Location was perfect. It was 1 minute walk to the sea.
Rude personel at the reception, abusive approaching my wife and my kids where there as well.
Wrong information given by 2 different people from the hotel, causing us a parkingticket. Didnt want to support in any matter.
Room had no aircon, so be aware the appartment is very warm during the summer. The bathroom had pipes inside that where burning hot, adding more heath to the already hot rooms.
The beds where a bit hard for our taste, even left with a sore back.
And the hotel and/or area is mostly full of elderly people, it did not bother us, but please be aware of that.

The location
The attitude of the rude staff. The room had no shower. The ceiling was damaged. The room was unclean. The access for wheelchair was non existent.

Shower was cold and told they had a leak so no showers on the 4th floor, woken up by housekeeping at 8:15 entering our room and no staff to deal with queries and when I tried got told there was nothing they could do.

Close to sea.
More geared up to large groups not couples

was allowed to check in early . we stayed in the flat which is very nice & spacious . comfortable beds etc
entertainment in evening although finished at 11 .
11-30 or midnight would be better . friendly guests and staff .
as said before would be nice if entertainment stopped a little later .
it was our anniversary as well as my husbands birthday .. most hotels would maybe place a couple of chocolates / bottle of cheap plonk etc in the room but they didn’t . it’s not important but it’s a nice touch .

We used the ground floor apartment, quite spacious with good sized rooms and good shower. There was a few steps down to the kitchen area. There was entertainment every night but smallish bar area that got quite busy. The hotel itself is aimed at the coach party market and is fairly restrictive on meal times but nevertheless a good hotel just 400 yards from the pier and good selection of restaurants.

We stayed in the apartment which was a great separate space for us as a family. Large master bedroom, good living spaces and bathroom. Location is great for exploring both town and beach.
One of the "sofa bed" mattresses was really uncomfortable bur just needs replacing. we weren't able to work the heating when we first arrived but hotel were quick to sort.
We had hoped to at least make the most of hotel breakfast but it was all fully booked, although plenty places to eat nearby

Nice clean apartment with all the essentials, great location close to the beach, shops and restaurants. It’s great for family!
the apartment itself seemed to be recently refurbed, but other part of the hotel a little dated.

Location is amazing.
We upgraded and had an apartment, wow!!
We asked about breakfast which we didn't book and were told someone would update us due to 5 coach loads.
Never got an update

The bar in the ballroom was open late and we could take dinks up to our room
The room was small, dirty and had a funny smell to it. I had to clean the bath before I could use it and no shower. The hotel is very dated it felt like a care home

easily accessible
the staff didn’t no about the booking. once paid it then shows the time you have to leave in morning which was 10. we asked to possibly amend and pay extra if needed as me and my partner both work very hard and wanted to lay in.The staff weren’t accommodating at all and said ring in the morning which again was the same answer. so for £98 for a very small room and an early exit and the staff not knowing about the booking. I highly doubt we will return again.

The service at breakfast was excellent even though it was very busy. The food was served promptly and was delicious.
The room was very hot which made it uncomfortable for sleeping.

Staff were quite friendly and helpful. Room was warm enough (too warm). Location was good.
No breakfast or other meals available for my party. Being charged £45 for colleagues to join us for drinks. Accommodation quite expensive. Bedroom was underfurnished and a little tired.
