Only the location, which is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel to the holy mosque.
The biggest issue was the room, I ordered a queen sized bed for my family and I for 2 nights, but I got 2 single beds instead, which definitely didn't fit us. The hotel staff lacked proper training and the management system is just very rubbish. When I wanted to change my room to what was on my ticket, they kept saying it was full and they kept telling me to try again later. It happened three more times before I've had enough. Again they said it's full and they can do anything about it and one of the solutions they gave was to try again which was very much pointless because I was going to check out that very next day. I mean if it was full why didn't they say anything to booking.com from the beginning so that way we would've booked another hotel.
After a few arguments, they suddenly led us to an empty room with a queen bed. I was confused, because they said everything was full and now suddenly they're showing us an empty room with a big bed. so I asked, " You said it was full, how come this is empty?". They replied, "because this room is booked". I got angry hearing that so I quipped back "so did I, and where is my room?". To which they can't answer. Then they asked if we wanted to take it, so we took it, stayed for the night and checked out the next day.
The main issue was the change of room without confirmation, but the little issue is really the cherry on top. When I got the single bed room, the bathroom was dirty and really needed a good deep clean. The room didn't even have the usual items such as the tv remotes, hotel slippers, gel soaps, teas and coffees. Only the kettle was available. I mean it's fine, but I was already annoyed with the whole bed situation so these little things were just making things worse.
The only good thing I can say about this hotel was the location which is at a walking distance from the holy mosque.

Good location very close to the prophets masjid
Very old rooms and toilets there's no room service no one tidies the room or cleans we had to ask every day for the bins to be emptied and towels replaces as well as asking for toilet rolls when we checked in the rooms were very unclean there were no tissues or even any towels beds were really old and mattress really uncomfortable

-A room with 5 beds for us all.
-The distance to the haraam was decent (about 5 minutes to gate 329)
-The food served at breakfast had a good variety.
-Had kettle/ tea coffee in room.
-Location for gift and food shopping was ideal.
-Price!
-It was dated and not the freshest looking toilet.
-Breakfast only served between 8-10 for non Malaysians.
-No room cleaning while we were there for 2 days.
-Stinginess with providing toilet rolls!

The only good thing about this hotel is its location.
Hotel is very dirty, old and staff are very bad. They don't understand English very much and don't seem very bothered about what your needs are.

Got a clean and very well organised room on the first day we checked in. We were very pleased with that.
Haram is very close just 5 mins I guess the best thing.
Cleaners didn’t come to clean up the next day
inspite of telling at the reception.Room was not made and cleaned the next day. We stayed for two nights but cleaning wasn’t done which I didn’t expect from a 4 star hotel.

I'm a British citizen that lives in Riyadh. Came for a break in Madina Munawwarah.
Room was good. Convenient to Masjid An-Nabawi.
The Bangladeshi staff were nice and respectful. They understand you.
Car park in basement was good
Mattress was fine
Reception staff absolutely poor!
No communication despite calling and messages them for 2 weeks prior to arrival!
Lifts are absolutely less and inconvenient.
Missed one of my prayers due to waiting for a lift for 40 minutes!! How inconvenient!!
When messaging them they never reply. They deliberately want you to miss your check in time which is between 4-8pm so they cancel room and take your money! Astaghfirullah!
Bathroom seemed like it was 20 years old!
Broken door with cracks and no fan working in bathroom. Sink was coming off.
Beds were moving everywhere every time you sat.
Duvet had stains on them when we came! Shameful and embarrassing!
Owner just needs his money, doesn't really car about customer service!

The location to Haram is the only good thing, you’ll find also gift shops and small restaurants near to you.
Very bad experience not recommending for anyone. Staff/receptionists are not supporting at all, for the first the application we booked in shows that price per night is 300 SAR including VAT they took 400, and the people in the area told us that the cost per night is only 300 SAR, the day we made check out we requested a luggage storage they told us to leave it on the reception but on our responsibility or to rent the room for half day with 200 SAR to keep the luggage in while they’re writing on there services list that they have luggage storage service… they should’ve mentioned that this service is not working.
For the rooms, it’s extremely small with leaking old bathroom and you have to take off your clothes to use the toilet or else your clothes will become dirty with the leaking water. And Wi-Fi is barely working.

Nothing about the property was true and the service was one of worst experience I have ever had. My family and I practically suffered staying at the hotel.
Service was very poor, the room was not clean, the lamp has no bulbs, washroom wasn’t clean, the faucet was broken and no one fixed it upon asking for almost more than 3 hours, no one was helpful with anything requested, no one came for room service to clean, garbage was not taken from the room and there was not any proper cleaning was taken upon arrival nor staying.

Very slow response from the staff to our requirement, more than one hour to finalize the check in procedure, room not clean we found some insects in the room, the AC is not cooling enough

I like the seevice
The beds at the booking mentioned as 3 twin bed and to my suprise it was 3 single bed.
How can 2 Adult and 3 Children fit in 3 single beds. 🤔

No parking provided while during booking it was clearly stated that parking is free. Also the staff mislead to put the car in pay zone and inform there no payment is required. We receive Muroor mukhalfa for parking in pay zone.Staff were not cooperative.Reception staff don't understand English.
