Lækkert hotel med dejlig morgenmad og sødt personale

Flot stort værelse, dejlig seng, superlækker morgenmad. Personalet var søde og imødekommende

Lidt træls at de ikke fik gang i varmen i badeværelses gulvet. Jeg ville have tilkaldt noget for at få det ordnet, hvis det var mit hotel. Selvom det var sommer, føltes badeværelset koldt og lidt fugtigt

A supermarket boutique hotel with car parking.

Obviously a car park is a big asset if travelling by car. Room spacious and clean. Bathroom spacious,clean with superb shower. Breakfast fabulous with varied choices. Staff professional

Although city centre nearby the walk back is taxing due to gradient to hotel. Persons with walking difficulties will struggle.

Fantastic stay - great hosts - couldn’t do enough for you

Cooked breakfast was nice Bedding was quality Great, very helpful staff Excellent option of a bar Nice large towels Quality toiletries

Wonderful experience at the Leighton House

The room was lovely with great amenities like a heated bathroom floor and towel heater. We had lots of windows overlooking a garden area. The breakfast was amazing, with buffet and menu options.

Elegantes Hotel in Bath

Sehr gutes Frühstück und nettes Personal. Das Haus ist elegant eingerichtet.Die Stadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die Dusche hatte keine Tür, so dass man beim Duschen aufpassen musste, dass das Bad nicht komplett naß wurde!

Ein Traum, von dem man möchte, dass er nie endet

Vom Eintreten an ist man in stil- und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Räumen. Erholung pur. Schlüssel in Glasbox bei spätem Check-In. Traumhaft bequemes Bett. Schönes, grosses Zimmer und Bad. Alles tip-top sauber und erlesen eingerichtet. Frühstück hervorragend und vielfältig. Wir waren äusserst positiv überrascht. Für Geburtstag der Tochter wurde sogar Kerze organisiert. Auch Champagner oder Blumen etc. wären möglich gewesen, nur hat mich die Antwort zu spät erreicht. Personal 1a. Sehr gut im Bears Inn Abendbrot gegessen, fussläufig in ca. 5 Min. erreichbar.

A joyful experience, comfortable and clean with very attentive and professional staff

The location and the quality of this guesthouse is excellent. There is an air of quality and calm professionalism in all areas. Food was very high quality. Bus stop outside (only two stops to the town centre). Taxi fare £7 from town centre. Very helpful staff Smart, very clean accommodation.

Excellent stay close to the centre, very comfortable and friendly hotel with excellent breakfast.

Room was very nice, staff very friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The hotel was very well decorated throughout and to top it all, breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.

Wer sich hier nicht wohlfühlt, hat selber schuld!

Wir haben selten in einem so geschmackvoll gestalteten Hotel gewohnt. Das Frühstück wird frisch zubereitet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Für das Auto steht ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Es gibt einem Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Innenstadt von Bath kann man zu Fuß erreichen, wobei man auf dem Rückweg eine reelle Steigung bewältigen muss.

We had a perfect 3 night stay, thank you, we would definitely like to come back

So comfortable and loved the stylish decor. The breakfast was perfect and we appreciated the cafetières of coffee. Our bed was super comfy and the walk in shower was a dream. We would definitely recommend!

A solid, cosy, elegant and welcoming guesthouse

We particularly enjoyed the cute interior, which looked very artistic, but in a modern and elegant manner. The breakfast options were good (freshly made breakfast menu options plus a few bits and pieces as snacks).

Overall, we thought that the entire experience was very good, but that the last effort to make it very exceptional was missing. The breakfast service staff members were very friendly, but always seemed a bit distanced and just this one bit out of touch with the guests, unlike the service you'd expect during a proper 5 star experience. The cleanliness of the rooms was very good, but we could not fail to notice that there was dust on parts that are not touched on a regular basis and there were traces of mold inside the shower. The side options of breakfast included cheese and sausage slice (e.g. ham, bacon), which was great but there were only sweet bakery options available. Another option (eg small baguette slices) would have been better suited for this. Again, this does not mean that the overall experience wasn't very good. However, since in the leaflets the guesthouse describes itself as "five star", we did wonder whether they really did enough to justify this (self?)rating. Nonetheless, we would recommend this place to other guests, but perhaps in future these minor issues should be fixed to make this a solid "five star" experience.

Excellent overnight stay

A very warm welcome, coffee was provided while we waited for our room to be ready ( we were early) Beautiful decor throughout. Excellent breakfast. Easy to walk into the centre of Bath and an UBER back ( uphill!) We had a parking space although it is first come first available. Would have loved to have sat in the garden but the weather prevented that !

Friendly staff who helped with all our questions. Very good breakfast with fresh products. Perfect location just outside the busy center. Got some very good recommendations from the staff for our diner !

We had a room just above the entrance, this was a bit noisy.

Fabulous hotel in great location

The hotel is beautiful, with a lovely big bedroom and ensuite. Loved the extra touches in the lounge, with sweets and drinks. Fabulous veggie breakfasts too. staff were superb and attentive. Great location, with parking, just a short walk from the city centre.

Noise from the room and people upstairs and road noise (we did mention the noisy people and staff were great)

Perfect place for a short stay

Lovely big room with useable furniture. Nice view. Comfy bed. Breakfast was really good and changes made on request with no hesitation.

Front door was a bit tricky, even with the fob.

A beautiful small hotel within walking distance to the city centre.

Beautifully decorated room with an amazingly comfortable bed. Great breakfast in a lovely restaurant area. The staff were all very friendly. The lounge area looked plush and the artwork contributed to the hotels overall ambience.

The room was up the very top at the back and quiet, which was welcomed, just wish it had a better view and that the roman blinds blocked out the morning light.

Excellent location, parking and easy walking access to city and local eating/drinking outlets.

Well equipped and comfortable rooms with excelllent breakfast service by ery friendly staff. If you're arrriving by train or similar and have casess, the DN@T try to walk to the property unless you are super fit - it's up hill. get a cab or use the No 4/4a bus service from Bath bus station (Bay 9?) it stops afew yards after the guest house

Lovely hotel!

Gorgeous interiors and delicious breakfast! And the bathroom was really nice.

The hotel is up a bit of a hill, but can't really blame them for that! (Also, the people in the room next to us were really noisy, but again, not the hotel's fault.)
