Location
The image of the room was different from the room they gave us. We had a column in our room !

The rooms were reasonably large and full of light. I loved the slight scent of sulfur from the hot water. Breakfast was of good quality and with a large choice. The staff was extremely helpful: I had a small family "emergency" and they were very supportive.
The breakfast room can get a bit crowded. Also, personally, the first thing I look for is coffee: it could be slightly more accessible for my taste!

Loved that for each guest there were two pillows to choose from: soft and hard pillow. Loved also the blackout curtains.
Since the sun was shining near 24h, the room had became too hot and the little ventilation window was not enough to air the room.

Friendly staff, especially the people working durijng breakfast. Cheap by Icelandic standards. Quick check in and check out, free parking outside the hotel, dark curtains keeping the light out when it doesn't get dark at night.
The floors in the hallways were dirty and broken, the mattresses were extremely soft. The hotel only provides housekeeping upon request, which personally I find a bit odd. Gave the hotel more of a hostel vibe.

Comfy hotel, convenient location. I considered the bathroom big compared other Icelandic hotels I experienced this trip. Underground Parkade where I charged my PHEV rental.
I like to sleep in a cool room. The window only opened for like 10 cm, so cooling down the hotel room was a hassle.

For me as a solo female traveler this was perfect because my tours picked me up from lobby. Beds comfy. Clean and breakfast good.
Shower was cold once and lots of cracks in wall

The service team was friendly… breakfast was average, 5 out of 10. Recommended by the organisation, location and parking spot ..

rooms were noisy, you could hear everything in the hallways and rooms next door. shower temperature never got hot, stayed luke warm

size of the bathroom
poor wi-fi, reception employees looking like they were doing a favor to us instead of treating us, at least, with education

The hotel was stylish, clean, quiet and the beds very comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Free car parking was a bonus.

Great location
Friendly staff and helpful
Luggage room for early arrival
Great location for tour collection for day trips
Lovely continental breakfast
Great value for money
We were on the ground floor and had a car parked outside. As the room is at a lower level then outside the whole car was in the window.

The property worked fine for our trip to Iceland while in Reykjavik. It was clean, comfortable enough and it included an adequate breakfast.
I did not like the fact that when arriving on an early flight from the United States, if the room was ready and it was before noon, they charged you an additional fee that was around $25-$30. I feel like either the room is ready or not, and if it is ready why do they charge more to enter it?

I think in cold weather a selection of hot foods for breakfast would benefit
