Well connected to public transport. Takes 20-30 minutes to reach the centre.
Very peaceful and comfy so a good night’s sleep is guaranteed.
The area is lovely with lots of green space, cafes, restaurants, shops etc.
A small mini fridge would have been fantastic to keep bits cool. Not a necessity though.

Perfect one for travelling with limited budget. Nice quiet district not far from the main spots, old-fashioned building. There are small minuses like noise from the hallway or bad ventilation in the bathroom because of the building age, but still everything was clean and nice inside. Good mattresses for good sleep, which is necessary after all day walks.

Almost central location, possibility for late check in, friendly administrator

Good location, close to a subway station, and I loved the balcony at the room and the space.
The room smelled to smoke all days, so we had to air it before to sleep. I had to pay in cash for my pet (I would prefer to do it by card but was not allowed). The internet didn't worked.

The location is close to public transit, and it's not too far to the city center and tourist stops in Berlin. The bathroom was fine.
Our room had bedbugs, and there was no one to contact at 11 PM at night when we discovered this. Underneath the sheets, the pillow and mattress were a disgusting yellow/brown color. The price is not great for the amenities.

It's a calm neighborhood, but there are still some restaurants and the like. There were no problems with the deposit. Staff members are nice.
It seems to be either not possible or (strongly) not recommended to check in after 11 pm, and there's a 15€ charge when checking in after 10 pm. That being said, we arrived at 10:45 pm or so and were received without any problem.
It was difficult to open the window and the room could be a bit hot.

Remarkable pre-war property facing a platz with options for cafes, parks, and historic venues (not far from the zoological gardens).
It was satisfying to stay there all the way around.

Location is very good. 20 - 25 minutes walk to Kudem and one minute from U9 metro which can take you around Berlin. Safe and nice neighborhood. Prager platz and Victoria platz close by as well as supermarkets. My bed was cozy for one person and my friends slept on double bed and they said it could have been a bit more comfortable. The guy at the desk helpful. The room is clean enough when it comes to linen.

Location was okay
The staff did not understand much german. The woman was not serviceminded.
The toilet was almist breakingn by touching. Not a goog barhroom. You han get much Better hotels for the same amont og Monet elsewhete.

The location is great, the hotel is right on the corner of U bahn which will bring you to the city centre in no time. Berlin is huge so do not expect to be at the spot of sightseeings in minutes, other than that not all sightseeings are gathered in one district. The hosts were responsive. As for the room, to me, the bed, mattress and pillows were comfortable. The room is warm enough where you get a wardrobe with enough space, it also has a TV (which we haven't used), little fridge and hairdryer.
The room could have been a little more clean, the drovers were not swept, as of the bathroom the tap of the shower was leaking water which was not a big problem for me, still could take a shower with enough pressure of water, the curtains of the bathroom shower were dirty. And the Wi-Fi connection is horrible and basically didn't get any, Wi-Fi definitely needs to be improved, our room was far from the Wi-Fi set but anyways it should not have been a problem, I think. In conclusion, because I spent a lot of my time outside anyways, I can say that I'm satisfied enough but definitely this hotel needs some improvements.

I was traveling with my family and one of my parents was in a wheelchair, the hotel employees were very kind and helpful and we stayed in a disabled-people-friendly room. We are very thankful for their help and the room was very accessible and eased our trip. I highly recommend this hotel to stay!

location , great value for money
bad WiFi connection

Decent central location. Close to metro. Close to food shops. Large room. Quiet location (externally) internally you can hear other guests quite loudly and it's a long stay hotel for some studenty and workery types, so it can get loud.
Paid for a full large bed, which was provided but with it only one pillow and one single blanket. I had to have a confrontational conversation with the reception manager to have more pillows and extra blanket (their single one is too small for me.) Once room wasn't cleaned with a claim I was in the room, although this wasn't true. The front desk manager is fairly unfriendly and belligerent. Everything is a discussion. His teenage assistant rolls eyes at every question. I only stayed here because of a budget and because almost everything else was booked out due to a large conference. I would not stay again and I cannot recomment it.

The filling of the pillow aggregated into a couple of large clumps after the first night, indicative of rather advanced age.
There were several rusty pieces in the bathroom. The shower door leaked. Turning on the water in the shower caused some strange interference with the bathroom fan which resulted in a vibrating noise akin to a spaceship just before take-off -- this noise persisted during the entire length of a shower. There was only hand-soap provided, no shampoo or soap in the shower.
The room was on the ground floor with the bed next to a window, right outside of which there were tables from the next-door restaurant, occupied by partying guests.
One of the people in the reception spoke no German and only rather sketchy English.

The room was clean; the beds were comfortable.
This room was not as at all as advertised in the site pictures. The room was very small; one had to access four doors to get to the room; breakfast was mentioned but not offered; reception area was not open when we left, although it was not early. The site impressed us as probably a short-term rental location, more like a hostel perhaps than a hotel. It definitely did not compare favourably to other locations where we stayed in various European locations. In fact, it was more costly - more money; less value.

well situated, close to ubahn and easy walking distance to shipping and sites.
double bed had two single mattresses of differing heights resulting in inability to sleep together comfortably.

It was clean and nice. It was close to public transport and in great location.
Beds was very loud and squeaky. Could be nice to have shower gel.

Location, Indian restaurant in the bottom, fridge (although it did not functioned well)
Poor equipment, only one locker with one shelf for a 4-bed room is poor. Also bathroom seems like from DDR times. Apartment was next to the entrance door, which was very noisy. The room and coridor smelled from the Indian restaurant (which was quite qood) in the bottom. Mattress was horrible soft, you get 15 cm down when you laid on it. The fridge had the freeze broken, so some food got freeze.
4.0
Clean, simple, comfortable bed.
A little noisy
