About this house rental

When you stay here...you are on beach time! The perfect location for a beach vacation- just steps to the beach. This roomy 2400 sq ft beach house has open concept main floor living area - perfect for every group.
Large kitchen with stainless appliances & granite counters and all the small appliances you need.
Raised bar area with stool seating, dining table, and bistro table - plenty seats to choose from. Spacious living room with a 65"smart TV, and HD channel package.
The front deck is perfect for watching the sunrise and taking in the moment every morning over a cup of coffee.
Featuring 5 bedrooms. 4 on the second floor and 1 on the main floor. Master bedroom has its own deck which you can see the ocean from. It also has its own ensuite with large walk-in shower and custom double sink vanity. Every bedroom has its own smart TV with comfy beds. There is internet provided to keep in touch with the outside world. Two middle bedrooms have queen beds and share a bathroom. Rear bedroom has a Bunkie that is great for the younger family members with its own bathroom. Large main floor bedroom has its own deck to catch the evening sun or just get some quiet time overlooking the pool.
Beach chairs and equipment are provided in the storage locker on the ground floor. Or if you just want to hang out by the pool there are loungers provided. The pool area also features an outdoor grill for the family BBQ at the end of a day.
The property is close to lots of amenities, waterpark, mini golf, over 50 spectacular golf courses within a 30 minute drive, there are two very close grocery stores.
Downtown Myrtle Beach is less than 20 minutes away. Murrells Inlet is a short 5 minute drive - a fabulous place for the seafood lover. Enjoy the many restaurants and bars or just take a stroll on the Marsh Walk and enjoy the live music

We had a great stay here! Our first time to Myrtle Beach, we ended up staying in Surfside which was an excellent choice . The house was fully stocked however, it could have used more dish towels and towels for the bathrooms. We had to do laundry everyday this is the only complaint we had. Two great balconies to enjoy the weather. We loved all the beach chairs, beach towels and toys. The house was an easy walk to the beach and the golf cart was a plus. It is a great location; we took the golf cart down to both priers. Restaurants were close enough to use the golf cart or even a walk. The pool was on the smaller size but still the grandkids had a blast.

Host was great she stayed in contact throughout the stay we had some issues with the fridge that were out of our control and she made sure to get someone out and work on it as soon as she could. Only complaint I would have is the place needed to be cleaned better we did have to mop and clean after the cleaner was gone there needs to be 2 people cleaning it is a little much for 1 person to handle and get a good clean. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice place to stay

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Surfside Beach! The common area and outside decks were even more spacious than they appeared in the listing. The home was cute and well-appointed with everything needed (kitchen cookware, cleaning & beach gear) for a fun gathering with family & friends. The beach was only 1 block away and the golf cart made for quick trips with convenient golf cart parking at the beach. The host was very responsive with excellent communication. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here! The house is fully stocked- trash bags, laundry pods, kitchen pods, beach and shower towels, beach toys, chairs, etc…. The host is very easy to get in touch with and responds quickly! Two great balconies to enjoy the weather. The golf court was a great addition as well to pack our stuff and head to the beach. The house was great. The pool is on the smaller side but it did not impact our vacation and was perfect for the kids. The house is an easy walk to the beach. I would recommend this place and the host goes above and beyond. Thanks for a wonderful beach week!

We enjoyed our stay. The house had most everything we needed. I could not find any dish towels, which was a minor inconvenience. My only complaint is that the five children with us were barefoot in the house on the 1st day of our stay, and their feet were black within a couple of hours. I’m sure they use a cleaning service between stays. The floors had been swept but not mopped. The pool had an issue with the pump, which was reported to a supervisor. This did not prevent us from using the pool almost every day. The rooms were spacious and the property is fairly close to the beach. Having a private pool was so nice with the children. Jennifer was a pleasure to work with and was quick to respond to any questions I had prior to arrival. We would stay here again.

First, Jennifer was awesome to work with from beginning to end. She professional, friendly, and the description of the property was on target. The rooms were spacious and clean. I personally loved sitting on the balcony in the early morning before the rest of the group was awake. Our group would definitely stay here again! It was a home, away from home pleasurable, memorable stay.

Me, my husband and a group of our friends rented this house to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Before and upon arrival our host communicated extremely well with us and made sure everything was set for our stay! Out of all places we have vacationed, this was the most equipped one we have stayed at. She even went so far as to let us know some really great places to eat at and what were some great things to do around Surfside! If we could rent with her again we would!

Awesome property, communication, amenities and location. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Two very short blocks to the beach. Golf cart was so helpful. The pool was a terrific place to relax, too. Bedrooms with linens included was very helpful. Kitchen was very well stocked. Jennifer is an excellent host. We hope to return in the future.

The house is very nice with just about anything you could want included. The beds were very comfortable, but we all hated the flat pillows. That would be an inexpensive fix. The house is ready for a deep cleaning, it looked like they hadn't cleaned under the sofa for months. Also, behind the bathroom doors needed cleaned. Really appreciated the golf cart and all the beach chairs, toys, towels, etc. We would definitely stay again. Overall a great place to spend a week.

While we enjoyed our stay the house is in need of a deep cleaning. Carpeting upstairs is really bad and all of the bathrooms upstairs need to be thoroughly cleaned (walls, baseboards, shower). Loved the beach. Very quiet and clean beach. Kids loved the pool. Plenty of seating for our group of 10.

We had a great time! The house was very spacious for our group. Very clean and Jennifer was very responsive to any questions we had. We literally didn't have to pack much more than our clothes. Plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, anything needed in the kitchen, etc was provided. We travel quite a bit all around and typically always rent via VRBO. This probably was one our favorites and one most accommodating.

This was the perfect place for a family gathering for a week. Jennifer was very quick to respond with any questions regarding the property and made the whole process very easy. We appreciated the proximity to the beach, the pool and golf cart access for carrying everything to the beach.

The property was perfect. The house was spacious and very accommodating to our needs. The house was incredibly clean. The living area was very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Use of the golf cart was especially useful for trips to the beach. We had a wonderful time and hope to return in future. The property was just as listed plus the owner added a few extra estentials for the stay. We stayed here for a much needed family vacation and had plenty of room for everyone. The pool was an added convenience for the little ones to cool off in. Close to the beach and several restaurants. The owner is very responsive and pleasant to interact with. We loved the house, golf cart, pool, location, and ease of booking. Most likely be back again next year.

We stayed with 3 families + kids and the layout of this house was perfect- each bedroom having their own bathroom is lovely! The host was VERY flexible and let us check in early and check out late (amazing!!). The golf cart was SUCH an added plus, the kids thought it was the coolest thing ever, and it was helpful to go back and forth to the beach that is one block away. All of the beach toys, chairs, football, etc. was also incredible. We had a great stay! The house itself could use a deep clean and a little TLC as quite a few things are broken/tired looking, but that didn't affect our stay and how much fun we had!

We had 5 of us in MB for a 5 day golf trip and the location was ideal -- pretty close to everything. Very spacious -- hosted multiple dinners and Euchre tournaments. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Will stay here again.
