apartment was lovely, with great facilities,my only complaint would have been the omission of coffee making facilities ans the occasionzl lzpse from the housekeeping staff,ie.no towels replaced and same for shower gel.the food at vitalclass varied between average and excellent,i could usually find something nice to eat, even at the times when i found the selection of food on offer not the best.most of the staff who work in the dining room could do with a change of attitude i feel, most looked as though they were very unhappy to be there(not all)and didn't try very hard to hide this.the entertainment laid on of an evening is very much aimed at those who talk french, when i asked why this was,was told that most of the rooms are occupied by the french,so maybe euros spent from the uk aren't worth as much? a special mention to 2 of the staff here who make the difference here, miguel and anna who both work at the bar, frindly, nice and very hard working.i found most of the staff at the desk to be very helpful too.but the barstaff are a credit to the whole place.after all is said and done,i would definately stay here again.

Room was extremely spacious and pool area lovely. Not much choice of food and trying to get a sun lounger was impossible unless you woke up at 6am and even then majority of sun loungers with shade had already been taken. Management really need to look at how to manage this.

Staff were extremely friendly. Food was fantastic. Lots of different options and piping hot. Located in a quiet area but only about a 20 minute walk to the nearest bars and very cheap in a taxi. Free taxi service to the beach twice a day.

Staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Greatful that bar last orders are 11pm and closes at 11.30pm. Easy to get to harbour walking or by taxi or bus. Spa and gym great.

Really enjoyed our stay. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Staff were really nice and helpful. Food was decent with a reasonable variety. Pastry chef was excellent, as the fresh croissants and pastries in the morning and cakes etc. were very tasty.
If I was to find any negatives one would be that the evening music volume was unnecessarily loud, especially for children, so we had to move to the back of the bar and away from the stage area, also local shops were a little bit of a walk away.
Many thanks to the Hotel and staff and I would stay again if I am in Costa Teguise.

Fantastic hotel, could not fault anything. The hotel was so clean, the rooms very large and the food excellent at every meal time.

Great hotel, food was generally very good
The Barman was excellent
If I had to improve, clothes airer would be helpful
Bit of a walk to the centre, but we had a car rental so wasn’t a problem for us

Stayed here for 3 nights with friends & had a fantastic time. I was a bit worried as some recent reviews weren’t very favourable however we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was massive & had everything we could possibly need (except tea & coffee) It was spotlessly clean & had a great view of the pools. There was always plenty of sun beds & the heated pool was a bonus. Cocktails were great although not masses of choice, food was really good & the staff were very friendly. We would definitely be happy to go back.

It was not going well from the start; the property was not responding to my messages, and even when I called and asked Hotels.com to leave a note about my son, it was a surprise to them. Very bad communication caused a lot of unnecessary stress. The only positive was the food. The first room was wrong as we had a queen bed; the next one had the right twin beds but was not clean at all. I recorded that for the manager. The place was not clean. You could see the same rubbish every day. We had issues with buying ice creams as we had an all-inclusive (nonsense). They have a price there, and they said this is wrong. One day we were charged correctly; the other not, it was so confusing, and it is not about the 1 EUR but about the principle and respect for your guests. Look, we were not staying there throughout the day, but just to let you know, the indoor pool is paid, only 1 free entry, not covered by all-inclusive. Outdoor pools are free. Look, it was not a good experience for us, but others seem to be okay there.

Vitaclass has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, I upgraded to a jacuzzi suite it’s 100%worth it. (Room 3201 perfect) Lots of food choices I was all inclusive & well worth it. Really good children’s pool in their own area. A 20 minute stroll to the main shopping area & bars. Airport transfer 15 minutes, (25 euros) The hotel staff are extremely friendly. The whole complex is kept very clean. The spa area was lovely I received one free access pass on check in. I can highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is absolutely lovely. It’s fairly small and during our stay there we’re plenty of sun loungers for all around the 3 pools. Our premium suite was spacious and well equipped-suited our group of 4 women perfectly-also lovely to access the pool are via our patio door. Food was delicious and kept coming out fresh during the meal sitting-it seemed less wasteful than other larger all inclusives. Lots of friendly & accommodating staff. Good quality & range of alcoholic and soft drinks. Pleasant walk to the beach & town. Close to airport & Villa Teguise which is well worth a visit, especially on market day. That’s just one mile (hilly but lovely walk) to museo lagomar which is not to be missed.

Accommodation was clean and spacious. We had a Garden View room, which comprised of a large double room, comfortable lounge area, kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower and two basins. Elsewhere were the usual facilities including spa. Did not need to hire a car as everything was nearby and there were plenty of buses. A very relaxing vibe before the Easter rush! We hope to return.

Typical 4 star hotel, a little remote from shops and beach, but if a quiet relaxing holiday is what you want then this is the place! The staff are excellent and can not do enough to help you enjoy your stay!

Overall the stay was good but not great for the price. We asked for a double bed but they gave us two single beds. They tied the beds together for us but the mattresses were still moving apart. The gym was great! However the room was basic. Tv didnt work properly. No shower caddy. Location was also quite far from everything.

Had a short solo stay here at the start of March, hotel is lovely and lives up to the brochure. About a 20-30 min walk to the main of the bars and restaurants but that’s a positive for me… staff are friendly, food and drink more than acceptable and the apartment/rooms are of a good size

Gym well staffed and equipped. Hotel staff were professional and service exemplary. Rooms exceptionally clean. Food choice was limited could have benefited from a better selection of menu choices.
Enjoyed our stay.

I spent five nights at the Vitalclass; it was a mixed bag. The staff were excellent, friendly, and engaging. The apartment was clean and spacious. The rainfall shower was wonderful. In the kitchen, the fridge was large, and the spa with the gym and sauna were an absolute treat. Breakfast was included, and delicious, with good vegetarian options.
On the down side, the bed was uncomfortable, with a soft pad instead of a sprung or foam mattress. The kitchen in the apartment was had only two hob rings, no oven or microwave. The two pans supplied were so big that only one hob ring could be used at a time. Basic utensils, like a sharp chopping knife and tin opener were not provided. The swimming pools were unheated, and too cold for casual swimming. There was WiFi, but not strong enough for a zoom call. Noises from the flat above woke me up a few times.
It's within walking distance of the sea, but you have to walk quite a way to find a beach. There is an excellent supermarket, the Eurospar, about 15 minutes walk away. It's a clean, bright complex, popular with package tour groups.

I visited the hotel for a Christmas break. My experience from start to finish was amazing. The staff were always courteous & helpful. The hotel facilities were fantastic & our Christmas dining experience was wonderful. Well done to the Vitalclass!!! Would highly recommend a stay...

as car hire was so expensive I moved to Vitalclass Resort from Arrecife by bus 03 pulling a roll along case. This worked well and cost 1.40. The case went in the luggage compartment under. Journey time from Intercambiador Playa El Reducto which is within easy reach of the airport (bus 22 every 20 minutes) and a few minutes walk from Arrecife hotels was 20 minutes to the nearest stop for Vitalclass (Playa Roca, Teguise) about 300 metre walk. Huge reception area, lots of comfy seating, friendly efficient helpful receptionist who explained Covid protocols (National, local and hotel specific). room, recently renovated, had lounge with 3 seater settee, matching armchair, coffee table, with large dining table and 4 chairs in one corner, patio door to terrace with table & 4 chairs. separate kitchenette with fridge & hob but no oven or microwave, big bathroom with two posh sinks & lots of toiletries. Fair size bedroom with lots of storage and large wall mounted tv. I was very impressed. Breakfast was included & comprehensive with omelette station. I paid extra for dinner (18.00) and well worth it. one night there were smoked salmon and green lip mussels, fresh tuna at buffet cooking station, plus carved pork whole leg. wine 3.00 a glass, Vina Sol 15.00 a bottle, terrific value & quality. nice fair size pool & plenty of bed chairs. lots of activities- I was offered yoga, archery, etc. thoroughly recommended

We stayed for one week AI with our nearly two-year-old daughter and had a brilliant stay. The complex was impeccable, the food was lovely and the staff were great. We met some fantastic people on holiday with their little ones and the kiddies disco was great fun each night. Did not want to leave! Great photos memories 👍

Hotel was very clean and our room was huge. We had a large sitting area, kitchen and very large bedroom. We didnt use the kitchen area as we were all inclusve. Food was very nice.
Only issue i could say was the evening entertainment wasnt the best for the nights we were there but it was different every night so only can say about the ones we saw, but we would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is due to be rennovated and therefore was looking a little tired. The local area is not great but it is only a short walk to the coast raod and about 25 minute walk to Costa Teguise which is nice. The food was reasonably good ans quite varied. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed the 15-20 minute walk to the supermarket and beach. Some may not, but we liked being away from the busy centre and getting the exercise. Staff superb in their attention to detail and obviously enjoyed making sure we enjoyed our holiday. Hotel rooms in need of an update (bathrooms in particular), but plenty of space to move around in. Cannot imagine why hangers in wardrobes are so high up!

The accommodation was very spacious, right beside pools, excellent services and free spa provided at a very reasonable price! The receptionists were all very friendly, one of which helped liease with the police and car hire company during my time of need and I couldn’t thank them enough!!Certainly would return to Vitalclass for another stay!

I stayed February 28th to March 9th, 2018.As per previous reviews, the Wi-Fi is almost useless. While the Wi-Fi access points appear to be good modern equipment, and the signal strength in most parts of the resort is good, for some reason there is almost zero throughput. Youll waste a lot of time trying to establish working connections, but it will be too slow and only remain connected a few minutes anyway. If Internet access is important to you, I strongly advise you arrange your own Wi-Fi / SIM data in advance and dont bother with the hotels Wi-Fi.The spa is free and never got too busy. We used it every day except arrival and departure days. The Scottish Showers were never working properly, and on most days one of the spa rooms was switched off, but on the whole we still loved it. The indoor pool is described as Semi-Olympic, which might technically be correct but its nothing more than a standard 25m pool. Its the only pool at the hotel in which you can really swim properly, but unfortunately not free and they also sell membership to local residents and clubs so it gets too busy most of the time. There are several small outdoor pools. Theyre all unheated so nobody else used them while we were there. I was mad enough to try the main outdoor pool - twice. It would be so easy for the hotel to hook up solar panels to lift the temperature to a reasonable level - its a shame they dont do that. Anyway, the pools are shallow and not suitable for serious swimming.

The structure is amazing. Apartments very spacious and comfortable. Clean and well maintained. Very peaceful place. I would raccomend.
