Beautiful

This is a wonderful Riad. Very chique , elegant, and smartly decorated. The staff is very very friendly, the room was huge and very comfortable. As much as the pics in booking site are beautiful the reality is even better . you have to see to believe.

The only downside were the flies.... Although it was a big bother (the flies are everywhere including in the rooms), I decided to give a 10 to this Riad as it is truly amazing...

Exceptional

This Riad - boutique hotel is a paradise in the middle of Marrakech old Madina! Extremely well managed and maintained with great and professional staff, very friendly and helpful 👍! Rooms interior decoration it's exceptional - antique and contemporary in same time.

Only suggestion - small fridge in each room will enhance the great experience and allow the guests to relax after hot summer day roaming on the souq and Madina streets. Also better food selection for breakfast.

Beautiful Riad. Superb spaces, plenty of room, and a lovely pool. Breakfast was excellent, and dinner was fabulous. Attentive, informative staff, caring staff.

Great location, wonderful staff and lovely facilities

A wonderful Riad with fabulous terraces overlooking the city and catching the Sun. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was amazing. A wonderful, quiet place to stay amidst the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh.

Beautiful, relaxing stay

Beautiful hotel! The staff were amazing and so attentive. Breakfast was fantastic and we also had dinner two nights which was also fantastic!

Plesant place, lovely staff, didn’t blow us away

Very helpful staff, the lounge room with a fire was great, roof terrace was good - but mostly because we had it to ourselves. Location is nice and quiet.

Swimming pool wasn’t in use for our stay, our shower was broken and needed fixing. We booked a room with a double and single, but the single was a put-up bed in the lounge, which wasn’t ideal. Breakfast wasn’t great, but we learnt if you asked for eggs, you could have them, but we didn’t know that until our last day.

This Riad is beautiful and calm and nicely located within few minutes walk to the main Square. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming 🌷🌷🌷

A beatiful Riad, excellent value, lovely pool, etc.

Breakfast was good(fresh fruit and yoghurt, moroccan flatbreads, range of preserves) but the same every day.

Exceptional

We received a warm welcome with tea and sweets. The courtyard was very pretty and the rooms comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with a variety of foods. The staff was very accommodating when we needed an early breakfast the day we checked out. Location was very quiet and an easy 20 min walk to main square and restaurants.

Excellent Riad hotel in central Marrakech.

Lovely Riad hotel in the Medina so very close to everything. The hotel itself is an oasis of calm in a busy area. The meals we had were all excellent and the staff very friendly and accommodating. They organised an English speaking guide for half a day which was really worthwhile.

Stay here!

This place is fantastic. The rooms are beautiful, the staff amazing and we all loved the pool and the hammam. My husband wasn't well and the team went out of their way to look after him even going to the medina to get him.paracetamol!

Superb

The riad was very big and characteristic i liked the design. The room was full of ancient gadgets and had a nice design. The staff was very kind and gave us some great informations on the city. The breakfast was good and the pool beautiful.

The only thing of the room is that it was in the ground floor which meant that to have privacy in the morning we had to close all the shutters because the breakfast was served near by.

Value for money- ok

The riad was not exactly what we excepted but there were some things that compensated: the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Our room was very nice and spacious. The spa treatments were fabulous and the prices very decent.

The riad was located in an extremely dirty and crowded area (it itself was situated on a side street), quite far from Medina (10 minutes by tuck-tuck) and for this reason walking to the Medina area was to be avoided. The Riad needs some modernisation works to make it competitive. But this is reflected in the relatively low price charged for the accommodation. Breakfast is extremely simple, unvaried.

Exceptional

Great Riad for a couple of days of relaxation in Marrakech. The suite was roomy and very comfortable. We loved the terrace, the Jacuzzi, and the many different areas to hide away and relax reading a book. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very good

Main downside was the location. Convenient enough but didn’t feel safe walking in the area at night.

Room layout slightly disappointing but that was probably my error. Nice and clean and staff helpful and friendly.

A gem in the heart of Marrakech and a wonderful team.

great location and more importantly the team were amazing. So friendly and helpful, especially Mohamed!! The room we were staying in was absolutely beautiful and so spacious. The facilities by the pool were lovely and the terrace was a lovely place to hang out and read a book. while the hotel is really central, you wouldn’t know it, it was really peaceful in there.

Lovely Riad with fantastic staff.

The Riad is beautiful and staff, Henan and Mohammad, were really fantastic - they couldn’t do enough for us. The dinners we had at the Riad were the best we had in Marrakesh. The pool is very welcome after a long hectic day walking and the place is a lovely calm haven.

The location is VERY hard to find and we got lost many times before we gave up and used Google Maps! The room we had was very dark with little lighting and had two single beds pushed together rather than a double - which was very uncomfortable - I would never knowingly book two single beds pushed together.

Exceptionally great, highly recommend!

The staff, the food, the staff, the rooms, the staff. The spa was also very good (according to my partner). Pool was very clean and cool (which helps in the warmth of the day). Terrace was also very nice to sit at and just relax. The staff was very kind, helped with every little thing and were super nice and conversational. The rooms were very clean and well organized, very comfortable as well.

Not that it can change, but the location is about 15 mins walk from the main square (Jamaa el-fnaa).

Clean comfortable rooms and really spacious. Lits of different relaxatiin areas. Amazing beds...best night sleep. Staff really helpful and friendly.
