Very enjoyable and tailored to our needs.

Lovely host and excellent breakfast. Anne was so very thoughtful, even leaving a gift for us to pass on to our son for his wedding.

You won’t meet a lovelier host…
Anne will greet you with a genuine warm welcome
For us it was the personal homely touches that made this a very unique and memorable experience
Breakfast of both homemade bread rolls and mixed fruit jam (with fresh strawberries) next to the mini “garden of Eden” made for a very relaxing start to our day
Not overlooking the purpose of our stay (I’m still thinking about the bread rolls) ….Annes home is perfectly located in the City’s centre which allowed for us to just park up and stroll into Norwich
Thank you so much Anne for sharing your home with us ….we felt that we had arrived as guests and left as friends :)

Anne made us very welcome saying it was our home for the duration of our stay and putting herself out to provide anything we wanted. Lovely breakfast of home made bread, fruit, yoghourt and pastries.

We so much appreciated Anne's warm welcome. We had a lovely room and use of a large bathroom. Not only was it super comfortable and clean, there were countless personal touches such as homemade bread, local jams, and vegan pastries from the local baker. There was also a great range of tea and coffee for use in the room.
Going away, we are always just looking for a 'base'. This is one of the most delightful and enriching ones you could have.

Oh my! Where do we start? Anne is the perfect host. Attentive without being intrusive, Keen to understand and satisfy the minutest details. Superb breakfast with completely organic food. Home-made bread - oh please, YOU need to taste it! Anne made us special herbal omelletes like we've never tasted before. SO good. Danish pastries freshly made. Natural honey, preserves, natural ground coffee, herbal infusions. Large bathroom. Free access. Free parking. Superb location walk to City Centre. Running out of words. This is not your typical AirBnB. This is a warm and lovely experience.

Anne is an incredibly thoughtful and generous host, providing delicious breakfasts such as fresh homemade bread and really good sticky buns, and everything else you could need.

Anne is such a lovely host. She took all the time and care to make sure I had all I could possibly need. Lovely breakfast every morning, even offered me a lift to town when it was raining! SO lovely.
Enjoy staying in a home out of home.

Overall, the house is cozy and as lovely as the host. Highly recommend! The bed was super comfortable — we slept wonderfully. For breakfast, we had delicious cardamom and cinnamon buns freshly baked in the morning. The room was stocked with snacks, including fresh fruit, cereal and chocolate milk (yum!). It was easy to walk to the historic center from the house.

Breakfast was lovely and there were some thoughtful additions too! Great location, clean facilities and friendly host.

I took my partner for a birthday trip and we had a great stay. The house is on the door step to the centre of the city meant we could explore as much as possible and then stroll back late evening. Ann was lovely and attentive and we couldn't have asked for better

The main reason why you would want to stay here is the owner, Anne. We only stayed two nights but it was like leaving a friend when it was time to go. A snug bedroom (it is a small 3-bed house) was all we needed. The location is fantastic as you are just 10-15 minutes walk away from the centre of Norwich, which by the way is a lovely city. We aren't Vegans, and Anne is a flexitarian, but everything is built around your comfort and needs. Due to the pandemic a cooked breakfast wasn't offered unfortunately but she did take us for our first Vegan breakfast which was delicious and filling. She did bake us some pastries for breakfast the next morning, also delicious!
If we are ever down that part of the country again will definitely stay again.
Check it out!

Had a very warm welcome after driving 2 hours with great hospitality immediately. Bedroom and bathroom were a good size, warm, and bed was very comfortable! Host is a very lovely lady and accommodating, really makes sure everything is to your liking :^) Vegetarian breakfast was delicious too, homemade bread is a really delightful touch!

HomeStay is a short distance from the centre of Norwich, in a quiet sidestreet. The continental breakfast, with home-made bread and marmalade, was excellent.

The wonderful warm welcome. A lovely relaxing great value place to stay, in a very good location... Easy walk into town. Fabulous high quality breakfast. Second stay and it won't be our last.
