This house has an open floor plan and a lot of space for an extended family or friends vacation. Child friendly toy room, plus great backyard space with fire pit, play structure and other toys.
The downstairs den is equipped with a pullout queen sofa bed, smart TV and piano. There is also a full bathroom on the main floor.
Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms. The master with a king bed, fireplace, glider chair. The master has an attached full bathroom. 2 bedrooms have queen beds and the 4th has a twin bed with pullout trundle with another twin bed. 3 bedrooms have desks for remote workers, plus a wireless printer.
Enjoy the central air conditioner in the warmer summer months.
Cook whatever your heart desires in this large, exceptionally well stocked kitchen with double oven. Or, skip the cooking and walk to the many bars, restaurants within walking distance - including the Portland Mercado.
