adult daughters and were very comfortable in this property! Parking is tight, but manageable, as long as you have a smaller vehicle. There is also a great market/cafe right next door! We will definitely stay here again!

Charleston is a pretty city to visit for a few days. We walked everywhere. Great eating and shopping. Lots of noise from city streets. Comfortable accommodations. Pack lightly as you have to park a distance from the front entryway.

Perfect for our stay!
This is a great location! We were within walking distance from everything we wanted to do. The apartment is a nice size for a party of 2-4. There are pretty significant stairs to climb to get to the apt on the 2nd floor. We were a group aged 28,33, & 75. The "most experienced" in our group would have certainly preferred a few less stairs. Otherwise, a perfect place for our stay!

Lovely, clean, convenient, highly recommend!
I stayed here over the summer for a work-cation, and it was perfect! The space was immaculate, the building was very safe, and I couldn’t have been in a better location — walking distance to my favorite Charleston restaurants and spots. Definitely recommend staying here, and I will again soon! :-)

Reviewer Comments:
We loved the location and ambience of the apartment! It felt like home and was next door to a great cafe. We walked to dinner every night and were within easy walking distance to the market and carriage rides. The apartment was well kept and charming. The street noise was a little loud as it is located on a main thoroughfare but a noise machine was provided in the bedroom which after day one we never considered using. The tenants above us had children that we could hear but considering the building is from the early 1800's we expected a little noise, nothing unbearable. We would definitely come back again and have already referred someone to stay there.

Communication needed
Twice Never received a call back for early check in, which I was told I would. If the cleaning people really clean, why was the bathroom sink and shower clogged, floor dirty, no dusting done, no broom or vacuum. Ceiling linking in living area. Order toilet paper said would have by noon, didn't get till 330. Communication is the key to customer service. Location and over all stay was great.

BD weekend with the girls
Great property in a great location. Parking is tight so you don’t want a big vehicle. Parking in back, entry in front so good to unload prior to parking. Our only issue was chain in tank of toilet broke during our stay. We called for it to be fixed & it wasn’t. We dealt with it but not ideal. Overall though I’d stay here again as it’s such a great location and comfortable little apartment

Great Short Stay
Great location close to Rainbow Row and walkable in the city. Included parking is a plus. Bedding in one of the bedrooms had maybe coffee stains on it, right on the top of the duvet. Both hand soap dispensers (in kitchenette and bathroom) were obviously empty; instead of throwing them away or replacing them, someone just poured tap water in them so they looked full. Coffee beans were on display next to coffee maker, but opened and used without a date. These little things felt like a letdown by presumably the Stay Duvet service covering this property, especially during a pandemic.
