Summary:
This gorgeous house at the end of a quiet cobblestone alley is just one block away from upper King Street, the epicenter of the city's renowned restaurant and nightlife district. This home comes with ONE off-street parking space. Enjoy some of Charleston's best local dining all within one block of this home! Come experience Charleston's southern hospitality while staying in a traditional Charleston home.
Please note this unit is handicap inaccessible.
The Space:
This is a three story well appointed home. Being off the street makes this a quiet place to stay, but a stone's throw from the lively King Street when you don't feel like being quiet. Guests enter from the piazza on the second floor. This home is perfect for the foodie with a large fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 6, and spacious living area. The kitchen includes a full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, dinnerware, pots & pans, and cooking tools. There is a washer dryer on the first floor for those who stay longer and wish to do laundry.
Guests will find the master bedroom with en suite bath on the third floor. The bathroom includes double sinks, garden tub and separate stand up shower. An additional half bath is located on the third floor.
The additional two bedrooms and second full bath are located on the first floor. The courtyard is accessed through one of the downstairs bedrooms.
Guest Access:
This is a private home, guests will have access to the entire home.
The Neighborhood:
The property is located in the Cannonborough Elliotborough neighborhood of Downtown Charleston, which is considered the most upcoming area on the peninsula. The neighborhood is perfect for a couple or a group who is looking to fully embrace Charleston's unique charm. Step right outside your door and find a wonderfully curated mix of shops, bars, bakeries, and dining. We recommend grabbing a coffee at Island Provisions before exploring King Street, Charleston's ultimate epicenter of shops and restaurants, which is just one short block from the property. Our guests have a wide selection of walkable dinner options, some of our favorites include Chez Nous, Chubby Fish, Bistronomy by Nico, and Vern's. Come experience all that our beautiful city has to offer!
Getting Around:
Most everything is within walking distance. If guests do have a car, we provide ONE off-street parking space. We suggest to bring an economy size vehicle to help with getting around Charleston's narrow downtown streets; although the more adventurous do bring larger vehicles.
Uber and Lyft are always available downtown; so, if you wander far, it's easy to catch a ride back. Charleston also has a free downtown shuttle that has a circuit around the downtown area.
Other Things to Note:
• 2 night minimum stay
• Please note our strict cancellation policy
• No smoking within 30 feet of the property. Violating this rule may result in fines.
• For safety and maintenance reasons, NOTHING is to be attached to any wall under any circumstance. Fees will apply if anything is found. This includes but is not limited to; all types of tape, adhesives, pins, etc.

The house was perfect for us. We have 2 teenagers that enjoyed their own space in the downstairs bedrooms. The kitchen was very well-appointed, and the location was walkable to everything. The house had tons of character and the management company was so easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again during our next trip to Charleston!

This is the most amazing house and we loved staying here. Made the whole Charleston experience even more special. Great area - lots of good local coffee shops and restaurants. Easy to walk everywhere. Would highly recommend.

We had a family wedding in town and this was the perfect place to stay! We were able to walk to our events and we thoroughly enjoyed being in a home since it felt like a real taste of Charleston. I would highly recommend this place and we hope to come back soon.

Our group was attending a wedding and the location could not have been more perfect. Walkable to shops, restaurants or Uber. We parked our car and did not once use during our stay. Beautiful pink row house located in the back of alley. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Be aware there are stairs going up to main living area and bedrooms are upstairs and downstairs and the parking area as is stated …one car or 2 small cars. We had no difficulty fitting 2 small.
Thanks for the welcome bag!!

Family trip to Charleston for Christmas. Excellent location. Very private. House was great. The house and parking are tight but no complaints.

We really enjoyed our time in Charleston. The home is located a couple of blocks from King Street in the heart of downtown, but it is in a very quiet neighborhood. It is a newer home built in the traditional Charleston style with all of the amenities expected in new construction. We would definitely stay there again.

Me and family had a great time. The house worked well and was close enough to King street for easy access to restaurants.

Excellent location close to all the historic district has to offer. Main living area was great with full kitchen and nice living area. Bedrooms split between 3rd floor and 1st floor provided privacy. One thing to note, the off street parking was very tight and our rented mid sized suv just fit. Anything larger would have been quite a challenge. Would definitely recommend and would return again.

We celebrated our 34th anniversary with our sons and DILs. Lovely time in Charleston. We all enjoyed the beautiful accommodations….especially the stained glass windows, kitchen filled with the morning light, and lovely bedrooms!

Perfect for 6 women to hang out, play games, dine at nice restaurants and explore all Charleston has to offer. Kitchen is well-stocked, 2 coffee makers and had everything we needed...scissors, etc. Beds were comfortable and rooms were decorated with beautiful southern charm. Lovely brick patio on ground floor for lunch and cocktails. Some water collecting in shower/sink in downstairs bathroom but minor issue.

The house was perfect for the 3 of us. The only thing that wasn’t good, through no fault of the owners, was the ally. We used an Uber most of the time, we met them on the street because they wouldn’t come to the house. It was raining when we left and we had to drag our luggage through the ally, which was flooded.
Other than that, everything was great!! The house had everything we needed and after walking most of the time, we were ready to relax!

3 Tully was a great location and and a wonderful home!

Our stay was fantastic. The house had plenty of room and every detail was well thought out and executed. We were steps away from King Street, but we heard no outside noises our entire stay. My biggest raves are for the location, but I have to give props to the Air Condition, as well. On the hottest days of the year, the third floor master bedroom was very cool and comfortable. All-in-all, a great summertime stay!

Well furnished traditional house located one block off upper King Street, the center of nightlife in the city. Located down a one lane alley, one of 5 homes. Very comfortable, quiet accommodations in a great location. Catch a bike taxi and go anywhere on the peninsula!

Stayed at 3 Tully Ally for a girls getaway. The place was immaculate and location was perfect. We were able to walk most everywhere. Only issue was with Wi-Fi signal. Had a difficult time watching movies. Not a big deal, just noteworthy. Otherwise, absolutely adorable home with all the creature comforts.
Thank you for a fabulous stay!

We stayed here for my wedding weekend. The house is a typical southern, Charleston home located in a beautiful alley. The perfect backdrop for wedding photos. Upon arrival, the host was super quick to respond to any inquiries via text. There was an issue with the AC, but the host was able to assist almost immediately. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Charleston. Oh, and it’s a 2 min walk to King Street.

We attended a wedding at the William Aiken House and this property was the perfect home base. Spacious and clean, I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is lovely, just as advertised. We enjoyed walking to coffee at Brown’s Court. Only ask would be for extra blankets. It got quite chilly at night.

The house was beautiful, comfortable, perfectly located and safe for our family of 5. We couldn’t ask for anything better.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home in downtown Charleston. We were able to walk to each and every venue we chose for shopping and dining. It is a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The house is elegant and cozy. Our group of 6 were very comfortable and found that everything we needed was supplied by our host.

House was great. My suggestion would be extra blankets- it was quite cold and the bed linens were too thin. Also, would make aware no bathroom on main floor. Having said that, we would definitely rent the house again and enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here for the Charleston Half Marathon! My husband was able to walk to the start line so that was Aweome! The location to King Street can’t be beat, we walked to Starbucks every morning. The house is an older home but had lots of charm. There were plenty of linens, pillows, and all that we needed!

House was gorgeous and it was a great location. Very convenient to walking the city!

I stayed with my two adult kids at this charming house for a week over the Christmas holiday. The property was in a fantastic neighborhood. Super close to shopping, restaurants and cultural sites of Charleston.
The property manager was wonderful to work and the house had everything we needed for our stay.
The parking is a bit tight so a small car would be an advantage. Having said that, I rented a Jeep Cherokee because my kids are very tall and we made it work:)
