Well be back at some point.

Location excellent you have to do Steep hill at least once 😉😚. If in car you can park at rear of property and I got my Toyota avensis estate in easily.

A very happy 4 night break

It’s a lovely characterful cosy cottage. The double bed was so comfortable. I slept so well. It’s ideally situated in close to the castle and cathedral in the city centre. The very useful on site parking. And Nicely furnished.

Just the pub next door on my final night only. Who ever it was, who was in there, possibly the landlord. Decided to wake the whole street up at 3.30 am with loud music. That only happened on the last night thank god!

Lovely stay in the perfect location. Owners very helpful. Great little pub next door with welcoming staff. Excellent tap

Excellent location right next to the castle. 5 minute walk to Bailgate area with shops bars and restaurants and the lovely cathedral. Cottage itself was comfortable and functional with a lovely log burner. Owners were very helpful and provided lots of local information

The cottage is on a fairly busy road so there was traffic noise from a bout 6am. Didn’t bother us too much as we’re early risers. The kitchen was very small and he position of the smoke alarm meant that it kept going off when trying to cook anything.

Everything we needed was provided for a very comfortable stay. The location was ideal for us, short walk to everywhere. We instantly felt relaxed and comfortable in the cottage Price was excellent

We missed a tv in the bedroom, our preference only.

Motorcycle Stay for 2!

Great location, fab if you are on a motorcycle, out of the way parking around by back door, very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, pubs next door and another 100yds away, great Indian Restaurant 100 yds the other way.

Sofa bit uncomfortable for 2 people but a minor thing only.

Gorgeous dog friendly cottage with private parking.

Gorgeous cottage. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location. Private parking. Dog friendly. Excellent communication with hosts. Backs on to castle. Nearby walks through fields with horses that leads to the canal. Just lovely!

Very central, quiet location. Well-placed for access to city centre, castle, cathedral, shops. Nice to have a parking spot (note, it's suitable for small cars, our Honda Jazz was fine). The cottage has some lovely historic features and has been sympathetically renovated to a high standard. Although small, it was ideal for us, as a couple. Kitchen and bathroom nicely-equipped. Extremely helpful owners who provided masses of useful local information.

Absolutely lovely cottage in perfect location for seeing everything Lincoln has to offer the visitor

Outstanding location right next to the entrance to Lincoln Castle and 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral and top of Steep Hill. Plenty of lovely pubs and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The cottage was very clean and appeared very freshly renovated. Plenty of room and everything you would need for a short stay, including smart TV with many of the streaming services. Dog friendly - which is great, and our lab was very happy there - with a park across the road, ideal for walking her. Great that there is a parking space - but very tight to get into (we have a medium size car) - probably not for the faint-hearted driver. I would absolutely stay here again - it was pretty much perfect for us.

A fantastic location for a self catering break.

Fabulous location and handy for the Cathedral and Castle. Excellent pubs near by. Lovely shops in walking distance. Cottage very clean and had all we needed. We enjoyed walks a short drive away.

This lovely cottage gave us just what needed...a short break away in a perfect location

We loved the cottage as it was well equipped, warm throught our stay and the parking at the rear of the property was ideal for unloading the luggage. We will certainly be returning to this quaint cottage that had lovely high ceilings for my 6ft 1inch husband.

The shower was of ample size, however the water pressure could've been better...the temperature was perfect.

Location excellent close to all amenities pubs restaurants etc. Cosy cottage had everything we needed.

While the email was very informative info about local takeaways and information about the area would have been nice. Very basic provisions. Soap was only two tiny bars. One dish cloth. More towels please

Great location, cosy cottage, next door to two great pubs!

A fantastic location within the castle/cathedral quarter with private parking (for a smallish car). the property was well proportioned, clean and had everything we needed. it was an easy walk to the more quirky independent shops, the Cheese Society is amazing, and a “roll down” Steep Hill to regular, high street names. the walk back is exhilarating!!! a goodly walk to International Bomber Command, if that’s what you’re interested in. A wonderful city.

There was nothing we did not like.

Lovely little cottage in brilliant location. We really enjoyed our stay here. Lincoln is such an interesting place, and we'll be back one Christmas, we would definitely book this cottage again.

No carpets upstairs, a rug or 2 in bedroom would of been nice but then that is just my personal preference. Parking is only for small ish cars, not too much of a problem as there is a nice large car park opposite that we left our car in the whole stay as didn't need it. Car park £9 for 24 hours so reasonable.

Awesome place to stay in an awesome location.

The place had everything I needed and was just lovely to stay in. Well laid out and comfy. Kitchen has everything you need as well. The hosts left me the most awesome giant loaf of raisin bread. I did my best to consume it over 5 days, but there are limits to everything :)

Wonderful place in a great location. Place is really comfy and well laid out. It has everything you need. While close to lots of things, it is not noisy.

Gee, it's hard to come up with much. I guess the car parking is a little tricky to get into, but I managed fine.
