The best thing about this hotel is the onsen. While it is small and not as famous as other places, it’s convenient to have one to relax and wash yourself after a long day of enjoying your vacation. There was also free ice cream and yakult along with the onsen.
I found one side of the bed that was dirty and had some stains. The price I paid for a two night stay was a little bit high, but keep in mind I stayed here during Golden Week (a time where everyone is traveling and hotel prices skyrocket) so it couldn’t be helped. This was the most affordable place I could find at the time.

温泉のロケーションが良かった。また他の施設と比べてマッサージ機や漫画が置いてあったりと、充実度が非常に高かった。

Clean and tidy room, not far from train station. Onsen is good and washing machine is provided.

Great breakfast, onsen bath, convenient location <5mins walking to JR, free washing machines, free ramen & sweets at night.
Nothing, small room is usually the same problem for most hotels in Japan.
4.1
The hotel is conveniently located near Mishima station, offering excellent proximity to the Shinkansen. The view of Mt Fuji from the hotel was lovely. The room was especially spacious, which made it easy to store and use large suitcases. We also liked the free amenities including ice creams, noodles, tea and coffee, massage chairs, and onsens for both men and women.
The bed and pillows were not comfortable. Woke up with a sore back, unfortunately. The staff were not totally inviting, but they were helpful.

駅に近く、大浴場があり、部屋も快適だった。
駅に近いせいで若干電車の音が聞こえる。

The rooms were clean and quite spacious. We were able to view Mount Fuji from our rooms when the sky was clear.
The room was cozy with comfortable bed. Free ramen was provided as supper at night. The onsen was good with free ice-cream provided. The washing machines were free of charge. There were plenty of hangers in the wardrobe.
Although the breakfast costed additional JPY 1800 per person per day, I found it's worth the money. The breakfast was tasty and exquisite.
It was a good experience with Dormy Inn.
The coffee machine at the lobby was spoilt during our stay.

Close to the train station like up to 7 minutes walking.
Good internet and a smart TV in the room.
Comfortable mattress and especially pillow.
Is not like wasn't aware, but actually feeling the tight space was a different experience.
For two people the room is equivalent with a box!

We are fans of the Dormy Inn chain, primarily for their fantastic buffet-style breakfasts. It includes some western-style food but is mostly very tasty Japanese food. We were not disappointed; breakfast was great. We also love the cute, comfy pajamas. My spouse took advantage of the "onsen" on the top floor & said it was marvelous. The hotel is walking distance from the Mishima train station & everything was walkable from hotel.
The rooms were quite small. Okay for the member of our group who was staying by himself, but for the couple in our group quite tight. It was hard to manage our suitcases. There's a smoking lounge on the ground floor that you can smell in the lobby.

Nice view from onsen at 12F. They called me for leaving my personal belonging promptly.

#503 east side.
Very helpful staff at reception: they did their best to satisfy my request for a quiet room.
Many free facilities on 12th floor.
Rooms are comfortable.
Location close to Mishima station.
It was a very good stay despite some defaults.
View could have been better but was OK.
AC was difficult to set.
Had to leave room key at reception when going out.

Room was clean, onsen was lovely with multiple baths and sauna. Late night ramen also great
Pillows were a touch on the hard side

A short walk from Mishima station. Clean but small room (very common in Japan). Nice and comfortable public bath, but the female bath does not have the same good view as shown in the photo (better manage your expectation if you’re a lady). They offer free ramen and free drinks at designated time, which are quite yummy. Staff are nice and very helpful.
Would be noisy when JR passes by. It’s ok for me (who can sleep no matter how noisy it is) and good for those who love JR (please enjoy the JR view from your room).

We had a room with view over Mt Fuji :)
Great communal bath with sauna.
Very close to train station.

Very close to Mishima station.
Good facilities and complementary services and food.

- Everything feels clean and new
- The staff was very nice that they provided me a tattoo cover for entering the public Bath
Have a little distance away from the railway station if you leave from the wrong exit

We were just staying for one night on the way to our next stop and were very pleased overall.
The hotel is very well located, near the train station and all amenities.
The staff was great, very helpful and professional.
The room was very comfortable and clean, with everything we needed.
It's not mentioned, but public baths are not accessible to people with tattoos unless you can cover them.

small and cosy.
mostly all good.

Good selection of local delights and regional foods at breakfast. Close to Mishima station. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Top floor onsen overlooks the Shinkansen tracks.
Room was small but that’s quite typical in Japan.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful, the room and facilities are very clean and tidy. There is an free onsen on the roof and complementary noodles are provided at night.
It's close to the Shinkansen station but still takes about 10 minutes on foot and wheeling the luggage at the same time.

The only good thing about the inn is it's location. Close enough to both north and south exist of Mishima st.
I was given a corner room and the centralized air-cond was switched on to the maximum it seemed, it was so cold I could feel the cold air oozing in from the corridor into my room. Luckily a door was installed to separate the genkan and the bedroom, it at least blocked off some of the cold air into my room.
I just realized my room had breakfast included but I was told by the front desk staff there was no breakfast for my stay. Had too many bookings in my trip so I didn't bother to check and confirm, and I totally believed the staff would have known about the guest' reservation before giving any advice.
The pillow was too thin to support my neck, it felt just like some sofa cushion. I suspected part of the thicker pillow was probably not given. Some other hotels have two pillows usually, one thinner as the base and with one thicker being put together in the pillow case. If that's the case, Dormy Inn really needs to look into this to ensure bedding was done properly by the staff.
Lastly the facilities were really old and I would have paid the same rate for a better stay somewhere else within the area.

Great location in a quiet city 👌 our alternative option rather than paying premium in Tokyo
It started getting dated. Minor maintenance here and there will keep this business running like a charm.

Hotel is close to the station, so it's very convenient. There is thermal spa included, with a small open-air spa with view on Mt Fuji, which is great. Shower+toilet is separated from the washbasin, to my preference :) This was my second time with Dormy Inn and nothing went wrong. The personnel is friendly and helpful.
