The property was brilliant from minute we arrived felt at home straight away. Value for money was 10/10
Sue and Kevin make it likeable straight away with how welcome they make you feel

We were greeted with warm welcome and the kettle being put on for a brew. The owners went out of their way to assist us with a car issue we had, offering to drive us to the local petrol station. Overall friendly and chatty people with a constant smile and endearing natures.

Everything was above and beyond our expectations. The freshest of breakfasts served in the beautiful garden, the rooms and bathrooms were immaculate, well appointed and incredibly comfortable. Arundel is very close and well worth a visit, and there are also superb restaurants nearby. We easily drove to nearby Chichester and Bognor Regis, and also Brighton. Kevin was great at helping with info about places to visit, restaurants and taxis. Sue kept in touch to ensure we had everything we needed when we needed it, and gorgeous Benson the dog was very happy to see us but so quiet we wouldn’t have known he was there.
I cannot fault Woodacre in any way.

I can only say it was a fantastic experience to stay in this beautiful and well planned B&B, the owners are delightful people, so friendly and helpful, the accommodation was better than a superior room in the Hilton not far from there, if that can give you an idea of the fantastic accommodation that is offered in this little corner of haven, the room was spacious like a beautiful room-bungalow-foyer where you can park just outside your door, private, secluded, access to an amazing garden to chill out and enjoy the nature, and if you are missing your dog, well there is Benson a most friendly and gorgeous Golden Retriever that will come to give you the welcome and cheer you up. The facilities in the accommodation are just what one need and bit more, bathroom spacious and clean is an understatement, that place is immaculate, one could have a pick-nick on that floor, and I have an bit of an OCD must admit, that level of cleanness made me feel safe and relaxed, everything works as should be, they provide plenty towels of good quality, there is toiletries at your disposition, from shampoo, to shower caps, a lovely electric shower in a easy to access and spacious shower cabin, and even there is a hairdryer if you forgot yours. Yes, there is kettle with coffee, tea selection, hot chocolate and some biscuits, a tv and a good wifi free service, with a very decent speed, a table and chairs and even your own little porch to hang your coats and leave your boots there. The foyer is well ventilated and illuminated, temperature perfect, and quiet. I had two lovely nights sleeping like a baby. Now, the breakfast; You get a menu to select what you want next day to be delivered at your door, you can chose to also have it in their beautiful garden, you text your order and time you wish your breakfast, and will be brought at your door by the most charming and welcoming smile. GF and food allergies, no problem, I had a safe, plentiful and delicious breakfast!
There is nothing I didn't like, perhaps the question should be, what could I suggest to make it even better: a little fridge in there would be so handy and helpful, and maybe an iron board and iron in the closet, that could be handy for some. But seriously, there is nothing I wouldn't like about Woodacre. I wish was pet friendly so I can bring my dog with me as I always tend to do, but this would not deter me from to coming back to such wonderful B&B.
