Apartment style accommodation
Pool
Pay extra for access to gym and indoor pool and spa, padel, tennis.
Limited time for all the above.
Only 1 pool if the 3 were usable - other 2 were freezing
Optional jacuzzi in room needed additional payment to be switched on and for minimum of 3 days.
Gym opened at 9am on Saturday and Sunday and 8am M-F. Better if it was earlier.
Rooms were not serviced every day
Food was average
Pool life guard had ear phones in and looking at phone when my daughter got into difficulty in the pool. Her brother and member of public had to come to her rescue.

Nothing, I would definitely return

Výborné snídaně. Pro cyklistiku, plavání a další Váš rezort víc než přijatelný.
Nic co by se mi nelíbilo, jen snad úschovna pro kola by mohla být větší.

Beautiful rooms cleaned to a high standard, very helpful and friendly staff, food and drinks wonderful
Having to pay€7 for 2 x swim caps for the indoor pool use.
4.5
Great location, nice facilities, clean room
Would be nice to do some cosmetic renovation, kids were not allowed to enter gym even with parents

Viajé del 30/09 a 05/10.
Habitacion de 10. Con salon independiente y tv. Con balcon privado. Cocina tambien propia e independiente. Habitacion supergrande.

GREAT staff, tasty food, everything was perfect.
A few mobile sun umbrellas would really help to find shadow when spending more time next to the swimming pools.

my son and I were at Vitalclass in May and it was quiet so my review may not reflect the busy times but we love it, everything. Staff were beyond amazing and that’s not always experience we have in Lanzerote. we also read the reviews before we went so we were awear about the spa area being part of the hotel but also separate so you get a vochure for one day and there a small fee for the other days but we played tennis and got a massage fantastic. we didn’t need the indoor pool so not effected in any way. we went all inclusive and I was amazed that I could enjoy great drinks and cocktails. the apartment was amazing big rooms and a separate kitchen, two very comfortable single beds and immaculate. Lots of complaints about food but I love fresh fish, and Mediterranean foods and my son loved always being able to get a pasta / pizza. Snacks in the non restaurant times ticked all our boxes and the entertainment staff and activities were the best yet, for the kids and adults. each night there’s was a great act/ music or karaoke or quiz es by the entertainment staff. also activities in the day. The hotels is slightly out but in a good way, and a free taxi service goes twice a day. very cheep taxis as well for example 3€ to centre and water park. I would 💯 recommend best holiday yet. the staff had an excellent attitude. Always happy to help and oblige. loved using the what’s app too!
outdoor pool was cold in March - shame it wasn’t heated!

We had a superb room over looking the pools. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.
The living area is very spacious and you have a balcony with table and chairs.
A small kitchen with a fridge and hob, if you wanted to do some simple cooking.
The restaurant has a large selection of food for all tastes.
We had a very late flight home. Check is generous at 12 noon, and we were able to use the facilities for the day and get towels and shower gel to have a shower before leaving early evening. There are free facilities for leaving bags on arrival and departure.
Supermarket is within walking distance for all those holiday essentials. It only takes 10 mins to walk down to the promenade that runs around Costa Tequise.
We had a ground floor apartment and we could hear the people above moving around above.

The room was excellent beautiful bathroom great shower. small kitchen with everything you need to make a light meal. Comfortable lounge area and large balcony. Excellent breakfast friendly smiley staff
we must have got the worst located room in the hotel above the kitchen where deliveries arrived. it looked out towards the sea across a busy road. Sunny in the morning but not somewhere you’d want to sit during day. Just went to the pool.

Amazingly helpful staff. Lovely suite. Fantastic swimming pools. Great breakfast selection. Delighted to be given a glass of fizz on arrival.
Spa wasn't brilliant - needs quite a bit of tlc to give it a luxury feel. .
Personally would choose to be a bit closer to town next time, though hard to find fault with the hotel.

Staff were excellent, food service team so efficient and friendly. Buffet breakfast and dinner good quality and selection. Room comfortable and clean.
Outdoor pool area kept very clean and towels provided for outdoor use. Rules to not keep sunbeds with towels which was excellent.
Apartment room had a kitchen but very limited equipment, not good if a guest wanted to use the kitchen. Nothing to wash dishes with.
Shower was good but sprayed water all over the bathroom. Spa was needing a refurbishment, bad smell in the changing rooms and sauna and steam room very tepid. Indoor pool was in use by a large group during our stay so this was out of use too.

Really good breakfast buffet. Nice relaxing pool area outside, never a problem to get a sunbed (we were out of season though). One small heated pool we used. (the others too cold.) Spacious studio, comfortable bed. Useful WhatsApp service to talk to reception - eg. we used it to book a taxi.
The hotel is advertised as having a 25m indoor pool. In reality there is a fitness company next door, for which you are given one token to use the pool and spa, thereafter there is a €6 charge. on our first (and last!) visit to the pool, it was packed with local kids swimming lessons, and adults having lessons, so there was only one lane we were allowed to use and share with 6 others…. and upon getting into the pool, we were shouted at for not wearing swimming caps. I understand rules are rules, and we duly put on the ghastly swimming caps we were given, however some prior warning of this from the hotel who’d have been useful! The spa is really not worth a visit. there are several saunas, but the 2 we entered were not vaguely hot. The loungers were in a drafty, cold room, with ice foot baths - not relaxing. A shame, as my daughter and I booked this hotel for the spa and indoor swimming pool facility. The hotel is situated in front of a half-built and abandoned hotel. it’s not really an attractive walk to the town/sea front. but we did lots of walking every day.

loved the all inclusive as these were branded drinks and good food. Came as part of Soulanza 2023 and the staff were fantastic coming outside to take our drinks orders and generally looking after us.
would prefer a double bed as not the most comfortable.
4.0
The food at breakfast was good, the rooms are spacious and the staff are friendly and helpful. The cleaning service in rooms is efficient and the wi-fi works most of the time.
I found the water temperature in the spa cooler than I am used to in comparison to other spa's.

Very spacious apartments, lovely balcony. Plenty of sunbeds. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff.
Would have preferred a double bed rather than singles in garden view suites.

excellent facilities, huge rooms at a very good standard and great, friendly staff. gym is that of a commercial standard which was brilliant and are offered one free spa access during your stay.
the distance to walk in to town was a bit too much, if you have any difficulty walking distances you would struggle to get to the centre. taxis were very cheap though at around €3.50.
4.5
Had suite with garden view (most rooms on offer seem to be suites) very large, clean and well appointed. Was on all inclusive package and food excellent, particularly breakfast and evening meal. Would likely go half board next time.
Staff very friendly and helpful, seems to be a well run hotel.
We enjoyed walking so fact that hotel about a km from main strip not a problem for us, there is a free taxi twice a day.
Would stay again
It was January and windy in teguise and there was a whistle through front door of appt. Two tv's in appt but one in bedroom didn't work properly.
