Overall fantastic stay. Super close to the airport. You can take the bus there for 1 Euro.

The room is spacious and comfortable. There’s a blow dryer too. ;) I like the fact the owner is super responsive and gives good direction via bus to get to the accommodation. Also, she was kind enough to waive the city tax as we don’t have Euro cash on me.

Nothing that I don’t like. The only thing I’d say the owner need to get a little better instruction in how to get inside the accommodation as we were slightly confused on her instruction. So it took us a min to figure out. Not a deal breaker. :)

O alojamento está a 15 min a pé, do centro de Olbia. Muito sossegado, limpo e disponibilizam cafeteira para chá. O pequeno almoço é bom e disponibilizam produtos locais.

Perfect stay and super host!

I liked the warm welcome of the host Cinzia, she is soo kind and bubbly, which puts you immediately in a good mood! ;) She gave me a favor at the end of my stay, I want to thank her again! The hotel is perfect from the rooms to the breakfast, very good location as well: you can reach the city center easily by foot, bus or car. Close to the airport is also a good point. I would definitely stay again, and I recommend it strongly!

Nice appartement near by the airport

We had a pleasant experience at Cinzia apartments. She is a great host and makes sure her guests are comfortable. plus she makes the best croissants ever👌🏽 The room was nicely decorated with great attention to details. We had enough space than expected as the room is bigger than on the picture. tIn addition to it it has a veranda with a lovely view on the lemon trees. The location is quite close to the airport. 10 min by bus

Great Location, Nice host, close to Airport and city center

Very close to Airport and City-Center of Olbia. Very clean and very nice and kind host(s). Breakfast is of great variety and really much. You won't leave hungry :-) Lot of fresh fruit, some directly from their own backyard. Recently renovated, really good windows with noise-reduction.

The road behind the house is noisy 24h, you have to sleep with windows closed.

Wonderful place with orange trees

I loved waking up to the orange trees with ripped fruits. The location has a purely Italian vibe. The room is spacious, clean, well furnished and we slept like babies. The owner was kind and wanted to make us feel good. The breakfast was delicous with a great cappuccino and fresh orange juice. We will gladly come back when we will visit Olbia again.

Room was very clean and spacious. Location is perfect, 10 min by bus from airport and very close to the city center. Self check-in went smoothly with complete info received from the owner. Delicious breakfast with plenty of homemade goodies.

Noise insulation, but seems a general issue in Sardinia.

Awesome place to rest!

Cintzia was fantastic previous to the arrival, and even called a taxi for us to go the airport. It was a great and relaxed stay! Close to a good pizza place and other places. Good breakfast too!

Comfortable and welcoming

Cinzia is so lovely and welcoming. The room was comfortable and spacious and it was so nice having a patio off the room to be able to sit outside. Also a great location, easy to get to from the airport and also close enough to town centre to be able to walk there.

The recommended taxi driver, the hotel called for us, charged us 30 EUR for a 5 minutes drive to the aiport. This is betray. Not the hotel`s fault, but the recommended driver, known by the hotel owner, should not get ordered, any more

Good cost-benefit

Located near to Olbia airport, as we wanted, to catch the flight early in the morning the next day. Very friendly staff that made us feel comfortable and at home. The Continental self-service Breakfast was very conviniente for us as we needed to check-out around 6am.

Nice place to stay at Olbia

Very nice bedrooms with all conditions and comfort you need. The location is okay, not far from center and there’s parking for a car inside the property. The breakfast is diverse and very good. The staff is very kind and helpful. I recommend for short or even longer stays.

Poor communication with the owner, English is not very strong which makes difficult to talk.

Cinzia is the perfect host! She welcomed us with warm and the hotel has everything you need, the room is spacious, clean, modern and cosy. The balcony is very nice to enjoy your drink and you can park in the garden behing secure gates. The breakfast was excellent.

Cinzia was such a lovely host! We felt so warmely welcome by her, enjoyed the oranges from her garden and her varied breakfast buffet. The rooms are totally modern, furnished totally modern and with a good taste. A place to feel nothing but comfortable.

Amazing stay & Cinzia is a lovely lady

Cinzia was very lovely & helpful, our room was a great size, very clean & good facility's. The breakfast Cinzia supplied was perfect & Cinzia even gave us some to take out for our lunch. The garden of the property is very clean & pretty. Many thanks, Mike & Sarah.

Although the property is amazing unfortunately the location is not great, its next to the main road but it is a good base if you have a car & planning exploring
