很幸運被升等海景房，房間超級漂亮又乾淨，這幾天住得相當舒適！

房間大又乾淨，設備都很新！服務人員都很親切笑容滿面，非常推薦這間飯店。距離地鐵跟叮叮車都很近，附近也有機場巴士可搭，飯店平日也有提供免費的循環巴士可到香港站轉機場快綫。

Best Hotel in Hong Kong!

Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! My third time at this hotel and I will only ever stay here when visiting Hong Kong. The staff are also extremely friendly and it is very clean. I also love the location. Easily accessible from the airport.

Excellent room at affordable price

The room was clean, large & had beautiful harbour view. Very friendly staff & helpful cleaners. Location is good with mtr & tram stops nearby.

Expensive food at Praya but we could easily get good & cheaper food at nearby restaurants in the vicinity.

- staff were friendly - well sized room, modern fit out - enjoyed the automatic block out blinds - good location to restaurants and walking distance to train

- directly looks into apartments which are very close to us (we didn't get the harbour side rooms though) - bathroom not as clean as would have liked

Nice hotel,staff is great good value for money would definitely stay again if standards don't change

The restaurant had awesome food. We tried breakfast, lunch and dinner, all were good. The chef is very creative and innovative so if you like the same ole, same ole, this isn't it. The staff all the way from the check in desk, concierge, workers, were awesome. A big smile on their faces when they greet you, no matter what time of day, and all requests were quickly and efficiently taken care of.

The storage inside the room was a bit lacking, mainly due to a long stay, Would have appreciated more drawers in the room. Easy fix: turn the tv stand into more storage with drawers.

設備、アメニティ、スタッフ（お掃除の方やベルボーイまで）の対応、すべてにおいて利用者が快適なように考えられていました。たとえば、窓際のシッティングエリア、部屋の照明（使いやすい点灯区分）、アメニティの充実、シャワールームの使いやすさはよくある水の飛び跳ねや外に漏れるストレスがなく、高級ホテルより上の使いやすさであった。ランドリーエリア（無料）があるのも便利で、長期滞在派に向いています。香港に慣れている方には、トラムや地下鉄、バスと便利なエリアです。

ゼロです。強いてコメントすれば、暑い季節にリラックスできるプールがない（たぶん）のは、眺めの良さを思うと残念。また建物の位置の関係で玄関方向が高速道路の脇で少しイメージが悪い程度。直接横か裏に出られる専用口があればよいと思うぐらいです。その他、朝食のレストランはホテルのランクとしては値段が高めで、よくある朝食ブッフェではない様子で利用しませんでしたが、近くにショップが多いので不便ではありませんでした。

Convenient, clean and comfortable.

Free self-laundry facilities for guests. Proximity to tram line, shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Cleanliness.

Toilet did not have a built in bidet/bidet spray, which is very important for Japanese, Muslim and guests used to using bidets for better personal hygiene. Hotel should seriously consider installing them as most higher end hotels and hotels in SEA, Japan and Korea already have them. With a built in bidet spray, this would be my perfect hotel in HK.

A fantastic stay with big rooms and attentive staff

Close by to HKU station, very attentive and initiative staff. Free self service laundry. Big rooms (compared to HK standards). Highly recommend!

A great stay - big room, comfortable bed, and gorgeous view. The staff were so helpful and welcoming

I loved my stay. I was upgraded to a harbor view room which was a delightful surprise. The staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. I loved the gym and also the laundry facilities. The room was big and the bed comfortable. I will definitely return!

The windows were a bit grubby which was a shame as the view was wonderful. I was on a lower floor and traffic noise from the freeway below was somewhat intrusive.

Die Lage, unbedingt Hafenblick buchen, da die Aussicht umwerfend ist in den oberen Etagen.

Spacious, clean stay but at a higher price point.

The king bed room was spacious, toilet was big and modern, the bed and the sitting area felt clean. Amenities generally was good. The bag handlers were friendly at the ground floor. Short walk from HKU station.

The lifts were really slow. The air conditioning was really loud. The concierge during check out had a hard time explaining the booking fees charged for holding as well as deduction. One of my payments are still waiting to be reversed till date.

Very Friendly Staff and Amazing Room

The staff were very nice and friendly. They upgraded our room from urban king to harbour king. The room was very clean and the harbour view was amazing.

7-8 min walk to HKU MRT station. Plenty of local restaurants around the area. Love the view from the room. Laundry room on site is a plus. It was nice to arrange two rooms interconnecting. Good value for money.

Sound proofing is a problem. Particularly late night when you can clearly hear the traffic noises by the window (and bed). Hotel has provided ear plugs which also indicates they are aware of the problem. Room facilities look pretty new but maintenance seems a bit challenging. The automatic curtain got jammed in my room. Hotel employee fixed it after I called. The air conditioner was a bit noisy in the other room too.

Beautiful harbor view- big windows and wellcome snack basket, really nice service and amenities. I extended for the whole stay of 10days. Definitely recommend
