Hotel incrível, experiência maravilhosa!

Além do quarto ser super confortável, esse hotel tem um diferencial que nunca vi em nenhum outro. Ao lado da recepção, tem uma máquina de café e chocolate quente que você pode se servir à vontade. Super funcionou quando desci muito cedo (antes do início do café da manhã) para algum passeio. Além disso, eles disponibilizaram água com e sem gás e dois refrigerantes todos os dia bo frigobar… sem cobrar por isso! Incrível. O secador de cabelo é muito bom também!

Acho que a iluminação do quarto poderia ser melhor. Achei o quarto bem escuro.

Top Hotel in Santiago

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Miguel hatte und am ersten Tag empfangen und wir freuten uns immer ihn zu sehen. Unser Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber. Die Getränke, Wasser und Cola im Kühlschrank warten kostenlos und wurden jeden Tag aufgefüllt. In der Lobby gab es einen Wasserspender und kostenlos Kaffee und Tee. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und hatte alles was man brauchte. Es konnten Omelette oder Egg Benedict bestellt werden. Die Lage gut mit nur 2 Minuten zum U-Bahn-Zugang, Bushaltestellen und 5 Minuten zu einem sehr guten Restaurant! Die Dachterrasse mit Restaurant (auch mit gutem Essen und guter Auswahl an Getränken) und dem Pool ein Highlight mit dem 360 Grad Rundumblick auf die Anden und die Hügel der Nachbarschaft. Gerne wieder!

There are better places in Santiago for a similar price.

Rooftop bar seems to be the only good thing about this property.

Not really a 5* hotel by any means. 4* max. Super small and completely inadequate gym (see photos). I have never seen such a small and badly equipped gym at any 4-5* hotel in any country. Bed not comfortable. Some reception staff rude/unfriendly. Breakfast is limited and when they run out of some items 20-30 min before end time these are not refilled. Breakfast staff not friendly and service is slow with wrong orders delivered on occasions. Cleaning of variable quantity - on some days better than on others (I stayed 4 nights). Overall - probably my worst experience in the last couple of years and I travel a lot.

Beautiful, quiet, comfortable hotel in the heart of Providencia

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Providencia. Quiet room with plenty of space, comfortable bed.

We felt the customer service was poor. The staff were all friendly but as a hotel offering a concierge service we felt let down. We had three very basic requests none of which were responded to. The front desk staff were unable to recommend a hairdresser or even direct us to one in the area; we asked the evening prior for a coffee to be delivered to our room before an early morning tour which never arrived; and we put in a request for a late checkout via email and in person, which was never even responded to.

Located in a nice part of the city. Hotel pick-up and drop off was seamless. Staff are friendly and a good variety of food on offer for breakfast. Roof top bar/restaurant is great and provides some good views of the city. Thank you - John & Fiona.

No response from Customer Service. I had asked a few weeks before my arrival for a pick up from the airport as Bookings had advertised that this was included in my stay, but I did not even get a No or Yes. I received a response after I had arrived at the hotel. Communication definitely has to improve.

Fabulous

The breakfast was extensive and delicious with probably the best coffee I had in a hotel in South America. All staff were friendly and helpful and helped make the end of our trip fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel.

Definitely stay at this hotel.

the staff were excellent, the room clean, large and good view of the Virgin Mary. The gym was 24hrs and the breakfast was excellent

Looks beautiful but check the air conditioning is working

We were unable to sleep at this hotel and checked out early as the air conditioning in the hotel was not working. Our hotel room felt like 40degrees and all they gave us was a pedestal fan. The staff said yes to thing but would not deliver.

Very lovely property in a good location.

location, comfort, decor. breakfast was great!

room was very hot; air conditioner could not keep up with the afternoon heat. Bed had only a comforter option: too hot! Needs to have option for just a sheet on hot nights.
