LOVE the view of the canal. We were lucky enough to find this last minute room as our flight home was canceled. They even upgraded us to a canal view. It was beautiful!! Staff was very attentive. The place is old, but clean. Breakfast was decent, nothing fancy. The price point was good for Venice.

Centrally located, private water taxi comes right to the hotel. Rooms were small but well appointed. Good value! Great place to stay in Venice!

Quarto muito quente e abafado
Madeiras no teto muito baixo
A iluminação é muito pouca, quarto escuro

Great location and view from our room over the canal. The staff were great and we enjoyed the breakfast.
Very poor wifi in the room but great in public areas

View from the room was amazing, well worth paying more for.
The decor was beautiful and was exactly what I imagined a traditional Italian property to be.
The staff were so helpful. They recommended restaurants and places to see and even the best times of day to see them. They recommended a lovely walk around the islands where we saw things we wouldn’t have otherwise.
Breakfast was good! Plenty of choice from cereal to cakes.

Lovely Venetian hotel, very quirky and cite, plus prosseco offered for breakfast!
It wasn't very accessible for our elderly traveler as there were a lot of stairs.

Its location is good. It is located close to many attractions, within walking distance.
Sometimes during the nighttime, the sound of music and/or engines from boats can be bothering, but these are not frequent.

The hotel is in a great part of the city, easy walk to everything, breakfast was really good
Wish the room was a little bigger

Great location, in a quiet square next to the lively streets of Verona. Apartment with big rooms and very nice kitchen and bathroom. Everything spotless clean, plus excellent communication with hostess. Highly recommend 👏

Everything was clean. Room no.27 had a nice view of the courtyard. The air-conditioning worked properly. The breakfast was fine, but there was a lovely waitress who was really helpful and friendly. The best part of this hotel is its location but I think generally it is still a bit overpriced
My room (no.27) was definitely smaller than promised 20m2 and I was unable to change it despite my complaint to the night stuff. I had to walk weird steep stairs downstairs to enter it. The second room (no.26) was OK in size, but in contrast there was a weird staircase upstairs (placed twice!) which was tiring to use all the time. Something of to be mindful

Close to the water. Clean.
Wasn’t overly impressed that we had to pay cash for the room upgrade and city taxes. Didn’t find the hotel desk clerks overly helpful.

Great location and ambiance, loved the view from our balcony, best in Venice!
Breakfast options were cold and coffee machine was push button, went elsewhere for breakfast and cappuccino on last day.

We had a family room on level 1. It was beautiful! In typical Venetian style with beautiful chandelier and lovely comfy beds. It overlooked courtyard too. Breakfast was amazing! Best we had our whole trip. The location is also exceptional which was one of the reasons we booked it with young kids. Would highly recommend .

The hotel is located nerby Venice centre. Our apartment was spacoius, clean and very comfortable. The breakfest, provided in a nice hall in the other part of the building (with a garden-seats option) was tasteful, everything fresh and in a perfect quality. The staff is very helpfull.

Place was very clean but best thing about it was location. Literally minutes from all the major sites and necessities.
The breakfast was pretty basic. Scrambled eggs were mostly tough and cold and bacon was pretty pale and off putting.
