El personal fue muy amable
Poca ventilación en las habitaciones. Un sólo baño para todo el piso cuando el anuncio decía baño privado, las toallas había que pagarlas cuando el anuncio decía que venían incluídas.

I really appreciate possibility to stay somewhere in the city centre prior early morning flight departure for a great price. It was no problem to go the train station during night and be relaxed.

Everything was clean, good lobby to relax in.
Rooms smell strong, a bit bad.
3.6
Everything is near, very convenient place.
There are plenty suspicious and kind of dangerous people around this area, no feeling of secure, especially at night.

Great breakfast and atmosphere, great staff,

The hostel actually surprised me. It is a good place to stay for a couple of nights. Free coffee and tea too! It was just hard not to feel afraid when it started to get dark as the outside location seemed a bit dodgy, and the people, as well. But the hostel has a really good security facility.

The double-bed-room is very dirty . I did not enjoy the accommodation here. I was really disappointed.

Everything
Some roommates were a bit loud at night, but its the case in every hostel

There are very nice common areas. The rooms are large enough for all the dorms so it doesn’t feel stuffy.
The area is very noisy and sketchy.

The staff was very friendly
Where is located is a neighborhood full of homeless

I like the mixture of nationalities that was there . I love happy hours and the fact that there was a kitchen downstairs for the guest . It was safe to use and we never had to worry about our things being stolen . Also the receptionist are awesome the workers loved there jobs you can tell base on their openess and their cheerful spirits . I also love the lounge a very nice and quiet seating area where you can eat or sit and have a chat with friends or do working on your laptop within the day but in the night you drink and chat and laugh and make noises but it never affects upstairs . Downstairs where the kitchen is there is a small movie space and you can play games and drink and have fun . Every visitors and workers were on point and I think it's the best Hostel I have visited so far because the location is a mess but Inside changes everywhere. And it's very clean and not smelly also they have different days when they try to do some fun things with the guests and I think that's a plus .
I hate the breakfast everyday is the samethings nothing special about it . I see it useless when I can go make my own breakfast. The only thing I hated there lol everything else is perfect .

1. Exclusive female dorm
2. Elevator - not all hostels have an elevator!
3. Hot shower
Few shower stalls (only 2!) and only one women's toilet for the entire floor.

Spacious room.
Showers could be a little cleaner.
Room was quite warm.

A great hostel with perfect common areas. Good luggage storage system with individual cages
The area the hostel is in can be quite intimidating. I would have still stayed but it may be worthwhile elaborating further what is meant by red light district in the booking email, as I imagine most would interpret this to mean similar to Amsterdams, which it isn't.

staff were helpful. I was “upgraded” by bookings.com to a 4 bed shared room. which I got there and was the only young girl in a room of 3 other men who were not clean, kind or courteous which made me very uncomfortable.
they were able to the next day move me to a 6 bed girls dorm which I appreciated a lot.
the location is awful if you are a woman. if you are a man maybe it’s a problem, maybe not. I got some very awful cat calls and people trying to touch me as I walked to and from the hostel. People were passed out on the sidewalk and it smells awful around the hostel.
it’s a really big shock.
it was also (the hostel price) so expensive compared to every other hostel I have stayed in.

Centrally located with if you want chaos of the city. Supermarket nearby
Located in a scary part of Frankfurt with too much of filth and dirt around it. No peace and only noise.

the staff were very nice and hospitable.
I booked a private room with a private bathroom with AC. checked in Tuesday night, went out for excursions Wednesday morning and by night I started having rashes all over my body. I thought it was food allergies. Thursday it got worst so I took anti allergy medicine still thinking it’s the mushroom soup I ate on Wednesday noon. I left the room at 5 am Friday which is technically Thursday night to Paris. I wasn’t getting any better so I looked for a doctor to see me and I discovered I hate bed mite bites not allergies at all! I had never had bed mites and I’ve never seen them and I was so shocked to discover that after paying close to 600 euros for a 3 night stay in a bed that had mites! the bites were all over my legs, arms, stomach, feet and ears. it was a huge mess and I couldn’t go out at all because of the way it looked and how itchy it was.

The stay was very scary & uncomfortable. The street was very noisy in a very scary neighborhood.
I saw four police vans stopped in front of the Hostel from my room window on the street after midnight to handle some situation on the street. I felt very unsafe.
