The food was lovely and they managed to cater for a large number of us

Very friendly and helpful and efficient staff. Special mention to 'Cat', a favourite of our dog Kevin and gave very knowledgeable and useful whisky tasting advice at the bar, brilliant!
As our dog was in a stroller, the staff were very accommodating and made eating in the bar / lounge area very easy for all our meals.
We would definitely stay at The Winnock Hotel again when we travel through Scotland. Thank you.

Location great and staff were super friendly and helpful

The breakfast was excellent, one of the very best we had over 10 days of walking The west Highland Way. The room and ensuite were very comfortable. The location at the heart of the village was perfect.
We were both disappointed with the quality of the evening meal, particularly the chicken dish. The receptionist didn't apologise for our wait at check in. It might also have been a good idea to tell us that a coach party was having a ceilidh (complete with bagpipes) below our room and also give an indication of what time that would end.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Being able to park at the hotel was a huge advantage. And the dining room and bar food was delicious. And the staff there terrific.
Maybe a quieter room. Although it was a weekend and busy. I was travelling alone and would have preferred a room with a more secure entrance as it was close to the footpath.

Lovely hotel at the edge of the Loch Lomond national part. Very friendly staff, great food, and all the facilities were clean and good. Would recommend and stay again.
Nothing bad to say, but bare in mind that is quite remote, so I would recommend booking in advance any dinner reservations as options are limited.
