Probably Canberra’s best hotel for value…..

A quality, relaxing first class hotel. It’s become my favourite in Canberra. The rooms are simple and no fuss but really cosy and comfortable.

Cleanliness wasn’t brilliant. I’d like room service meals that weren’t available.

Perfect for a weekend away

Clean and fresh. Great to have access to lounge and library with cute honour system.

TVs are a bit glitchy. Struggled to get streaming to work.

It was a enjoyable stay.

The room is fabulous. The location of the hotel is behind Parliament House and close to shops at Manuka.

Surprising good value, clean & comfortable. Cafe next door good for breakfast

Comfy bed, liked the lounge area upstairs with TV, private seating & access to snacks/drinks

Parking not directly accessible. Had to walk around to hotel entrance to access lift

Room cleaniness Bathroom sink not clean. No soap dispenser had to rest on glass. Not cleaned for 3 days. Kitchen cups not clean

Hide away luxury

Great little sleep pod with a luxurious fit-out. Loved the 4 giant poster bed that filled the end of the room. Great nights sleep. We felt like we were kids in the ideal hide away! Not sure if there was a window as we were in and out early. Free parking weekends is a bonus. The staff were absolutely lovely.

There is really no food available so grab something on your way through. The Super IGA nearby was fantastic for food up to 10pm who sell great meals (some heated) including gluten and dairy free options. You can grab some Messina’s after a quick bite which is next door.

It was adequate - which was all I wanted (I was hardly there, with early starts and late finishes).

Bed was way too soft, room was adequate for what I needed. Location good. Staff terrific.

Bench/table tops not always wiped down.

The decoration is nice, small spaces but really cosy. The staff were really nice and helpful.

At $400 per night, I would've expected that they would throw free parking with the room. It is not a big deal but it would've been a nice touch. Also, the breakfast is lovely but, again, for the price they are charging they should offer buffet style.
