A comfortable, relaxing stay

It was welcoming and comfortable and incredibly peaceful. Wheelchair access was easy- there was space under the bed for a hoist/standing aid, grab rails in the wet room (which stayed remarkably dry!), a drop down shower seat and a freestanding seat also available in case it was better. The host was friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

I have not had to put my own rubbish out in a property before, although I get the impression if this had been too difficult for whatever reason, I could have just asked and it would have been fine to leave it.

Early wake up every day

Location was close to where we wanted to be and access off the A12 is clearly marked and lit.

We were awakened every day between 4am and 5am by a rooster that was crowing repeatedly. While we understand there is "farm" in the name, the daily wake-up call should have been prominently disclosed. On the day we left, the rooster was literary on our doorstep. On check-in, we found a lengthy instruction sheet awaiting us in regards to check out, including stripping the beds, emptying the garbage, and more. Not your typical stay. If we are to do part of the house cleaning this too should be disclosed clearly in advance. Water pressure very low.

Good

Self contained and quiet, comfortable, spacious. (We were in a room designed for maximum accessibility, so low level facilities in shower/wet room). Welcome from host who spotted our arrival. Well off busy road A12. A little private outside area so possible to eat and drink outside. Bird life attracted by feeders in communal courtyard area and swifts encouraged to nest so lovely to watch that. Host encouraged feedback.

As the kitchen facilities and sleeping area were all in same room (though kitchen in a recessed area) there was a bit of noise from the fridge overnight. I use earplugs when away, so that was ok, my husband wasn't too bothered by it. Having said this, kitchen facilities were very good, table was one you extended in the sleeping area so needed to be put up only when eating. . Personally I wouldn't have cooked a meal on the hob because I wouldn't want to sleep with smells of food after- but that's just our preference. Fine for making breakfast and other simple meals and plenty of appliciances for food prep.

Superb

The bed was extremely comfortable, it was really easy to find the place and to park, our hosts went above and beyond leaving food supplies for us.

The shower was a little bit stiff to turn off (but am sure this can be easily solved).

Really nice accommodation, well equipped kitchen and lovely rural location. Also dog friendly.

The accommodation was generally clean, but there were quite a few cobwebs which suggests a deeper clean is required. This however is a very minor negative and shouldn't put people off.

Perfect stay for a relaxing break

Such a lovely place to come back to after a day’s exploring. Fully equipped kitchen area with a lovely supply of basics and more. The bed was really comfy too!

I’m not a fan of wet rooms, don’t like walking on wet floor, but as this studio had other wheelchair friendly assets I understand why a wet room was chosen for this room.

Clean comfortable and convenient

Clean, comfortable and convenient. This place is great for a two or three night stay. Location meant we were able to access everywhere we wanted to go very easily.

The kitchen area is well equipped but short on work surfaces if you like doing much cooking. I wouldn't book this place for a longer stay as you end up watching TV from the bed all the time.

Perfect weekend stay in the country.

Beautiful location with great walks on your doorstep. The accommodation was lovely - clean, comfortable and stylish. It was the perfect base to explore Suffolk. We would love to return.

It was a comfortable property providing more than we needed in an excellent location.

It was like staying in a comfortable hotel room but with the bonus of independent catering if needed.

The toilet flush was a little fiddly and the shower control was a little stiff.

We cooked our own breakfast, only thing I could say is a list of all items available on your website would be very useful. We are very independent travellers and could have left stuff at home if we had know it was supplied in the room..... for example...hair drier Loved the underfloor heating but found it difficult to turn down....we are used to living in a big cold house. Full marks for heated towel rails etc etc....can’t fault it just too hot for me, that’s a personal preference.

Immaculate, stylish and well-equipped studio. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Everything here has been really intelligently throught through. Full written details, instructions, labels, all utensils you could want and lovely provisions for our first morning breakfast.

Wonderful Suffolk accommodation

The studio was a comfortable fully equipped room which provided an excellent base to explore Suffolk. The kitchenette had everything required for a comfortable stay including a dishwasher. Access to the laundry was brilliant as well as having access to a fan as the weather was mild. The beds were comfortable and parking onsite a bonus. There was a good information pack including a map of the footpaths around the area making early morning walking delightful. The studio came with milk, bread, cereal etc which was very appreciated. The surrounding villages are beautiful and our time in Suffolk was wonderful.
