Absolutely phenomenal location on Giudecca. Much more local and not as touristy as other areas, still very easy transportation on the Vaporetto to everywhere. Beautiful view, excellent facilities, clean, spacious, perfect for a family with 5 or even 6 people. The views can not be beat! Also within walking distance still to a local supermarket and several restaurants. Comfy beds, full kitchen. Delicious welcome waters! Also, we got a free upgrade to a canal view room.

Molto pulita e tutti molto gentili

Really nicely renovated with proper modern facilities but preserving the historical value of the building and location
The opening of the enteance door and apartment via bluetooth was a bit of an issue for us but the staff resolved it fast

The location and views of the canal was great.
We wanted to stay away from the tourists and stay somewhere less congested.
We experience a cold snap during our stay in Venice and management told us the heating was turned off and will not be turned back on. This seems to be a common occurrence in Italy.

Everythink was perfect: the room, the space, the bed, the view, the staff, the location (2 minutes from the vaporetto station, 3 stop away from piazza San Marco)
It would be practical to offer a late check out option or a way to leave the luggage in the structure after check out.

The apartment is comfortable , with good facilities.
It’s unmanned but the staff are responsive if you call them. It was clean and thoughtfully supplied with clean towels, shower gel , washing liquid , dishwasher tablets etc . A bed in the second bedroom would be preferable to a sofa bed in this room . The staff also allowed us to leave cases after earlier check out which was good .
A bed in the second room would be preferable and additional chairs in the lounge are recommended

Had a wonderful time at the property. Well maintained and centrally located.

Great location if you gat the 24h boat pass, it is right next to a stop.
There are restaurants near by
The staff are very unorganized we arived 15 minutes earlier and wanted to check-in, the room was ready, however they refused to give us the access code before 3, we had to wait for 25 minutes outside untill 3:10 the room was ready in the time that we waited.
The time wasting was very upsetting, if you don't have a lot of time in Venice don't book this guy's.

Great location, regardless that in order to reach there you should get to the island, but with 15min boat ride already in the center
Clean, spacious and wonderful view from the window!
Sofa bed not ultra comfortable and pillows bit too hard
Not possible to leave luggage at the location (only in the hotel which is located quite far from the place - in the main island)

beautiful property everything was fantastic no complaints
nothing to not like. I see some people complain about location because you must take water taxi but that is just Venice. I love the quiet location

Great location if you like to stay at the Giudecca (which i love). You need to take a water taxi/bus every time you want to go to the city center. The Place is lovely, close to the water bus stop.

The hotel apartment has a great view and is located very close to Redentore water bus station. The apartment feels luxurious. Keyless check in at late evening / night is possible. Good assistance from the hotel staff who is available over the phone to assist you with check in and everything you need.

The apartment was wonderful, spacious, clean and WARM, which was so important when staying on the Giudecca!
Although there were lots of windows, unfortunately you couldn’t see out. I wasn’t staying in during the day, so it wasn’t a problem but could be, if you want to relax at home. I was on the ground floor. I’m sure the other apartments have a view.
There should also be a ‘grab rail’ in the main bathroom to help one get out of the bath.

Price/Performance is perfect. Apartment is quite big, has 3 beds (2 double, one of them is a sofa in the living area. The other bedroom has a single, no window here). Size is sufficient for 5, 2 bathrooms are nice. Owners are giving away limited amount of free coffee and tee which is a good plus. Also shampoo and body lotion is available. Thanks for all the support at any time. We will consider staying there again for the next time.
Coffee macgine is not properly working, a bit of push support is needed.
If you provide sleepers it would be nice and you might have less dirt in the apartment.

enthusiastic and attentive staffs make a pleasant journey for us, thank you very much.

The apartment has a very nice size, two bathrooms, great location, easy to check-in and to check-out
The neighbors had kids and it was very loud and they been running and screaming since very early morning (((. Also, there were black long hairs (many) on the sofa and the coffee machine was leaking.

The view of the main island of Venice is great especially at night. The apartment was very spacious and open as well as completely updated. Plenty of space for two people and would be comfortable with four people with a couch/dining area next to the kitchen and the open bedroom off the kitchen on the other side. There is also a walk-in closet and plenty of windows facing a canal. Water buses were very convenient to get around the islands of Venice with two stops to catch them, walking distance from the apartment.
Like the entire apartment the bathroom was updated but the tub/shower was a little difficult to get in and out of since the bottom of the tub sat up quite a bit higher than the floor. A walk-in shower would be ideal.

large apartments, well furnished and appointed (ours included washing machine, dishwasher, hob and microwave oven) on the main canal separating the Giudecca from the main island of Venice. Good transport links across to the Zattere and St Mark’s Square. Quiet location with good restaurants nearby
we arrived at night and eventually needed a mobile phone torch to work out the door entry system from the street. Unclear how to operate the microwave and whether it also functioned as an ordinary oven. Instructions would be helpful

all was super!

The apartments are located on Guidecca island which is across the water from the main part of Venice, San Marco etc, so a boat is required to get there but it's very easy to get around with a boat stop a few minutes from the apartment and it's close enough to still feel as though you're almost in the centre. The area was very quiet and the area felt very safe. The view from our apartment was amazing, you could see the Grand Canal but as the apartment doesn't directly face it you don't get boat traffic noise. Supermarket also very close by. Although we didn't meet them the hosts were very friendly and very quick to respond to any queries. The apartment felt big and I liked the lay out with bathroom on one side of the apartment and bed on the other. Would highly recommend and definitely stay there again

Beautifully located, a short ferry ride away from the main touristy island of Venice, this apartment is ideally for people looking to visit Venice and its numerous tourist attractions without having to stay in its midst. The accommodation itself is a cosy 3 bed, fully functional apartment with all the comforts one could ask for. The views of the canal from the apartment window itself is quite breathtaking. We would highly recommend Al Redentore Di Venezia to visitors coming in to Venice. A 5 star rating for sure!!
