Highly recommended.

The property is very well located near the city centre and very close to long term parking. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was outstanding.

Noisy. You can hear birds early in the morning and also someone upstairs woke up at 6am and was also noisy stomping on the floor.

Ideal B&B for a visit to Bath.

Excellent location just a pleasant 20-minute walk on the flat, with no hills, into the heart of Bath, and with good nearby parking. A beautiful clean and well-appointed room, perfect staff, and a fabulous breakfast. Ideal B&B for a visit to Bath.

I would prefer to be able to cancel without penalty on the rare occasions it is necessary, even at a 10-20 % charge and up to 2-3 days before travel.

It was my nephew's first experience of a British B&B and he enjoyed the stay and English breakfast

The host didn't mind us coming earlier to drop our luggage. The room was comfortable and breakfast was great.

It would be nice to have a guest toilet.

A great base for exploring Bath

A great base from which to explore Bath. Very close to Royal Victoria Park and the Royal Crescent and a short walk or bus ride into the city centre. Spotlessly clean.

Excellent to stay here

The room was very modern and clean with everything we needed. The bed is the most comfortable I have slept in. It’s in a good location to walk into the centre. The breakfast was huge, well presented and the lady who cooked for us was fantastic.

I’d stay there again

It’s charming and well cared for. Monica is a really lovely person. She was helpful and accommodating. It had everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent. Plus, there is a bus stop right in front of the building!

It’s about a 15 minute walk from the center of town.

Great house in a perfect location! Full of charm!

Beautiful house in the best location. Loved the home cooked breakfast. Linens and bathrooms were fabulous. Really enjoyed our stay.

Stunning property, great location, comfy beds

Such a stunning guesthouse with charm and character! Anna greeted us, and surprised us with the fact breakfast was included (and my goodness what a breakfast it was) and helped us to our bright room. Beds were comfortable and everything was a close walk to the guesthouse

Exceptional

The room was very nice and clean. We were greeted with a warm welcome by the host who showed us a map of the city in which helped us navigate and plan our day. Furthermore, the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had.

I have nothing to criticize. Everything was perfect and too our expectations.

The hosts were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and tidy. There was sufficient choice for breakfast. The accommodation was modern.

Restful great location lovely place to stay

A lovely welcome with Monica who is so helpful gives a great information of what is local, access etc also greets you in the morning with great choice of breakfast cooked to perfection.

Mattress not comfortable for me but helpful Monica gave extra pillow which gave hip needed support so all good

Would definetely come back

The staff were very friendly. It was my husband's birthday and I requested room to be decorated. Owner and staff went out their way to decorate it nicely for me so i was able to surprise my husband. Good communication throughout.

I would say our bathroom was smaller than expected which was not something that bothered us majorly to be honest. I guess we could always book a different room next time. Water was getting cold in the shower but when i reported it to the owner via WhatsApp it was fixed and sorted straightway.

Superb

The bedroom was very spacious. The window was large and gave a good view of the street. There were two sitting chairs with a table which meant having a cup of tea etc was comfortable. Plenty of storage/hanging space. Several electric points. Good mirror and dressing area. Breakfast was very generous and of a good standard. There was public parking nearby.

Bedroom was lovely and warm. Breakfast was good, large section of foods from corn flakes to full cooked breakfast. A residents lounge is a bonus

mould on tiles in the shower which needs dealing with. We where hardly threw the front door and payment was asked for. Could have waited until we were show our room. Owner not very chatty, this could have been because of a language barrier.

Had a lovely 2 night stay here , and would highly recommend.

Room was a lovely size and bed was so comfy. Great variety at breakfast, fruit, cereal, continental or full English.

Beautiful location, friendly staff and lovely breakfast. Very clean and wonderful amenities.

Internet only worked in main room.(we had the family room) the twin beds were extremely firm.

Lovely comfortable room,located to the rear,(no traffic noise)best breakfast ever,most enjoyable .internet connection ok but cut out occasionally ,not really a problem
