Schöner entspannter Urlaub

Es war alles super dort sehr zentrale Lage dennoch Ruhig super lieber Besitzer der versucht zu helfen wo es nur geht . Sind ein 2 mal in die Unterkunft und hatten sogar ein Upgrade vom Besitzer zu unserer gebuchten Unterkunft. Im Übrigen fährt der Bius an der Haltestelle 33 nach Heraklion oben an der Straße direkt vor den Flughafen kostet 4,20 was gegenüber Taxi echt gut ist das steht nirgends im Internet. Ca 1 std fahrt fährt alle 30 min

Das kein Geschirrhandtuch da ist zum Geschirr machen oder bisschen Öl . Salz und Pfefer waren da . Und für Gäste bei Ankunft wenigstens Ne Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank

Bellissimo!

La struttura e’ molto pulita, ottima posizione, vicino alla strada con i locali e alla spiaggia, e nello stesso tempo tranquilla. Ha tutte le comodità che servono per una vacanza. Il proprietario e’ sempre presente e ci ha aiutato con ottimi consigli su dove andare, mangiare, ballare, le spiagge piu’ belle ecc… la consigliamo vivamente perché e’ bello incontrare le persone con grande cuore e voglia da fare che ci fanno sentire a casa nostra anche quando siamo lontano.

Nikos & sunshine is a must stay if your in Malia

WOW!!! I arrived to Crete super early in the morning off a ferry & was looking for a place to stay in Malia. That's when I read the reviews for Nikos and the Sunshine studios & apartments & they couldn't be more correct.. Niko's is an absolutely wonderful host, accommodated me at very very short notice. The room was clean, airy & looked very recently renovated. The location is perfect as it's close to everything but not too close as for it to be loud at nighttime. & the beds.. OMG !! When I get home I need a new bed, that's how comfortable these beds were.. I have nothing but positive things for Nikos & the staff of Sunshine studios & apartments, if your thinking of coming to Malia, this place is perfect & I can't recommend it enough!!!

Great stay in Crete

Starting with the host who helped us a lot with everything we need, the rooms here beautiful, recently renovated and equiped with everything you need. The cleanliness was spotless. Clean towels refreshed almost daily, trash can emptied, tidy up the beds. It has it's own parking right in front of the studio.

The only minus is about the bathroom that needs a refresh. The toilet seat was old and the bowl had some cracks. Even so, everything was clean and that is the most important part. Since everything else was perfect, I will not deduct a point for this and give this acommodation a solid 10

Enjoyable stay at Sunshine Studios!

Usually I would have rated the place 9 (nicely located, clean and comfortable), but with Nikos this turns into a 10, thanks to his kindness, his great advices on restaurants & bars you should visit (or those to avoid), and the fact that he is always there if you need anything. The swimming pool (next door) is a nice addition of course! Thanks again, cheers!

I would have liked the Wifi to be stronger/faster.

Lovely good value accomodation. Nikos is great!

Nikos was very friendly and helpful, we felt very welcome from the beginning of our stay to the end. Location good for central Malia whilst still relatively quiet (off the main strip). Good pool, comfy spacious room with good air conditioning. Small but nice balcony. Ideally located for supermarkets, restaurants, and not far from bus stop if coming from/going to Heraklion or other main destinations on the island. 10/10!

Affordable and good locations in the east of Crete

The room was spacious except from the bathroom. Nikos was very helpful in giving directions and good locations to visit. He accomodate us with last minute arrangements. Parking available with the room.

definitely recommended

the location is perfect and the host Nikos is very helpful. We forgot to ask for baby bed before coming but they were prepared and they offered us a bed and a baby high chair. plenty of restaurants around the property still it’s very calm during the night. we had access to the pool which was very good. the rooms are big and the bed is very comfortable.

the only negative point is the shower since there’s no curtain or a glass separator

The owner Nikos is always there for you if you need any assistance. He was very very helpful and gave us lots of tips and information on the places to visit in crete and nearby.. The rooms are very clean, tidy and newly renovated, The location is close to some very good restaurants in Malia and a very good and friendly pizza pitstop takeaway just 1 minute walk away. Great location within walking distance of the main Malia strip and local bars. Thank you Nikos for making our stay a memorable one!!!! 😊 Dave and Gail

Very clean, the huge bed adds a lot of points! Nice decorations. Receptionist was really helpful. He held us a handmade map with all the details of the area.

Walls and doors are far from sound proof. Shower didn't have any curtains so water was all over when your shower.

5 STAR EXPERIENCE

We were greeted by our host with a smile and a coffee and our experience got even better. Nothing was a trouble to him and he offered his services to us at any time. We had a special request which he delivered immediately. Our studio was clean, fresh, recently refurbished, comfortable with all kitchen amenities. Short walk to numerous eateries, bars, supermarkets etc and beach. An enjoyable experience.

Everything was great - the bathroom needs an update but Nikos said it is due a refurbishment soon.
