We stayed in a King room and it was beautiful - and HUGE! The Juliet balcony and French windows that opened out onto the golf course was a real treat and the bed was incredibly comfy too. The bathroom was huge and immaculate, and although it had a bath rather than a shower (which I hadn't realised) it filled very quickly.
All of the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious.
The only thing I could find fault with was that our room was a bit cold and the heating didn't seem to reach very well into the room. Nothing else at all.

Beautiful room, lovely bath. Golf club had fabulous food

We really enjoyed our stay we had at Seddlescombe Golf Hotel, it was the perfect location when visiting relatives who live in the area. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable.
The inclusive breakfast was freshly cooked for us and delicious. The staff were very friendly and our breakfast server was charming (didn't get her name).
Our one disappointment was that the restaurant was not open later in the evenings for a convenient place to eat so we had to travel out to find somewhere to have our evening meal..
4.5
Spacious room and bathroom. Tranquil location. Very friendly and helpful staff
I would have liked a proper shower in the bathroom.
Brekfast very well cooked to order and promptly served but Iwould like yoghurt and some fruit instead of pastries.

King room was lovely. Very large, bright with Tea and coffee facilities. Bed was amazing! Largest I've seen in a hotel in the UK. Bathroom was large, 2 sinks and corner bath/shower. 100% recommend room 8. Breakfast was freshly made and so much choice. Didn't catch the ladies name who helped us but she is wonderful and got us an iron and ironing board straight away when I asked. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Nothing!!!

Nothing to report

Peaceful location, and not far from Hastings.
That breakfast its not in hotel and you have to walk, which is not a problem if its not raining. If raining pavement is quite saturated but not too terrible.

We stayed in the room pictured above.
It was excellent.
The staff were attentive and polite.
The food served was really nice.
We thought it was a Hotel. It was accommodation at a golf club.
We were expecting a meal in the restaurant. We got a meal in the 19th hole with footy on the telly. Not what our stay was about.
Other than that it was good.

Lovely spacious, clean room with large comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and very helpful staff. Sam went out of her way to help us when our taxi to the vineyard failed to turn up. She actually drove us there in her own car, which was such an amazingly kind thing to do and much appreciated.
😭
The only niggle was that we would have preferred a power shower rather than one affixed to the bath taps but this is a minor point as the rest was fabulous.

Facilities were good, cleanliness and very helpful staff.
We got up in the morning to shower and the water was cold. I had a cold shower.
Phoned the duty manager no. Who promise to check with maintenance to fix the problem.
Because we were already late for breakfast, the rest of my family were unable to have their bath/ shower.

Great location, amazingly comfy room and beds, friendly staff, they allowed us to check in earlier and check out later for free, the breakfast was great
You have to leave the hotel building and walk to the main golf club building for breakfast but it is a 2 min walk

Quite location but great access to the A21 to Hastings etc. We are not golfers but would be excellent for a golf break.
only downside is the rooms are a short walk from the clubhouse where breakfast is served. Not a problem for us but the restaurant / bar is closed Saturday nights.

The room was lovely, staff were friendly, the bed was HUGE and comfortable! There was even parking (which we weren’t expecting)! the breakfast was lovely, generous portions, lots of options and delicious scrambled egg.
The one tiny downside was that the wifi in the room wasn’t great (there is wifi just a weak connection). This wasn’t really an issue as we were staying for leisure and everything else was fantastic!
4.0
Lovely large room and generous bath. Great breakfast. Very convenient to main road (A21?) but set back considerably (i.e. several hundred metres) that no traffic noise.
No shower (other than a sit in the bath shower). Could have been better hoovered.

3.5
The location was excellent for what we planned to visit. I enjoyed the cooked breakfast but my partner is a vegetarian and the vegetarian options were not suitable so ended up having just toast. The staff serving were great.
The WiFi was awful, maybe one bar if you stood in the hallway. The vegetarian breakfast was not suitable, no cereal or fruit available. The room although quite clean, there was a lot of cobwebs and could do with a makeover. Bit dated. No shower unless you crouched in the bath. No food in the evening so we had to travel back out to eat.
4.5
breakfast, all staff, bathroom, bed
faulty socket under tea table in room (19), toilet flush slow and unreliable, wi-fi signal dreadful
