La vue et le confort des chambres au top

Les chambres (lits jumeaux + king size) et la vue étaient magnifiques !! Le confort chambre/salle de bain formidable, le lit king size top. Petit déjeuner génial, très varié et de qualité. Au final, un peu excentré mais très bien desservi par les taxis & tramway.

La configuration de l'hôtel est un peu compliquée, en 2 parties, mais on s'y fait. L'ensemble ne donne pas une image très qualitative. Mais les chambres rattrapent cette impression. Le check inn était un peu long. L'offre du petit déjeuner au top, mais quel dommage que la salle soit aussi bruyante !

Didn't enjoy staying here.

Breakfast was pretty good. Hotel is near the North Point MTR station. The harbour view from our rooms was nice.

The staff seemed so busy doing their own things all the time. They didn't seem to be there for the guests. They never had smiles on their faces. Too much data typing when check-in. The pillows were too soft. Some of the furniture seemed due for some repair. The online fast check-out didn't work.

Relaxing and beautiful

The property is so beautiful and such a lovely location! They gave us free cocktails while waiting to check in and upgraded us to a better room! The staff were so kind! There was a doorman who went above and beyond to help with our luggage and gave recommendations for the area! The pool is beautiful and the view is even better!

早餐很棒，我们一开始没有定早餐，后来发现外面闷热，也不太好找到合适的吃东西的地方。酒店空调足，干净，自助早餐很划算，价格也非常合理。

in-room 点餐的选择比较少，价格也比较贵，所以最后选择了去吃自助餐。

Amazing

We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Staff, amazing swimming pool, location, room, cleanness. The Victoria harbour was the view from our room. Lucky for us, we got upgraded to Deluxe room, with the bathtub was facing the harbour too. We were so amazed. It was a walking distance to everything, mall, ferry station, metro, etc. We definitely coming back to this hotel again soon 😍

Great location, wonderful view, very reasonable price

Terrific location. Airport bus A11 actually stops at the North Point Ferry Terminal, which is only 3 min walk away. No need for airport express. Subway, bus, tram are all easy walk from the hotel. Lots of eateries of different categories are within easy walking distance. The harbour view was awesome. The infinity pool was great, if only there were more beds to enjoy the sun and the city view there. The roof top bar and restaurant was well designed, offering both indoor and outdoor tables. Service staff was generally helpful and friendly. Also loved their strict no smoking policy.

I wish the pool can stay open longer to offer a late evening swim. On top of getting my credit card information, they charged a hefty "security deposit." This should have been mentioned on Booking.com.

A great time in a great city.

The view was amazing. The location was excellent in terms of being able to get into the Central Area of Hong Kong for tours and shopping. The breakfast was adequate, but I'm not a breakfast person. The Concierge was very helpful.

I really didn't find anything that wasn't satisfactory. We didn't have any real problems with the room, location, or the staff.

ห้องกว้าง สะอาด พื้นที่ส่วนเตียงนอน โซฟานั่งเล่น ห้องน้ำมีขนาดกว้างขวางไม่อึดอัด วิวภายนอกดีมาก พนักงานเชคอิน แม่บ้านและพนักงานอื่นๆเป็นมิตร ทักทายและให้การช่วยเหลือดีมากๆ

หากต้องการเที่ยวฝั่งเกาลูนจะใช้เวลาเดินทางพอสมควร แต่มีทั้งเรือข้ามฟากและรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดินอยู่ใกล้โรงแรมมาก สะดวกสบายดี

Nicht exakt im Zentrum, dafür aber am Hafen und mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Hyatt Centric wirkt relativ neu, die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und bei Wahl eines Zimmers in den oberen Etagen hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Skyline. Auf dem Dach findet man einen Panorama-Swimmingpool und einen Fitnessraum - bei einigen Geräten ebenfalls mit Ausblick. Im zugehörigen Umkleide- und Duschraum befindet sich sogar ein Mini-Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Dampfbad - zumindest bei den Männern, bei den Frauen habe ich mich nicht getraut, das zu prüfen. :-) Bucht man die Option mit Zugang zur Lounge, stehen einem zwischen 17:30 und 19:30 allerlei alkoholische und nicht-alkoholische Getränke, sowie ein kleines Essensbüffet zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist zwar nicht zentral, man ist aber mit der „Island Line“ sehr gut angebunden.

Das Frühstück ist zwar äußerst vielfältig und qualitativ sehr gut, es kann aber bei hohem Buchungsgrad zu längeren Wartezeiten kommen, bis einem ein Platz zugewiesen wird.

Lovely stay

Good location and yet very quiet. The package to upgrade for a higher room with breakfast and lounge access was worth it. We had afternoon tea one day included and the next day some snacks with simple cocktails included in the upgrade. Breakfast was varied and good quality. The views were amazing, pretty during the day and night. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom sliding door was very heavy and got stuck several times.

The hotel is pretty new and clean . The size is small . However, it is in Hong Kong, space is limited. Also there is a lot construction going on in harbor, it is not worth to upgrade the room with harbor view since the view is ugly with all the constructions.

Pleasant stay in a comfortable room with a nice view of the harbour.

The breakfast buffet is quite nice. Pricey but the selection is good. Rooms were clean and the view of the harbour was great. The location is convenient to the MTR station and the surrounding neighborhood has a lot of dining options to explore. Security also came right away when called about a disturbance from a neighboring room so kudos to them for responding quickly.

Rooftop bar would be better if open later. It closes too early and the staff weren't particularly attentive when we visited. We had to wave them down to order anything. Separately, if there are 3 people staying in a room, it'd be nice if the cleaning staff would leave 3 bath towels after servicing. I had to call everyday to ask for an additional towel.

The perfect relaxing stay in busy Hongkong Island

A perfect stay in Hong Kong Island. The rooms are all overlooking the harbor, the bed is so comfortable that you don't want to get up. The bathroom is very nice and the shower is relaxing. The breakfast is a dream and you don't manage to eat that much as there is so much to choose from. The hotel is located above a shopping center where you have several supermarkets, restaurants, café. Highly recommended and extremely comfortable if you are traveling with a small child as the distances are short. We would come back anytime, it was a great week. Thanks to everyone!

Excellent hotel, staff, location and breakfast

The breakfast was excellent as was the Cruise restaurant and bar area on the 23rd floor. Overall the staff were brilliant - very kind and helpful. For example, an issue with the hot water in the room was resolved professionally and promptly. Thank you in particular to Carlotta and Karen at the front desk for their information and assistance throughout my stay. The concierge team were also very helpful with sightseeing suggestions.

교통과 바다뷰가 좋은 호텔

조식 장소는 바로 앞에 바다가 보이는 창가쪽에 위치해서 좋았고 넓고 쾌적했습니다. MTR역과 가까와서 교통이 좋았으며, 라운지가 있는 층에 묵어서 저녁에 라운지 이용도 편리하고 좋았습니다.

음식은 다양했으나 홍콩섬인데 반해 sea food 종류가 없어서 아쉬웠고, 맛이 조금은 짜서 아쉬웠습니다. daily로 좀 더 다양하고, 특색있는 음식으로 준비되면 좋을 것 같네요.

Super Lage and der „blue line“, sauber, freundlich. Schöner Rooftoppool!

Sauber, kleine aber gut ausgestattete Zimmer, Rooftop Pool, Fitness Studio und Umkleiden sehr gut! Grosse Auswahl beim Frühstück. Sehr freundlich beim Checkout, besonders da unser Rückflug Verspätung hatte und wir spontan einen late Checkout organisieren konnten.

Betten nicht sehr gut, wir haben extra gezahlt für gute Aussicht und obere Etage bei Buchung und nochmals ontop bei Checkin, dennoch nicht die Zimmer mit dem schönen Blick erhalten. Checkin hat sehr lang gedauert. Beim Frühstück teilweise nur eine Kaffeemaschine in Funktion, insgesamt nur zwei vorhanden - bei den Gästezahlen geht das nicht.
