Artto is a great place in central Glasgow to spend a couple of days seeing the city.

Hotel Artto was wonderful. It was very clean. Staff was courteous and the continental breakfast was high quality. The location was central for walking to all of the downtown sites. We were able to walk from the bus station.

The hotel was close to the city centre but I would look elsewhere if I was staying again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was very close to the city centre. We liked having the late checkout.

The carpet in the room was dirty and we felt uncomfortable walking on it. The bathroom floor was in need of repair and had tape holding the tiles in place. The breakfast was very basic and the milk was warm. The bathroom, and bed was clean however, there was an unidentified sticky spillage on the frame of the bed.

De locatie. Deze was echt heel ideaal aangezien het naast het centraal station ligt maar je dus ook zo in de stad bent. Het is hygiënisch en er is een 24-uurs receptie. Aan de bar in het hotel kun je nog een drankje doen als je dat zou willen. Ook is er een dagelijkse schoonmaak.

De lift. Het is net of die ieder moment ermee kan stoppen. Gelukkig is er ook een trap. Ook vond ik het verblijf redelijk duur. Het bad mocht aan de onderkant wel wat netter worden afgewerkt. Het is niet vies maar het ziet er gewoon niet uit. Helaas geen stopcontacten naast de bedden.

Noisy but comfortable and fantastic location!

Incredible location right next to the main station and in the heart of Glasgow!

Unfortunately our room onlooked the station and we could hear all the night life and our room shuddered every time a train arrived or departed. Honestly we were so tired we slept through it but it did take a while to fall asleep. As long as you’re aware there will be street noise and are happy with a little disturbance, this place is great to stay at!

Everything was good here. From reception the guys at the desk were lovely and welcoming. Room was good enough for what I needed it for. Clean rooms and bathroom was good

Swipe card was touchy for the room, wifi was a hit and miss. A bit out dated

The staff were friendly and the room was adequate for our needs. Room was overall clean and tidy. Good central location.

Due to the location, the room was noisy from the street and the bed vibrated because of the traffic and trains.

Couldn’t ask for better hotel staff. The hotel is in a great location and the size of the room is great.

One of the things that let the hotel down is the TVs that are in the rooms.

It was great value for money, clean and warm room, the staff were helpful and friendly and the location is great being central, definitely consider staying again,

Only thing needed is a bit of matinance to the rooms, handle brook in our sink bit of updating but other than that hotel is spot on

Average at best, the place needs some serious love. Unfortunately will not be back or recommending.

shower was cold (middle of winter) loose tiles on the bathroom floor, kept stubbing our toes on it mouldy shower curtain lift on the verge of breaking receptionist didn’t know the number to dial to reception from our room, more training needed uncomfortable bed Smallest tv in a hotel I’ve experienced, with only 3 channels
