Fit for the purpose…

Location is great and the gym/spa is satisfying. The rooms are spacious though the hotel requires some renovation.

It was clean and close to the shopping malls also to the bazaar and restaurants around the area just walking distance

Great stay in Kazakhstan

I was extremely happy to be a resident of Dostyk Hotel. Property has met my expectations on all parameters. Especially staff, very helpful and amazing people. I also have ordered transfer from and to airport, drivers are amazing, helped with luggage and some advices also where to go, what to do if you first time in Kazakhstan.

There is nothing to say, everything is good.

Warm swimming pool 🏊‍♂️

Breakfast is very poor and bread was not fresh. Plastic flowers everywhere, hot/warm water problems, smoking bar (was shocked 😳), people are eating grilled chicken in a plastic pocket were sitting in the bar at 1 a.m. Shops in the lobby, chip pocket coffie (no coffie machine. For this price in Almaty, we expected higher level of this hotel. In my opinion (l travel a lot) 3 stars ⭐️ max. The cru was ok. Please invest and bring your 5 stars on level.

Very good property with good amenities and a great location. Staff is polite and helpful especially Zhadyra at the reception - she was very helpful and smiling! I found it better than other similar properties i have stayed at in Almaty

The best 5 star hotel. We always stay at Dostyk, whenever we are in Almaty!

The WIFI works, but I wish the connection was much better! Nothing else.

Central hotel with spacious rooms

The location was good. The room was nice and big and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was super

No stand for the bags and had to bend all the time to get anything out of the bag. The bathroom door handle was broken. There was no temperature control in the room, so only heating could come on so we had to leave the windows open which made the roo noisy at night.

very central, high level architecture, rooms with a garden view (more silent), you can open the windows

good and clean option for the value paid

Location is great as you can take a short walk and find nice restaurants, cafes and shops. It is a safe district that you can walk even after dinner.

The wifi can be better at the rooms since I experienced some slow internet. The illumination of the Lobby should be renewed.

A must visit five start hotel in Almaty

This is the best five star hotel that we have visited in Almaty. We have visited 3 other five star hotels, however nothing was better than Dostyk hotel! The room service is excellent, the staff are excellent, the location is perfect, the bathroom has a bathtub and a shower.

Nothing bad to say about this hotel.
